Söz konusu çalışmayı Linkedin üzerinden irtibat kurduğumuz 2000’in üzerinde şirket sahibi/yöneticisi; İK, iletişim, pazarlama profesyoneli, akademisyen ve yönetim danışmanı ile birlikte yürütüyoruz. Akademisyenlerin kendi başlarına yürüttükleri araştırmalardan farklı olarak, iş dünyası ile birlikte bir şeyler üretmeyi, birlikte öğrenmeyi deniyoruz. Linkedin üzerinden yürütülen grup tartışmalarından farklı olarak; - Tartışma konuları belli bir sistematik dâhilinde, bir bütünün parçalarını oluşturacak şekilde belirlenecek, - Yorum ve öneriler ışığında (i) ulaşılan sonuçlar, (ii) geliştirilen görüşme formları, anket soruları gibi araçlar, (iii) pratik uygulamalar ve (iv) örnek olaylar &lt;a href="http://www.linkedin.com/redirect?url=www%2Eyeniik%2Ecom&amp;amp;urlhash=lvUE&amp;amp;_t=mbox_mebc" target="_blank" rel="nofollow"&gt;www.yeniik.com&lt;/a&gt; adresi üzerinden tüm katılımcılarla eşzamanlı olarak paylaşılacaktır. Çalışmamıza destek vermeyi kabul eden tüm paydaşlara teşekkür ederim. Araştırmaya “İnsan Kaynaklarının temel amacı ne olmalıdır?” sorusuyla başlamıştık. Bu şekilde eğer bir amaç belirleyebilirsek, İK modelini bu amaç üzerine kurgulayacaktık. Belki “İşveren Markası” kavramının popülaritesinin de etkisiyle “Yüksek nitelikli çalışanlara işletmeye çekmek ve elde tutmak” amacı ön plana çıktı. Bu amacı tartışmaya açtığımızda ise, şu tür sorularla karşılaştık: “Yüksek nitelikli insanların bir araya gelmesi onların yüksek performansla çalışacaklarının garantisi midir?”, “Bir takımın en iyi futbolcuları transfer etmesi ve onları sezon sonuna kadar elinde tutması şampiyonluğu garantiler mi?” Bunun üzerine İK’nın amacını “verimlilik” ve “performans” temelinde revize etmeyi düşündük. Fakat hemen, İK’nın diğer departmanlardan farklı olarak bir “sosyal sorumluluk” yönünün olduğuna ilişkin itirazlar geldi. Özetle ilk tur tartışmalarımız bize başlangıcı hatalı yaptığımızı gösterdi. Belki bir “Finans Modeli” üzerinde çalışsaydık tek bir amaç belirlememiz mümkün olabilirdi. Ancak çalışan-şirket ilişkilerinin karmaşık yapısı, birbiri ile çelişen ihtiyaçlar aynı şeyi İK için yapmamızı önledi. Bununla birlikte eğer anlaşılır bir model kurmak istiyorsak, tüm çalışma boyunca esas alacağımız bir referansımız olmalı. Fakat bu referansın “amaç” şeklinde ifade edilemeyeceği ortaya çıktı. Şimdi tartışmayı aşağıdaki soru ile yeniden başlatmak istiyorum. “Türk şirketlerindeki temel İK problemi nedir?” ya da “Her gün karşı karşıya kaldığınız İK sorunlarının kaynağı nedir?” Eğer net bir problem tanımlayabilirsek, modelimizi bu probleme çözüm getirecek şekilde kurgulayabiliriz. Ankara’da çalışırken, Türkiye’de bir danışmanlık şirketi açmayı planlayan Hollandalı bir üst düzey yönetici ile tanışmıştım. Henüz bir aydır Türkiye’de olmasına rağmen, bizlerle ilgili çok doğru saptamalarını duyunca çok şaşırmıştım. Hollandalıya “Ülkenizde kamuda çalışan memurların bile %40’ı evden çalışıyor. Siz benzer bir çalışma yöntemini Türkiye’de uygulamayı düşünüyor musunuz” diye sorunca “Olmaz. Sizler, ofise gelip mutlaka çay içmek istersiniz. Ofis, ofis mobilyaları ve çalışanların giyimleri, konuşmaları, en az iş geliştirme çabalarımız kadar etkili burada” demişti. Daha sonra benim de kullandığım “Türkiye’de know-how’dan daha önemli bir konu var, KNOW-WHO” demişti.