This is something you recognize yet not always feel as the human body and mind are in a way still separated from any real experience within the spiritual reality through the human reality.

What we mean by this is that many do have spiritual experiences that are coming in through the human reality in a way that is explained through the human reality.

When all have different experiences within the spiritual reality, which one is real, or are they all real.

Does this mean that what each one experiences within the human reality is real as well.

The oneness is seen by many as the oneness with all that is out there, but many forget that the actual oneness is contained within your own being and this includes your human body.

The human body is supported through many spiritual energy systems and in this way is a full part of your spiritual being.

You look for oneness in a reality of exclusion and in this way you will never find the oneness that has always been and will always be there.

As we talked in our previous message about why you think that some belief systems are better than others, we have seen some of the reactions within the inner awareness of some, and they represent the exclusion we talk about.

The highest good of all, seems to be very important as many think that the highest good of all is an all-inclusive view.

Forgetting that each person has certain ideas and beliefs about what is or should be the highest good for all.

Many think or even judge other belief systems as not inclusive, and in this way they are in fact negating their own idea of all inclusive.

Judgment of what other belief systems see as the good for all is not being inclusive of all.

Some think that they have moved out of source and in this way got disconnected. They think that expansion of their own being is what will return the oneness.

Moving deeper and deeper within the experience of your own being is oneness with all that can be experienced within every reality within your being.

Source is but the glue that holds all your parts together, you are the one that is divine consciousness just by being you, and you will find that this is what returns to you, the oneness of experience that has never left, but was only forgotten.

Now having expectations about this divine conscious state of being brings in the pitfalls many will have to go through, once you reach this state it will not have the influence you think it should have upon your earth existence.

Not all that is beyond your earthly realm is like what you expect it to be, many see this divine state as meeting their family, and others know it goes beyond this experience.

Reaching a state of calm within, yet fully engaging within the earth reality and at that point also other realities that come into your view.

Do not think those other realities will represent the perfect divine experience, as there are many just like you experiencing different forms of reality.

A divine consciousness state is reached when you are able to see all that can be experienced, not just within the earth reality, but also beyond.

Never forget though that as you are still within a human body and mind reality, experiences within this divine state are influenced by all that you belief as a human.

Be open minded, be open to all that can be, as there is always more than meets the eye.

The journey is amazing as you expand within to reach that state of experiencing within. All is within you, and even that divine state of consciousness and knowing the oneness is within you.

Life upon earth will change for you; the experience of life upon earth will change for you.

But it is you who will have changed your experience, your inner understanding and knowing, and in this way you will be on the path of full expansion within.

Becoming the oneness within you, remember that all is always within you; it has never left and will never leave.

