Well, this was in HT City on 13-Dec-2009. I know this gentlemen personally and the DOG too.
Please meet Goofy a 14+ years old pamirian (that's 100+ equivalent of human age).

About the cart, the same was seen in a upmarket shop quoting for over INR6K and this gentleman made it himself with an investment for less than INR100.

This just one the exclusive mod by this gentleman, come to his home and check the IR Wave equipment, specially designed dog shelters etc he has made for goofy and other dogs he nurture including his uncle's Pinni (5yrs) and a streat dog whom we call Aunty (2years)

NEW DELHI: A Kingfisher plane carrying Railway Minister Lalu Prasad made an emergency landing on Saturday after being hit by a bird. The Kingfisher flight IT 331 from Delhi to Varanasi was hit by a bird while taking off, sources said. Later, the Railway Minister left in an Indian Airlines flight.
