Não precisam de coser demasiado, uma vez que ainda irão a assar. Reserve-as. Para adiantar a a assadura, ligue o forno a 200ºC. Coloque o tabuleiro onde vai fazer o assado, sobre um dos bicos do fogão, Ligue no mínimo, junte o azeite, a cebola em rodelas, os dentes de alho esmagados, o pimento em tiras, as folhas de louro e a malagueta picada. Deixe dourar. Retire e junte o peixe e as batatas escorridas. Tempere com sal. Junte a polpa de tomate e o vinho branco e envlva para que fique tudo bem coberto com os temperos. Leve ao forno durante 40 minutos.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Coza os bróculos em água e sal e escorra. Pique-os grosseiramente. Coloque um pouco de azeite na frigideira e salteie os bróculos com alho picado e junte&amp;nbsp; pão desfeito em pedacinhos. Escorra a massa quando cozida e envolva-a no molho. Numa frigideira quente coloque uma colher de sopa de azite, e junte os cogumelos. Deixe saltear uns 3 minutos mexando sempre e junte o alho picado e a cebola em rodelas. Deixe dourar a cebola. Quando estiver quae pronto, tempere com sal e pimenta e coloque no prato de servir. Deve ser temperado com azeite virgem e vinagre balsâmico. Coloque a manteiga a derreter e deixa-se aquecer bem. Passe os bifes por farinha, e aloure ligeiramente de ambos os lados. Reserve. Na gordura que sobrou, aloure os cogumelos e as azeitonas descaroçadas.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #999999; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Coloque os bifes na frigideira novamente (não retire os cogumelos ou as azeitonas), adicione o whisky. Acenda o fósforo e cuidadosamente flameje, mexendo sempre a frigideira até a chama se extinguir. Quando a chame se extinguir, junte as natas e deixe apurar uns 2 minutos. &lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #999999; font-family: verdana;"&gt;Cortam-se os peitos de frango em bifinhos, e tempera-se com sumo de limão, sal e pimenta. Deixa-se marinar 15 minutos. Decorrido este tempo, coloca-se uma noz de manteiga numa frigideira, e quando a manteiga estiver bem derretida, fritam-se os bifinhos. Quando estiverem lourinhos de ambos os lados, retiram-se. Na gordura que sobrou, coloca-se uma cebola em rodelas fininhas, e 1/4 de couve branca, cortadinha em juliana, bem fininha. Tempera-se com sal. Deixa-se cozinhar tapado durante 5 minutos, até ficar cozinhado. O objectivo não é ficar totalmente macia, mas sim ligeiramente estaladiça. Feito isto, prepara-se o molho de iogurte. Mistura-se o iogurte natural, a maionese, o alho picado e a salsa picada. É com este molho que se barra o pão por dentro. Em seguida, dispõe-se os bifinhos de frango. Sobre estes põe-se um pouco de mostarda. Coloca-se o preparado de couve e umas fatias de ovo cozido. Aqueça o azeite numa frigideira e junte o alho francês em rodelas fininhas. Deixe refogar um minuto antes de juntar a carne de porco e chouriça picadas. Deixe apurar uns 2 minutos. Nesta fase junte a salsa picada, a paprika, as azeitonas desaroçadas e picadas grosseiramente, o piri-piri, o pimento vermelho cortado em tirinhas finas, e os tentáculos. Tape e deixe apurar uns 5 minutos. Junte o vinho branco e deixe reduzir o molho. Retifique o sal e a pimenta e deixe cozinhar alguns minutos. Encha-as com o recheio e feche-as com um palito. Eu costumo picá-las com um palito antes de as colocar as estufar. &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #999999; font-family: Verdana;"&gt;Numa panela coloque a cebola e os dentes de alho picados, a refogar no azeite, juntamente com a folha de louro. Quando a cebola estiver transparente junte as lulas e tape. Deixe cozinhar uns 5 minuto. Nesta fase junte o vinho branco e deixe reduzir antes de juntar o tomate pelado picado.
