This is the story of Rajesh a.k.a. Raju who lives in a slum near pandrinath, indore M.P. He is 14 year old boy with a very small body structure.
His father was a worker in mill and now he is jobless and very old. He is always in the quirk of intemperance, he may find relief from his undesirable life in the intemperance.
Raju also have two elder sisters, eldest one is married as she was married at a very young age of 16 and now has her own two childrens at the age of 21, her husband is an auto-rikshaw driver which he took on rent. He was also an addict of weed.
His second sister is 18 year old and as she lack in beauty she couldn't get married till now.
Financial problems are always present in their family and that is why they are not able to move out of that slum. They doesn't even have household equipments for proper living.

Rajesh's mom is a maid and wash dishes in people's home a little far away from their slum and is the only working person in family. she earn a very little and have responsibility to pay for everything whether it is small or big. She is underweight and suffering from migraine problem.

One day when rajesh went to her eldest sister home he found some visible scars on her sister's neck, arm and face. He understand what would have happened with her sister as this type of scar he had also seen on her mother's face after his father bully her mother when she opposes his father for intoxication.
He didn't said any word and go out outside the house. Standing alone outside the house he started watching the game of other childrens playing of his own age. After watching for a little time he asked them that he may join it or not. Before he received any confirmation from those kids a strong voice strikes on his ear drum, he turned toward the voice source. It is his brother-in-law (sister's husband), he was was calling him to come near by waving his hand in such a commanding motion. He followed the command and started to walk toward his brother-in-law as he reached there his brother-in-law ordered him to go to a 'paan shop' at the closest square. As he don't know the area very well his brother-in-law also called a boy kamlesh a.k.a kalu from the group who were playing there and asked him to go with rajesh and told him to buy a 'pudiya' (pack of weed) of 50 rupees.

Both kalu and raju together went to that shop and asked for 'pudiya' and along with this kalu also asked paan shopkeeper for a cigarette of 1 rupee then kalu take raju to a deserted place where he opened that 'pudiya' and take a very few leafs of weed out of it. Now raju come to know that this weed (ganja) is filled in this pudiya. Kalu rub those leafs between his hand, emptied cigarette by pouring tobacco outside that cigarette he mixed tobacco with weed and again filled cigarette with these mixture. He lit that cigarette and smoked 2 to 3 puff while raju was standing back there watching the whole scenario silently. Kalu offered him that cigarette but raju refused to smoke. Kalu accepted his decision and continued enjoying his weed.

They goes back to raju's brother-in-law to give that pudiya to him. When he reached her sister's home he listen some voices of his mother comforting her sister. He gave that pudiya to his brother-in-law and come out of the house and search kalu, soon he found him. Kalu asked raju to join his group, kalu's whole group is spoilt they all smoke weed and drink liquor at such young age. They also have absolute power to quell other kids.
After wandering in the locality for an hour or so they again go to that deserted place and there the group started smoking weed. This time kalu again offered raju to take a puff of weed, as raju is now influenced by the dominating power of kalu and his friends and he also find smoking cool and under all this circumstances he accepted the offer and tried to take a puff but as soon as he took a puff his throat got chocked with a flamboyant force, his eyes become red & wet and he also felt some pain in his stomach. Kalu relaxed him by patting at his back and let him to come back to his senses. Kalu again offered him a puff but this time raju refused to do so, as kalu forced him a little then he agreed on taking a puff of weed, kalu teach him how to take smoke raju listen him very carefully and following what kalu teaches he took a puff and successfully released the smoke after taking it, this time it felt so smooth and good he took another puff without convincing. He also participated in second round and enjoyed the pleasure. They went back to the locality where raju's sister lives and from there raju returned his home with his mother.

Next day when he woke up all that fun he had yesterday started revolving in his head. He started planning to go to her eldest sister home alone, he asked his mother for permission and go back to her sister's home where he started to looking for kalu as soon as he found kalu they go back to take that weed this time kalu also have 'Ratnesh' (A guy who is much elder than both of them, he is very thin, tall and have long hairs). Ratnesh also joined them, ratnesh and kalu contributed to buy weed and they go to that deserted place to smoke weed.
They smoke there and this time raju had the most fun he ever had, this pleasure was better than last time, he come back to home after this. Now it become a daily task of his life style, raju and kalu meet daily sometime kalu also have some random friend of his to join them and they contribute money to buy weed and enjoy the pleasure of weed.

This is the evening of a day, he came home after smoking weed and for next day he started collecting money by doing some tiny little work of neighbours as they used to give some money to him for his favour and then he reached home again and started checking his mother's purse to get any loose money/coins as he used to steal money from her mother's purse to satisfy his needs. Suddenly he heard a voice and sit on the bed silently it was of his father who was furiously storming in and also seen his mother following him and shouting on him, they might be quarrelling from the streets and now reached home.
His father moved his hand toward his mother's purse her mother also grabbed the purse and snatched his purse from his father, his father in anger started beating her he come in between to stop his father but remains unable protect his mother. His father grab that purse and took all the money and stormed out of house, he saw her mother crying and bruised. He started to cry and as soon as her mother stops crying he also run away from home.