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;        Evet, bizde bazen “ne bildiğiniz değil, kimi tanıdığınız” daha önemli olabiliyor. “Eeee, torpilimiz yoksa ölelim mi” dediğinizi duyar gibi oluyorum. Bunu her zaman bir olumsuzluk olarak değerlendirmemek lazım. Üniversitelerde yaptığım konuşamalarda konu bazen “torpil” uygulamalarına geliyor. Ben de genellikle “yoksa, siz yaratmalısınız” diyorum.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;        İnternet kullanımının artması ve çeşitli sanal ağlar, artık torpili kendimizin yaratmasını sağlayabiliyor. Genellikle işe yerleştirme danışmanlarının kullandığı çeşitli sosyal &amp;amp; sanal ağları, gittikçe fazla oranda İnsan Kaynakları çalışanları da kullanmaya başladı. Hatta geçen hafta Personel Yönetimi Derneği (peryon.org.tr) bu konuda üyelerine bir anket uyguladı.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;        Bu anketten yola çıkarak benim de bireysel olarak çevre yaratmak isteyenlere yol gösterici sorularım oluştu J&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hangi ağlarda varsınız ? (linkedin.com, xing.com ?, facebook.com, twitter.com ? v.b.)&lt;br /&gt;Bu ağlarda kaç bağlantınız var ?&lt;br /&gt;Bu bağlantılardan kaçını sadece sanal olarak tanıyorsunuz, kaçıyla yüzyüze iletişiminiz var ?&lt;br /&gt;Kişisel olarak tanıdık, bağlantı veritabanınız var mı ?&lt;br /&gt;Bu veritabanında, üst düzey kaç kişinin cep telefonu veya eposta adresi var ? Kaç kişiye bir telefonla acil bir konuda soru sorabilirsiniz ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bu sorulara verdiğiniz yanıtlar genelde olumluysa, geniş ve etkin bir çevreniz var demektir. İlla sanal olmasına gerek yok tabi. Ama sanal ağlar, hiç ulaşamayacağınız noktalara sizi taşımak için kullanmayı öğrenmeniz gereken bir etkili bir araç.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;    Bu şekilde bir çevre ile, çalışırken bir sonraki işinizi hazırlama olanağınız da bulunmakta.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;        Peki, sanal ağlarda nelere dikkat edilmesi gerekiyor ?&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Her şeyden önce Mevlana’yı dinleyip “olduğunuz gibi olun”. Kurumların insan yönetiminde çıktıkları yolculuğu desteklemek, onlara dünyaca kabul görmüş ölçütlerle yol göstermek ve ipi başarı ile göğüsleyenleri ödüllendirmek amacıyla gerçekleştirilen PERYÖN İnsan Yönetimi Ödülleri 12 Ekim Salı akşamı Lütfi Kırdar Uluslararası Kongre ve Sergi Sarayı’nda gerçekleştirilen törenle sahiplerini buldu.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;PERYÖN İnsan Yönetimi Ödülleri kapsamında firmalar, “İşe Alım”, “Performans Yönetimi”, “Eğitim ve Gelişim Yönetimi”, “Yetenek Yönetimi”, Proje/Fark Yaratan Uygulamalar olmak üzere 5 kategoride başvurularını gerçekleştirdiler. Ödül süreci, tüm kurumların kendilerini bu anlamda tekrar değerlendirmelerine de olanak sağladı.
