8 Claras&lt;br /&gt;
8 Colheres de sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2 Colheres de sopa de café em pó&lt;br /&gt;
Caramelo líquido&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em castelo bem firme.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o açúcar e o café aos poucos e ir batendo ao mesmo tempo.&lt;br /&gt;
Barrar uma forma com caramelo líquido.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar a cozer ao forno em banho-maria por cerca de 8 minutos sem abrir o forno.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando terminado o tempo apagar o forno e deixar o Molotof arrefecer completamente.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
500ml Água&lt;br /&gt;
1l leite&lt;br /&gt;
150g arroz&lt;br /&gt;
2 Colheres de sopa de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
Casca de um limão&lt;br /&gt;
13 colheres de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 Pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
1 Pacote de leite-creme (royal) &lt;br /&gt;
1 Pau de canela&lt;br /&gt;
3 claras batidas em castelo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Levar a água ao lume com a casca do limão, sal, margarina e o pau de canela.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando ferver juntar o arroz lavado e deixar cozer até a água evaporar.&lt;br /&gt;
Entretanto levar o leite a ferver e ir juntando no arroz á medida que vá sendo preciso até esgotar o leite.&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar o açúcar com o leite-creme e juntar um pouco de água, só para dissolver.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar este preparado ao arroz e deixar ferver por 3 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar as cascas do limão e o pau de canela e colocar o arroz numa travessa de ir ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;
colocar as claras batidas em castelo com uma colher de sopa de acúçar em cima do arroz.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno até estar douradinho a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;800g de carne de porco&lt;br /&gt;
2 Cebolas&lt;br /&gt;
3 Colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
3 Dentes de alhos picados&lt;br /&gt;
1 Lata de tomate pelado cortado aos quadradinhos&lt;br /&gt;
1 dl de vinho tinto&lt;br /&gt;
1 Folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;
1 Lata de cogumelos&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
Sal &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Temperei a carne de um dia para o outro com o vinho tinto, pimenta, sal, alhos e louro.&lt;br /&gt;
Deitei o azeite num tacho e deitei a cebola picada.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando a cebola estiver douradinha juntar o tomate pelado.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar por 5 minutos e juntar a carne e a sua marinada.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar os cogumelos inteiros e deixar cozinhar a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

Óleo para fritar&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação;&lt;br /&gt;
Temperar as filetes de um dia para o outro com o sumo de limão, louro, pimenta, e os alhos.&lt;br /&gt;Temperar com sal um pouco antes de panar as filetes.&lt;br /&gt;
Passar os filetes por farinha, batido de ovos com leite, pão ralado e por fim pelos Corn Flakes espalmando com as mãos o filete contra os cereais.&lt;br /&gt;
Repetir esta operação até esgotar os filetes.&lt;br /&gt;

E porque estamos em tempo de castanhas aqui fica uma sugestão simples e deliciosas de castanhas assadas no forno.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
Castanhas com um golpe no sentido longitudinal&lt;br /&gt;
Sal q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno as castanhas com o sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar cerca de 25 minutos até ficarem assadas.&lt;br /&gt;
Depois comer e beber um copito de água pé nova.&lt;br /&gt;

Temperar a carne umas horas antes com o tempero de frango, alhos, folha de louro, o caldo de galinha cortados aos pedacinhos e pouco sal.&lt;br /&gt;
Na altura de levar ao forno misturar a sopa de cebola na água e deitar sobre a carne.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

Este docinho &lt;a href="http://luisaalexandramarques.blogspot.com/2010/11/doce-de-natas-e-oreo.html"&gt;copiei daqui&lt;/a&gt; e decidi que também tinha de experimentar.&lt;br /&gt;
Alterei um pouco a receita porque não tinha leite condensado cozido, mas todos gostamos muito do resultado final.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
1 Pacote de bolachas Oreo&lt;br /&gt;
500ml de natas vegetais&lt;br /&gt;
1 Lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
6 Folhas de gelatina&lt;br /&gt;
2 Colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó&lt;br /&gt;
Raspas de chocolate branco e preto para decorar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Hidratar as folhas de gelatina em água fria.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as natas em castelo bem firmes.&lt;br /&gt;
Picar as bolachas em pedacinhos médios.&lt;br /&gt;
Com as natas batidas em castelo misturar o leite condensado e o chocolate em pó. Envolver tudo.&lt;br /&gt;
Derreter as folhas de gelatina num pouco de água quente e misturar no preparado anterior.&lt;br /&gt;
Verter metade do preparado para uma taça de servir, colocar em cima as bolachas picadas e por fim juntar a outra metade do preparado.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao frio e decorar a gosto quando servir.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
3 Postas de bacalhau médias&lt;br /&gt;1 kg de batatas&lt;br /&gt;
Brócolos q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
2 Cebolas&lt;br /&gt;
3 Dentes de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1dl de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
Queijo ralado&lt;br /&gt;
1 Colher de sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
Noz-moscada&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação;&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer o bacalhau.&lt;br /&gt;
Fritar as batatas ás rodelas.&lt;br /&gt;
Dar uma fervura aos brócolos.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando o bacalhau estiver cozido, retirar as espinhas e as peles, reservar a água de cozer o bacalhau.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar a cebola ás rodelas numa frigideira com o azeite e os alhos, assim que estes fiquem douradinhos juntar as lascas do bacalhau.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar por 3 minutos e juntar 1 decilitro de agua da cozedura do bacalhau misturado com uma colher de sopa de farinha (a água deve de estar fria para a farinha não ganhar grumos).&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar no lume até engrossar (3 minutos), juntar a pimenta e a noz moscada a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;
Num pirex colocar as batatas fritas ás rodelas, em cima os brócolos e por fim o preparado anterior do bacalhau.&lt;br /&gt;
Polvilhar com queijo ralado e ir ao forno até ficar douradinho a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