He reached kalu's place ask him to come with him and said him that he want weed to smoke, kalu understand his condition and they together go to ratnesh's place as they both didn't have enough money to buy weed. Ratnesh agreed on plan and they go to purchase weed, ratnesh also bought some liquor for him. They go there hide place to take weed, ratnesh was also having liquor so he also offered them, raju agreed as he offered and gulped the whole glass of liquor in one as he was disturbed by that which has happened and the things started revolving in his mind i.e. the scars on her elder sisters face, their continuously decreasing financial conditions, his father's behaviour, his mother cry, his unmarried sister and etc. To overcome this he continued drinking alcohol. Seeing this kalu also joined them, they bring more alcohol as they drink heavily. All of them are completely intoxicated till the end of the last bottle. Ratnesh to no senses started trying to get physically involved with raju, raju with unconcious mind and by being physically less powerful remained unable to save himself. Ratnesh done his work and left raju crying, ratnesh stand up to dress himself. Raju felt shameful and downgraded by this act of ratnesh, he stand up silently behind ratnesh and hit ratnesh with a big stone on his head while he was dressing up. Meanwhile kalu is coming to his senses seen raju hitting on ratnesh head by a big stone. Raju again hit him with that stone and kalu furiously come in between to stop raju and pushed him away but it was late as soon as he turned toward ratnesh to see how is he, what he saw is ratnesh's body lay on the ground unconscious and blood is flowing out from his head and spreading on the ground.

Raju trembled by knowing what he has done and run from there, kalu checked ratnesh as he is breathing or not but ratnesh is already deceased. Raju wander for few hours in city crying and then decided to tell her mother everything that has happened he make his way toward home as he took the last turn to reach his home he was shocked by seeing kalu standing there with police. Kalu pointed at raju simultaneously telling police that he killed ratnesh.
And thus in this way this little criminal crop up.

Racism, why do we do it? YES we do it knowingly or unknowingly we do it. This is the bitter truth.
In our life at any point we have done it and this is because we grow up like this, listing and watching our elders racist behavior towards the people of other race.
What can we do about it? YES we are able to increase or decrease racism among us. And i don't think any literate and civilized person would like to increase racist behavior and the persons who would like to increase this is surely because they must have their personal benefit like evil politicians and leaders have.
What can one do to decrease it? OBVIOUSLY we can decrease it, if we are able to increase racism then we are also able to decrease it. As we all are human why does we need religion, nationality, stature to be friend or foe with other person.
Why is it so hard to trust a person of different race? YES we always have a little doubt or something odd in our mind for the person of other race. We also have some sayings in our race for the persons of other races.

Racism is everywhere. i.e. in colour, nationality, castes, sub-castes and etc.
We love to say that "we all are kids of one god" then why we fight over different morph of same one god. There is nothing like castes and sub-castes, they are all man made creations. Our colour is different only because of climatic conditions from where we belong.
Mix race: I thought that eventually this thing will end racism but what i found out is that this is opposed by already existed races as a 'low stature race' in some countries or person of this race is automatically assigned to their maternal or paternal race by the society.

We all are human in actual if any race exist then that race is human race and which must be governed by the humanity. We must love, respect, support and treat others same because we all belong from a same race; Race of humans.

Getting older is exciting for everyone as we come to know new chapters of life, we enjoy experiencing new things, and we are allowed to do something today which we are not allowed to do yesterday by our society. Getting older is the most entertaining yet frustrating by nature we have more batch of responsibility added in our life day-by-day. When we were young we do not have freedom as well as responsibilities, as we are getting older we are also getting responsibilities and freedom, it is like an offer in a market “Buy one get one free”.

It has a great effect on our lives or I say personal life. When we were young there is no need to make any important decision regarding our life but as we grow old the first thing we need to understand is the reality of life and along with life experiences, we knowingly or unknowingly make a strategy on ‘how to live our life’ with respect to our principles, later this we starts to live our life on our own. When everything is going great suddenly situation changes and here comes the bitter truth; the persons we believe that they are our well wishers 90% of them are not our well wishers only 10% of them can direct us to a good path, Our family which is not at all supporting comes out of nowhere to support us in our bad times, that special someone suddenly becomes someone only. And at such stages of life we all feel is nostalgic, bad, betrayed, hurt and stupid for loving that someone and believing in those people so much on the other hand we feel loved and cared by presence of our family.

When it comes to professional life when education is completed we go for job hunting, we step out in the real market, there is a lot of competition out there but still we manages to acquire our place which might be slightly less than what we deserve. We make new contacts, started doing our work and after a year or so we came to know a very disappointing thing which is; “we are not really interested in this profession”, but it doesn’t matter that we are interested in it or not we are still going to do the same work because at this point of life we all are afraid of taking risk and what about all that time we wasted before in the current profession and now as we all are old enough to make our lives important decision we cannot rely on anyone else. And the truth is maximum of us decides to go with the wrong decision and at our weak conditions we feel terrible, aggravated, disappointed, depressed and stupid.

This all is the part of getting older, we always been through such stages of life or about to experience this and many more. So just keep calm, always try to make right decisions and love everybody...!
