My PLEXUS 7 day Challange

I was approached by a friend about plexus slim. She raved about her results. So I jumped on the bandwagon and decided to do the Plexus 7-day challenge.

The 7-day challenge consists of 7 slim pink (in individual packets) That you mix in water and drink it either in the morning or the afternoon. I always took mine in the afternoon.

Day-1.. I felt nothing
Day-2..I had a headache but was told this would happen as it's the body detoxing
Day-3..I felt like I had the extra energy a boost in the day, still had headaches.
Day-4.. A headache was gone and I found myself sleeping better
Day-5.. I felt no difference from day 4
Day-6..I felt the same as day 4
Day-7..I felt the same as day 4

When taking the pink slim drink it suggested that you drink LOTS of water. And eat a steady diet of fruits and vegetables and protein. staying away from junk food and carbs.

STRESS-RELAX CHEWABLE SLEEP-AID

I have been using stress-relax tranquil sleep to help me get to sleep. I do have insomnia and the usual high dose of melatonin will not work for me. Although this product had melatonin in it still helps me relax and sleep at night. It does not make me feel groggy in the morning.

First Microwaves are bad bad bad!!! after reading blog after blog with information on how toxic microwaves can be, I decided to toss mine (gave it away).

At first, it was hard. We were used to buying lot's, ok to be honest we were living off microwave meals. It was cheap and easy. However EXTREAMLY unhealthy, Given that we are both disabled it just made sense to buy these meals. The microwaveable meals like Hungry Man are loaded with sodium and lots of stuff that you wouldn't feed your child or even your dog if you knew.

The Screaming tunnel is located in Niagara, Ontario

The legend of this old train tunnel has been a right-of-passage for Niagara youth for over a century. Those who brave the dark tunnel at night and hold up one lit wooden match will instantly become immortal among their friends.

This is an imposing dark structure, and at night it transforms into a black portal that would create anxiety on any who disappear into the darkness, but why such fear, and why a wooden match?

The Legend of the Screaming Tunnel

There used to be a few houses located on the opposite side of the tunnel, a small village now lost to time, and in one house lived a distraught couple and their daughter.

The couple was distraught because of a terrible divorce. The wife finding the strength to leave her abusive drunk of a husband and on this night she would finally tell him the daughter was leaving with her.

This sent the husband into a rage. It was his daughter, not from the view of a loving father, but more of a possession to reflect his perceived goodness. If he couldn’t have the little girl, then there would be no way the wife would either.

He would pry the daughter from his wife’s arms, knocking the scared woman down hard. The little girl ran from the house to hide in the tunnel. Crouched down in the darkness she would hear her father’s footsteps approach, until just the sound of his breathing was beside her in the pitch black, and another sound the little girl didn’t recognize until the cold liquid was spilled on her, and finally the strike of a match lit a face clenched in anger.

The little girl would be burned alive inside the tunnel, screaming the life out of her, and it’s those screams that remain a reminder of such violence.

And they say if you walk to the middle of The Screaming Tunnel at night and light a wooden match; the spirit of this little girl will be frightened to the point of reaching out beyond death, screaming, and causing a gust of wind to blow through and extinguish the match.

We have visited The Screaming Tunnel many times, for prior events, bus trips and many, many personal trips during the day and night. We’ve put the legend to the test, and on one occasion heard a high-pitched noise and had the match blow out.

Unfortunately this was caused by a passing train overtop of the tunnel.

The story of The Screaming Tunnel remains as one of the most disturbing historic legends in the entire country, something to be respected even when other historical evidence is presented…

Facebook is now a household name, You can't get away without hearing the words facebook. Elderly have picked up the social media in a way to connect with others or share the chain letters in the open instead of through email (YES MOM INCLUDES YOU). We use it to connect with family and friends. Play games. Most importantly share content.

Do we know what we are sharing?

What I want you to do is pause look at the posts you have been sharing. I can bet that most shares are, innocent funny pranks, the funny things people are doing, Viral videos shared across to MILLIONS. Also included are cute cat posts and the like. We share things that connect with us personally. To show our personalities.

While being able to share content helps connect us, I have to ask is it tearing us apart? Why are we shaming people? for example,
That woman on the subway looking all doped out Sleeping on the bus (Yes it might be funny or a situation that you have been in or funny as in outta this world) is it something that we should be sharing? I have seen THOUSANDS of posts like this that my friends share. You can't tell when someone wants to be filmed or have their picture shared to millions of people. People steal pictures all the time and add their words and share it.

These people have lives,jobs,families They might have had a bad day? Down on their luck?? Don't look the way you want? In some cases of viral pictures going crazy people have lost their jobs (through no fault of their own) but the posting and cruel comments that come with it... it saddens me. We are more than this. We can stop it by not sharing videos or pictures that aim to attack the person in them

I no longer want to be part of something so cruel. I don't do youtube due to this reason and keep all pictures as private as I can. I was a meme (or someone that looks very similar... it HURTS Think before you post is all I ask.