The One Law is that there is no static point for humanity. The One Law is Perpetual Change. Behind this change is the Cosmic Order on a vast scale. Earth represents but a tiny fraction of Life in our Universe. This Perpetual Cosmic Change we are calling Ascension. Ascension happens within a dynamic and constantly changing Universe. All other governing laws fall under The One Law. Cosmic Law. It is Absolute Justice and impervious to the laws of humanity.
Ten thousand years ago the Laws of Humanity were written down and recorded as the Institutes of Vishnu. Five thousand years later as Humanity had changed greatly Moses wrote down the Ten Commandments. It has been 5000 years and it is time to write down a new law for Humanity on Earth and that is called NESARA Law. All those who have been incarnate during Ramasʻ time in India, Akhenatensʻ time in Egypt, Mosesʻ time in Israel and back to Atlantis are working together now to burn off their karma and restore Earth as a Shining Globe in the Heavens with the help of our Galactic Family from the Ships. We have been under NESARA Law since October 1, 2008. President Barack Obama has always ruled from within and under NESARA Law. These are the new Laws of Humanity which bring Earth today into and under The One Cosmic Law. This is Divine Government on Earth. Within NESARA Law we have a new economic format and new Divine Government. Within NESARA Law we have perpetual Peace. Within NESARA Law we are a Galactic Civilization and Citizens of a Galactic World. President Obama is the ninth member of the Sirian Council of Nine and he has been working with all world leaders to move into the Galactic Government.
Divine Government
President Obama has had a very difficult role of double agent. He appears on the outside to be working with the dark cabal and their activities. President Obama is a fully Enlightened Being with a special Mission not like any other before on Earth. Ancient practice allows for all parties involved to appear to get their own way until in the end the noose tightens around their neck and there is no way out.
Secret Government which spans the world with the Secret Space program work together with the corporations to control the banks, religions, governments, intelligence, militaries and space technologies. One of these factions includes Hillary Clinton, Benjamin Netanyahu, Dick Cheney, George Bush Sr., and Henry Kissinger. This faction wanted a new world order. They are the terrorists who carried out 911. These Ones have continued the 4th Reich with never ending world war. The other faction have strong luciferian beliefs and control the European governments and banks. They are the original Knights Templar and they have kept the heritage alive all along in secret. This being the StarGate technologies which were closed down when Atlantis sunk. These were the original American Founding Fathers and the Ones who originated the Majestic 12. The Illuminati infiltrated this faction.This Group controls a lot of back engineered technology which can and has done a lot of damage including dropping explosives from the International Space Station as a message to the first faction near Waco, Texas close to that Anniversary. A clear message to the Neo Cons headed by Hillary. Both of these factions are being terminated over this weekend where the merging of the Buddha and Christ energies bombarding Earth with Great Light from the Sun and the Moon coming into alignment with each other. No longer will the dark spiders web cover Earth with its feuding plots. The last faction on Earth are those Humans and Extraterrestrials working together to enact NESARA Law and return Peace to Earth. Many Angels, Ascended Masters and those form the Godhead have incarnated into Human Form now to help with the Plan. This is a Cosmic Crisis being diverted. In These Final Moments
Your Heart is the Key. Your Mind is the Key. Pay Attention! Focus your attention away from the diversions and on to Love. If you criticize the President then you split your attention and keep yourself from moving forward from the highest level. Where you focus your attention now is where you will begin in New Earth. You may receive a little or you may receive a lot. Those who surrender their Vessel of Light fully to Divine Grace to be used for the Highest achievement for Earth now will be given the Highest responsibilities in New Earth. The greatest asset you can give to Mother Sekhmet, Father Alcyone, Lady Nada and Lord Sananda now is your focus. Focus on Love and nothing but Love.
What you will see next is a parade of members of the one percent from these warring factions going before the International Criminal Court at the Hague. Each One has a database collected and added to over the last five years and longer. As indictments are read into the record and video records played from the Ship computers judgments will be had very quickly from the juries there. Those found guilty of High Treason will be heard as Intergalactic War Criminals by the Solar Tribunal. This same process happened when Atlantis sunk and after every great crime committed anywhere within this Solar System which effected all life there. Representatives from around the Solar System sit to hear these cases which effect Universal Law within our Cosmos. Each Solar System has this same balance system within the Law of One. There is a theory that everything that is written, that everything that happens was destined to happen. Sometimes it certainly seems this way. Not always, but sometimes, sometimes often, it appears that two people, for instance, were fated to meet and marry, whether the marriage works out or not. We have talked about this before, Destiny vs. Free Will. Perhaps Free Will is your Destiny, or Destiny is your Free Will.

Be that as it may, there is some value in thinking that what is past was destined. Whether what happened is to your credit or to your dismay, there is value in thinking that it was destined. Thinking that it was destined will save you a lot of woe. Thinking that all the past was destined makes you face the fact, without discussion, that there is nothing you can do about it now. The concept of Destiny may keep you out of the trap of ruing, regretting, crying about the past. The idea of Destiny may get it through your head that there is no point in crying over spilt milk. There is not a better way to say this than crying over spilled milk?

How much of your time on Earth have you spent in regret and trying to relive and remake the past? How much time have you spent carting the past around with you when you could have gotten on with your life? How much time have you wasted in wishing you could go back in time and erase what passed and do it over and make it new? How you have wanted to undo the past and say something else or say nothing or to speak up when you had been silent?

In a way, you are a writer of your life. Unlike a writer, you can’t rewrite. You can’t cross out.

In a way, every day you write a chapter. And when the day is over, that particular chapter is finished. That chapter is closed. It has to be left as it is.

Now there is something else, however. Although it makes great sense to leave a past chapter alone, and I recommend wholeheartedly that you not turn back, there also can be value in revisiting a chapter that is over. Can you guess what this possible advantage of going over an unchangeable chapter could be?

What I think of is that you may see the exact same chapter in a different way. What you were convinced was a mistake may in a later re-reading seem not like a mistake at all but just right. The chapter is the same, yet you see it with new eyes. Upon this second reading, you may not seem to be the oaf you had thought you were. Is this not a good thing? You are not spending time agonizing over the past. Rather, you are seeing the past in a new light! You digest it differently, and that is all the difference in the world.

So, what if you could have the idea that not only is the past finis, the past was also right. It held more merit than you ever attributed to it.

Beloveds, every chapter that is written, no matter how homely, how winsome, how troublesome, led you to where you are today. With this realization, would you then be so quick to knock it? A particular chapter may have been a broken step, one you wished you had skipped, but what if, no matter what, it was a good step because it led you to where you are today?

Are you not indeed in a good place when My words are before you today and you are reading them and letting them become part of you?

“Greetings Dear Ones,

We are the High Council of Orion.

