Wow, I was extremely honoured and privileged to be able to watch Gary complete his first half iron man in Dungannon yesterday. The guys from Gary&#39;s triathlon club said he would be doing well to complete the course in around 6 hours. He smashed it by swimming 1.2 miles, cycling 56 miles and running 13.1 miles in an amazing time of 5 hours 17 minutes and 23 seconds.
