I have a shopping addiction problem lol. I mean I really love shopping, I love clothes.. problem is everywhere I go it seems to be the same clothing in all the stores... I'll see something in one shop and the same freggin jacket in another shop.. its all the same style same same same.. I am sick of it.. I want to go shopping and find something NEW. Where is all the original fashion? I want to go out and wear something no one else has.. Everyone seems to be wearing the same thing.

SO i have a shopping addiction but maybe not a compulsive spending problem because I can't find anything I actually love! and i mean va va voom love.

Shopping actually heals my mood.. it heals my boredom but maybe I just have picky taste because I don't seem to like anything around where I live.. hmm

So i'm looking at cool websites.. I want a cool coat. I mean if you are going to spend any money on anything, spend it on a cool jacket. You need to wear it everyday and its the most important piece of your outfit.

ahh i guess sometimes its so much easier to find what you like in the store and then just find it online and get it for way cheaper.. Its like SCORE!! haha

Just Back from New York City!! where my fellow Australian and I My mercilessly flogged the country’s wares in the hopes that media will write gushing stories. Ha We stayed at the Hilton in Times Square. Vanessa won a contest promising us a Trip for 2 to New York City To Meet Justin Timberlake! We were hopping to meet him and give him some hoodies but the whole back stage VIP Passes was disorganised and we missed our chance. Besided that it was an incredible experience.

Got some new ideas and some new york flavah.

I think we also gained about 2 kilos from eating food that looks like this

but anyway.. times square was pretty crazy.. we did get to go to the MTV studio behind the scenes special private tour which was cool. Saw Enrique Iglesias and R Kelly hanging out there after their interviews.. but no JT Trouser Snake.. Shame.

The staff at the hotel really won me over, at least the food there was great. Its good to be back in Melbourne now and back at work.

You sit there in front of your TV watching project runway and you await at the edge of your seat waiting for mister hot stuff to come out and BAM its mister frumpy instead. Why do all these so called fashionable artists dress like they found their own clothes in a dumpster? I get get some style homeboys because the frump just ain't cutting it.

So most people these days try to be original, try to be different, but shop after shop, store after store, its the same thing after thing. If you really want to be one of a kind, it may take some real shopping around. First some hidden shop in a back alley somewhere and maybe you will find something rare, something no one else has.. maybe..

Many independent fashion designers these days claim they are this and that but when you look at their clothes, you may think to yourself, how is this original fashion? Its the same, if you really want to shine in your clothing and style have a look at this online fashion store, there are many independent fashion designers out there who just don't cut it, and others you would be like dayum dogg that is hot.

I know that there are some people out there in the fashion world who have an interesting mark to make, I just haven't found them yet! But I will! I will find them all! and not just fashion designers but i mean independent music labels and all that jazz.

The best thing is that, if you are artist, you could place your stuff there and show the world your creations. If your stuff is quality that is.

This online store is actually much more than that, it is a starting point for every young artist who has an idea and has the means to turn that idea into a project, but lacks the methods of putting himself/ herself out here. Being an independent artist is not an easy job and it can be overwhelming at times. Many quit, others sell out and give up their uniqueness so they can have a shot of being seen and the list could go on. However, once I discovered this site I realized that there are people who care about independent artists and there is at least one online store that promotes these artists, given they are any good. That's what artist addiqtion is about. Its a team! Team Addiqtion Represent because they are just the beginning of what the real independent fashion world is going to be!

Because the point that I have not reached yet is about how good as an artist is the person who wants to be seen or heard. Sometimes being talented is not enough and if you do not want to give up your ideas and start being a little more commercial, you will not be accepted as an artist and this is how independent artists are born. However, not everybody can be an artist or a designer and this is a fact. Some may have a little talent in them but not enough to succeed in this business.

Artist Addiqtion promotes art and artists who have something to say. If you believe you have it in you then give it a shot and see if being an artist or fashion designer is your calling. If not, you can always enjoy a little shopping knowing that all the stuff you buy is one of a kind.

This Fall, the ankle boot will reign supreme. So What I say. What if you have fat ankles? Then I say you should not follow the trend, I say you wear what you feel like wearing and what looks good on you. A good way to have your unique style is by looking for independent fashion designers. I am on a mission to find them all. I love them, I love how they are not the mass media, they are just a people with a creative plan.

Independent fashion designers are about to have a huge come back. They are stepping up over brands like JLo where she does not even design the clothes herself and even though mass production is not a thing of the past, it does not have to be a thing of the future.

Explore this site for independent fashion designers because they are trying to be someone and they are not afraid to show their originality and are not conforming to the standard magazine embellished way of dressing.
