Discovery Live Action Idents

This was the highlight of a year in 2011. Discovery asked us to create a live action ident as part of the overall branding we have completed. A Huge warehouse in Newhaven, a lot of kit and a very dedicated crew brought this fantastic project together.

Disney Day Rebrand

Our friends at Brighton agency, Eano, asked us to complete their web film for Freesat. "When Things Come Together".
Very simple, very clean, getting straight to the facts. The film promotes the new features that Freesat HD services offer. Shown online and instore.

Opening brand ident

International design magazine IdN came to us to create the opening titles for their forthcoming DVD releases.
The brief was left open, so we kept it simple and clean and created something that takes a subtle look at the basic forms of typography and vector design, By following a short, evolving 3D journey of a "point", the beginnings of any piece of typography or vector structure.

The guys at SONY commissioned Artillery to work on a further character animation project. Using Flash, AE, and a touch of Cinema4D weve made a series of 4 promos. This campaign won us a Promax Africa Gold Award.
We created 4 amusing scenarios that set up the entertainment of eating uneatable amounts of food. Packaged with an on-brand housing and bespoke endboards.

Fresh Music Top 20

The studio worked in collaboration with Box Television's creative team to redesign their chart show package to work across The Box and 4Music brands.
The brief was to retain the idea from the current packaging, with items/objects being gathered together to form the titles. The idea was pushed forward with a much more daring conceptual direction, by introducing a physical device made up of social and cultural objects that together, represent the music genre, the show and what the channel is about.

The factual folk at ITN Productions got our hands muddy creating the titles and content graphics for their new show on the History Channel. The logo was created buy collecting real finds from the banks of the thames and joining them into a piece of sculpture. Starts Monday 28th Feb. See the show website at the History Channel.

PlayStation Commercial

As part of the overall Playstation PSP PS3 and PS3 Move Campaign, we worked closely with our friends at Nickelodeon to create a 40 second commercial. Shot in an infinity screen studio, Jamie and Anna the Nickelodeon presenters battle it out with some viewers on the PS3 Move. 3D created in Cinema 4D. Compositing & grade work completed in After effects.

Farewell Bravo RIP

Sky has confirmed on 1st January it is pulling the plug on Bravo ending 25 years on British Screens. We wanted to pay homage to the work we have done for this fantastic Channel over the years. With a no doubt cult following, the channel will be sorely missed. It only seemed fitting to use the most symbolic image we could find to say farewell. Sky Arts 1 HD

As part of Sky 1's HD launch, Sky Creative approached us with a brief simply to 'bring to life' the particles in one of their new idents. In order to create particle heaven the studio signed up specialist Val Wardlaw. Val used bespoke scripting and N particles in Maya to produce the spot. Render farms had to be used to cope with the immense 'weight' that the large HD particle systems generated.

TV commercial producer, Hero Media contacted the studio needing 10 Sponsorship Idents for their client 'Tasty Bingo'.
Together with a combination of in-house talent and freelance animators including Garth + Ginny. The idents were aired on ITV and ITV2 daytime over the Summer 2010.