Ovos&lt;br /&gt;
Leite&lt;br /&gt;
Açúcar &lt;br /&gt;
Caramelo &lt;br /&gt;
Raspa de limão&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Partir a quantidade de ovos desejável para dentro de uma caneca e medir a mesma quantidade de açúcar e leite.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar a raspa de limão e juntar tudo no liquidificador.&lt;br /&gt;
Untar uma forma com caramelo, juntar o pudim e levar a cozer em banho-maria, até estar bem douradinho.&lt;br /&gt;
Desenformar depois de frio.&lt;br /&gt;

Nesta época do ano não falta em qualquer casa Portuguesa a batata-doce.&lt;br /&gt;
As batatas-doces dão para uma enorme variedade de receitas.&lt;br /&gt;
Como todos os dias ouvimos falar na maldita da crise e que esta se vai agravar, nada melhor que começarmos a poupar, comprei 2 kg de batatas-doces por 1.20 cêntimos, pus assar no forno do fogão e ficaram muito boas e se as compra-se já assadas gastaria uma média de 3.50 por kg.&lt;br /&gt;
E como adoro estas batatinhas arranjei uma boa solução para ultrapassar a crise.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
Batatas-doces&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Lavar bem as batatas e coloca-las num tabuleiro.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno e ir picando as batatas com um garfo.&lt;br /&gt;
A meio da cozedura vira-las.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiverem assadas coloca-las enroladas num pano até arrefecerem. &lt;br /&gt;

4 Alhos picados&lt;br /&gt;
1 Folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;

1 Colher de sopa de massa de pimentão&lt;br /&gt;
Vinho branco q.b.&lt;br /&gt;
Batatinhas novas&lt;br /&gt;
Salsa picada&lt;br /&gt;
Sal&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar a carne num tabuleiro e temperar os lombinhos com sal, alhos picados, louro, massa de alho, massa de pimentão, piripiri e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar temperado por algumas horas.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar as batatas e o vinho branco e levar ao forno.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar a gosto.&lt;br /&gt;

2 Postas de bacalhau médias&lt;br /&gt;
1 Cebola&lt;br /&gt;
2 Alhos picados&lt;br /&gt;
2 Colheres de sopa de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
3 Colheres de sopa de polpa de tomate&lt;br /&gt;
1 Folha de louro&lt;br /&gt;
1 Caldo de peixe&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
Massa a gosto&lt;br /&gt;
1 Ramo de hortelã&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Fazer um refogado com o azeite, cebola, alho e a folha de louro.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver douradinho juntar a polpa de tomate e deixar apurar.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o bacalhau em lascas e deixar cozinhar por 2 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar a água necessária para a quantidade de massa que irão colocar.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar o caldo de peixe e a pimenta, rectificar os temperos e deixar cozer a massa.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando cozido juntar um bom ramo de hortelã.&lt;br /&gt;

Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
½ kg de farinha espiga&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 L de água&lt;br /&gt;
Raspa de meio limão&lt;br /&gt;
10 ml de óleo &lt;br /&gt;
100ml de azeite&lt;br /&gt;
370 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 Colher de sobremesa de canela&lt;br /&gt;
1 Colher de sobremesa de erva-doce&lt;br /&gt;
Açúcar para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao lume a agua com a raspa de limão, o açúcar, canela, erva-doce, óleo e o azeite e deixar ferver.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar do lume e deitar a farinha, mexendo sempre até se formar uma bola.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar mais 2 minutos ao lume até a massa se desprender do fundo do tacho.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar do lume e deixar arrefecer um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;
Fazer bolinhas com a massa e levar a cozer em forno médio durante mais ou menos 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Por fim passar as broas por açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;

Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Reduzir a cenoura em puré no liquidificador.&lt;br /&gt;
Separar as gemas das claras.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as claras em castelo e reservar.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as gemas com o açúcar, juntar o puré da cenoura e bater tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar a farinha com o fermento e o óleo ao preparado das gemas.&lt;br /&gt;
Mexer bem e envolver as claras cuidadosamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno numa forma redonda barrada com margarina e polvilhada com farinha.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozer.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao microondas o preparado da cobertura de chocolate, eu comprei á &lt;a href="http://maisumsobreculinaria.blogspot.com/p/produtos-sazonais.html"&gt;Hélia &lt;/a&gt;este preparado, até o chocolate derreter.&lt;br /&gt;
Barrar o bolo e polvilhar com raspa de chocolate branco.&lt;br /&gt;

2 Lombinhos de Porco&lt;br /&gt;
4 Alhos picados&lt;br /&gt;

Piripiri&lt;br /&gt;
Pimenta&lt;br /&gt;
1 Colher de sopa de massa de alho&lt;br /&gt;
1 Colher de sopa de massa de pimentão&lt;br /&gt;
Sal&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar os lombinhos aos quadradinhos e temperar com sal, alhos picados, louro, massa de alho, massa de pimentão, piripiri e pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar temperado por algumas horas.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao lume numa frigideira com manteiga e um pouco de óleo, juntar a carne.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozinhar a gosto em lume brando.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;
250 g de cenoura&lt;br /&gt;
250g de courgette&lt;br /&gt;
6 Ovos&lt;br /&gt;
350g açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
3 Colheres de sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
Açúcar para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Preparação:&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer a cenoura e a courgette e reduzir tudo a puré.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater os ovos com o açúcar até obter um creme esbranquiçado, juntar a farinha e bater novamente..&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar o puré da cenoura e da courgette com o preparado anterior e envolver tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar ao forno a cozer num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal e untado com margarina.&lt;br /&gt;
Não deixar cozer muito.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar do forno e enrolar em cima de um pano molhado polvilhado com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;

E depois de fazer a tarte de grão tive de experimentar a versão feijão e sinceramente gosto bem mais desta.&lt;br /&gt;
A receita fiz igual substituindo o grão pelo feijão.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
1 Base de tarte de massa folhada de compra&lt;br /&gt;
250g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1lata de feijão branco cozido das pequenas&lt;br /&gt;
2 colheres de sopa de margarina derretida&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos + 2 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
Açúcar em pó para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Reduzir o feijão em puré.&lt;br /&gt;
Forrar uma forma de tarte de aro amovível com a massa folhada.&lt;br /&gt;
Juntar todos os ingredientes ao puré de grão e bater com a batedeira durante 5 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Deitar o preparado na forma e deixar cozer até ficar douradinha.&lt;br /&gt;
Quando estiver já fria polvilhar com açúcar em pó.&lt;br /&gt;

2 Colher de sobremesa de aroma de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;
Açúcar para polvilhar&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Separar as gemas das claras e bater as claras em castelo.&lt;br /&gt;
Bater as gemas com o açúcar e o aroma de baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;
Adicionar a manteiga, o leite e a farinha aos poucos á medida que se vai envolvendo tudo.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar a colher de fermento e quando estiver tudo bem ligado com uma colher de pau envolver as claras cuidadosamente.&lt;br /&gt;
Levar a cozer numa forma untada com &lt;a href="http://www.lusitana.pt/subcanais_n1.asp?id_subcanal_n1=272&amp;amp;id_canal=141"&gt;Óleo em Spray Espiga&lt;/a&gt; que para mim é uma maravilha, não sujamos as mão e é de uma rapidez fantástica. &lt;br /&gt;
Deixar cozer, desenformar e polvilhar com açúcar.&lt;br /&gt;

Nesta altura do ano é quando faço mais doces e compotas para poder dar de oferta no Natal.&lt;br /&gt;
O doce de tomate é um dos meus favoritos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2 Kg tomate bem maduro&lt;br /&gt;
1,800 Kg de açúcar &lt;br /&gt;
1 Pau de canela&lt;br /&gt;
Casca de 1 limão&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;strong&gt;Preparação:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Meter os tomates em água bem quente de maneira a ser mais fácil tirar a pele e as sementes.&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar os tomates aos bocadinhos e meter num tacho com o açúcar, o pau de canela e a casca de limão ao lume.&lt;br /&gt;
Deixar ferver até o doce estar no ponto mexendo de vez em quando, o meu demorou quase 2 horas até ficar bem apuradinho.&lt;br /&gt;
Retirar o pau de canela e a casca do limão.&lt;br /&gt;
Apagar o lume e colocar o doce em frascos esterilizados virados para baixo. &lt;br /&gt;