Let me start out by saying that I have owned Cheap and mid-priced headsets, for online gaming with PC or gaming with a system. They have honestly all failed and ended up like this.

I have issues because I have at least 2 boxes full of broken headsets and random cords. How I got to the pile of crap was, well buying low-grade crap... A buck here two there. Ten or more and I found that they started to go to crap with either headset speakers microphone or the cords that would get caught in the chair... not to mention CATS!!

I have been getting into more gaming these days and a headset is a must to communicate to make friends and form groups. I had recently bought 2 Bluetooth standard headsets for my neighbour and myself and I might as well have just took my money and burned it. I couldn't hear ANYTHING. It was just one of those ones that you can use with your phone type deal and it wasn't working out at all.

I had been contemplating what to get. What was a good price? Was I going to get something that sucked and would end up in the box. Right now wasting money on crap is not an option. I started looking on amazon.ca and looked up reviews. My search had gone on for several months me being very hesitant. I approached by VersionTech to review their VersionTech Updated Version G2000.

I placed my order and it came super fast. I ripped open that amazon box and there it was this amazing box holding my new headset as things were flying and I had the G2000 in my hands, it was like i was holding a light wicked transformer headset. Very sleek and smooth design. The colour is just amazing. I couldn't wait I plugged them into my laptop, as I slid them on my head the COMFORT all around was like sliding a cloud on my head, my ears fully cushioned I was ready.... The sound was amazing. Better than what my laptop has been pumping out lately I am impressed. It was then that I had to use the washroom and when coming back I noticed this great big blue glowing!!!! DUH the awesome headset has USB lights making it glow when hooked up with USB. Another great feature is the cord isn't that cheap plastic crap it's got a material feel that when rolled on won't just snap.

Overall this is a great product in my opinion and with the holidays coming around would make a great gift ( don't forget to visit the 2015 gift guide here) It worked perfect on PS4, Laptop and Tablet. sound was amazing and had no issues.

I have been using this for little over a month. I have extremely thin hair and not to healthy these days. My skin has been just crap with it being hot and sweating or with bug bites. I get these bad freckles all over when it's really hot. Also, I find that in the summer my rosacea really acts up and makes my cheeks burn.

While using this supplement. I found that my skin was not so bad this summer. It's been really bad while doing the review for 100 naturals and I'm impressed. Yalmeh Glory Eye Brightening Gel/Cream

One of the things I love about the Yalmeh brand overall is that they are made with natural products. I have a sensitive face and haven't had a too big of an issue like I have had with other products. I got a chance to try Yalmehs Eye Brightening cream in exchange for an honest review.

I have insomnia so most of the time I have really dark circles under my eyes. Using this product for the past 2 weeks I have noticed that they aren't as bad as they usually are. I was able to use this under makeup application and under sunscreen. I dab it on any trouble spots. I have Rosacea on both cheeks that just get horrible in the summer, my cheeks usually go bright red. I haven't noticed a big difference in the Rosacea. they haven't been bright red like usual more like a soft red. The product was thick and very easy to apply. There was no scent.

One thing I disliked was sometimes it was too much for my skin. In the first week, after application my face would have a slight sting and felt like my areas of application were inflamed. It didn't hurt and went away. After the 2nd week. There is no more adverse effects

I wouldn't recommend this if you have highly sensitive skin. While I found it to be a promising product if you have sensitive skin i would recommend using a little bit and build up each week.

I'm 29 and don't have major noticeable wrinkles.There are signs that they are starting or will be drastic. I also applied the product where I thought it could use. I loved the formula it has a light scent, (natural) It's also has a thick creamy consistency little is a lot. It spreads nicely.

I started using this product about 4 weeks ago. On the packaging, it says that you will see results after using the product for 3-4 weeks. I started noticing a tightness around my eyes after the cream absorbed at around 1 week. I applied this under makeup and under sunscreen. The product contains 1% Glycolic acid, which is an exfoliant. I have been applying the Vitamin C serum every day and night. When needed I was able to apply this under my makeup routine.The serum comes in a dark bottle with an easy to use applicator. less is more when applying the serum and it spreads out nicely.

I have acne/oily skin and very highly sensitive. I saw a reduction of acne while using the serum and I found that my face was less oily. the solution didn't clog my pores at all. Alright I hope you liked my attempt at a poem.

Right away I am going to say that if you have a rodent problem I suggest sticking to the more natural ways for removing them from your house. I have nothing against those who use traps I do think that the extremely sticky tape is cruel. You never know when children or pets or children can get into.

J.I's Mouse Deodorizer is great for ending the problem before it starts.
