So you know that you are spending an hour a day doing it…Working the plan and making it happen. So often we can set out with great aspirations but are never able to achieve what we set out to because we did not structure a plan for our selves, we did not create a map and break it down to a everyday every week, month scenario…

Dan’s out line is great but for it to work you need to structure out a clear time line and do it – some times like your life depended on it for it to give you the results you so desire and rightly deserve…

Promoting your artwork where fans of your work congregate online is one of the best ways to help increase your art print sales. Whether its MySpace, Facebook, Twitter, Flickr or any of the other myriad social network choices, you have to first let people know your work is available in order to spark their interest.

If no one knows your artwork is for sale, how can you expect people to buy it?

• Tip #1: Include a button or banner pointing people back to your art prints for sale on Imagekind
• Tip #2: Post relevant Imagekind sales and promotions so those who love your art can save some money
• Tip #3: Post bulletins and announcements about current Imagekind promotions, newly uploaded artwork, or other news about your art.

This great article looked at by artnewsblog.com, looks are 3 specific artists who have caved their own line space with creative marketing approaches on line. These are solid examples of artist who took strong initiative and created basic marketing profiles for them selves and committed to their process. Sticking to it for 6 months to a year. Beyond there basic idea is the clear commitment to carry it threw and be consistent. This basic undertaking was more important than the work it self

• Duane Keiser - He does a small painting each day and sells them for as little as $100 each. Before the success of his website, he was selling just a few paintings each year, and now sells most of his work.
•  Justin Clayton - Is a 31 year old artist also selling enough work online to be able to quit his day job and paint full time.
• Julian Merrow Smith - Is a British artist living in Provence and making a living from painting the French

It is a clear and powerful article delivering rock solid information and you can find it here - The one thing that I want to add is this – it is important to know what your doing on line and to understand how the world works via the web because that is where we are and where we are heading and there is no turning back at all… but - and this is important - you can hire some one to help you implement all this great material- you can even trade them some art if that works -  I would recommend WES UNRUH he charges 100 an hour but can implement in an hour what might take you 3 weeks…my very best to you and I want to thank Kristin Royce for giving us some great new recourses:
