My vision for this Ministry is for the people of God togather weekly for corporate worship, to get to know each other better through fellowship of small groups, become more like Christ through Bible study, prayer, tithing and having a personal quite time, to use our gifts and talents to help each other and those around us through ministry, and to reach out to others with love, acceptance and forgiveness by Jesus.

I do understand and respect that we have free will to make personal choices, but as a pastor or minister we have an obligation to God and his people to tell the full story, not pick and choose what we share, it's all or none. That's why so many don't believe in what we are and put out into the world. Stop lying to people. Please respond and share your opinion.

Help me to extend my gratitude

Proverbs 3:5-6 Trust in the LORD with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; 6 in all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight.

I couldn’t understand why, with all my faith, I still didn’t have peace. Then I realized I gave my troubles to my mind and not to God by sending them up on a kite string and hanging on to the other end. In other words, I didn’t really surrender all when I trusted myself or someone else. But, God gave me strength when I trusted Jesus. This allowed me to really surrender and release the kite string, which held my problems.

Praying with Confidence

Psalm 5:3 In the morning, O Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait in expectation.

I often have men ask me, “When should I pray?” The psalmist suggests we pray in the morning. Let God hear your voice and request at the beginning of the day. I certainly don’t pray only in the morning. I find myself offering throughout my day and even into the night. I begin the day with thanksgiving, and close the day with thanksgiving. Notice also for what? Answer to his requests in his morning prayer. Do you pray with the confidence that God hears your voice as you utter your requests? Do you expect God to answer them by nightfall?

Pray till prayer makes you forget your own wish, and leave it or merge it in God’s will.

To Give and to Serve

For even the Son of Man came not to be ministered unto, but to minister, and to give his life a ransom for many. Mark 10:45

One of the main purposes of Christian life is to serve. The secular world usually wants to be served, but just as Jesus came to serve so are we to minister to those around us. The story is told of the man who rushed to the church door and asked if the service was over. The wise usher replied, ‘The worship is over, but the service is only beginning.’ The service we render to others is really the rent we pay for our rooms on this earth. It is obvious that man is a traveler, and that the purpose of this world is not’ to have and to hold’ but’ to give and to serve. ‘There can be no other meaning.

• Identify one person whom you can serve today. Then go out and do it.
