1. Create new file and set background to BLACK






2. Create new Layer
3.Grab you Elliptical Marquee Tool






4. Hold Shift key and Drag to create smooth circle.





5. Fill it with Solid color white.




It should look like this.







And name Layer to "Circle".





6. Apply Layer Style &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Inner Shadow.






7. Grab your Pen Tool and it should be set to Path (not Shape).

I've been thinking what to post in my BLOG and I've come up with this.&amp;nbsp;I experimented something in PHOTOSHOP about playing Pattern Overlay, Stroke, Pen Tool and etc.&amp;nbsp;It's  like another version for the BLING2x effects where I create glitters around the word "FAME".

This case I used Pattern of a Diamond to achieve a better effect. These pictures were taken from our CEBU Educational Tour and we found out that CEBU is really a beautiful and great CITY, that's why she is called the "Queen City of the South". CEBU is located in Southern Visayas, Philippines.
We visited some of the historical sites, Beach Resorts, GIANT Hotels, Malls and we even had our very first 4D MOVIE experienced at CROWN REGENCY HOTEL.