And on the eve of this very powerful full moon and lunar eclipse that you will be experiencing, and are experiencing the energies on your planet. We draw your attention to the positive energies of change and transformation that are available during these gateways of time, and sometimes prior to large shifts and changes the energies of chaos and confusion or uncertainty can prevail before that.

Yet we ask you to be in the place that the uncertainty that many of you might have been experiencing, is not an uncertainty that is leading to greater and greater decay and falling apart, yet it is a shift and change in the energies which allow the things that you have known to be true for a long time, to be shifting and changing and moving in ways that you don't understand and perhaps cannot predict, and therefore it seems chaotic and unstable.

Yet what if it's shifting and changing things in a way to reconfigure the elements of your life to move into the greater capacity, and greater place in the greater vision of what you are to become, and as you experience things that you might say are tumultuous or uncertain or confusing, we ask you to sit with the idea that you're moving into a very powerful portal in these new energies, and as you do, the things that are not needed anymore literally fall away as if you are, “walking through a sieve”, and the things that are too big to move through the sieve will stay on the other side of the portal, and those aspects of you that are refined enough to move forward will go with you so to speak.

In understanding that these are portal energies, we wish to give you the idea and the faith that they are just transition energies, and instead of feeling that you have a new level of a permanent chaos in your life, if you look at the things that feel unstable and say to yourself that they will be shifting and changing, and they are not a permanent state of affairs, it takes some of the emotional charge and reactivity out of the situation, which actually allows the potential for greater change and transformation, a greater ease in the release of the old and embracing of the new.

Lets look at this portal and see what's on the other side, lets see what the potential is, for we ask you to focus on where you're moving too at that very high-level:
What are the things that you would like to manifest?
What are the things that you are striving for at that highest level of your Soul?

And we ask you during these new energies, this new portal, this opening up.
We ask you to focus on the high-level vision of the future that you have.
What does it look like?
What does it feel like?
How do you feel in your physical body, how do you feel emotionally and mentally?

And use these energies of the full moon to reinforce where it is you're going allowing the old to drop away. The old has had plenty of your time and attention, and now it's time to look towards the future, and the key to our message at this magical portal time, is to begin to ask us at the high Council of Orion for daily attunements.

We have mentioned this before in smaller groups, and yet never to a wider audience, and those who have experienced and have consciously and regularly requested the attunements have noticed the shifts and changes, have noticed less sensitivity and reactivity to the solar flares, and to those planetary influences that can be destabilizing that are happening at this time.

Those who've experienced the attunements prior to this, feel more balanced and stable and clear in where they want to go. We invite each and every one of you who choose to listen to this transmission is to ask the High Council of Orion for an attunement.

What does this mean, it means you sit in the quiet times of your day, whether it's right when you wake up, before you go to sleep, at any point in the day where you have a quiet moment, we ask you to tune in through the space of your heart to the High Council of Orion in whatever way is appropriate for you, and ask for an attunement.

From our place we will energetically work with you in incremental ways to refine and fine-tune the energetics, which you are carrying at this time. Our attunements will always be there to assist, there are some of you who may feel and experience on a tangible level the energetics of the attunement, and there are some who won't. We ask you to not judge that, for if you ask we will give.

There is no limitation and there's no judgment and there's no restriction to what we will give to those who ask. So tune into the High Council of Orion, knowing that we are always here to assist and support in this time of transition, and if you ask for an attunement, we will look into your energetic field for any smaller places of constriction, places where release can happen easily that will calibrate you more easily, to the new energies on the planet in a very positive way.

It is perfectly fine to share this information far and wide, for the greater the number of people who listen to this message and who choose to do the daily attunements, or the regular attunements allows shifts and change to happen more rapidly on the planet. MY DEAR ONES, I AM SANANDA!

It is quite a while since I spoke to this channel. I observed her following her own heart to communicate what her soul wanted to express and I Am pleased that she gave herself permission to do this!

Likewise I encourage each one of you to find your own way to express your heart and to allow your soul to come forward - if you haven’t done so yet - because each one of you is bearing a unique precious gift to share with others.

Each one of you is equal in this and is part of the totality of all souls of humankind Who exists as the One Great Soul and Consciousness of humanity.

Each one of you is an individual and specific vibration in the united song of humanity. And if only one of all these vibrations is missing, humanity’s Grand Song is not complete.

The wisdom of each soul is flowing from the Eternal Source in Which it exists, and each soul has its own color or unique combination of colors. But together all colors are transcended into the One Great White Light.

However none of you is separated from this One Great White Light! A soul that seeks to Unite with its Origin Is very much blessed, as this soul is starting to surrender to the Greater Existence in Which it is arising.

With It the tone of the soul starts to vibrate on a greater scale and a volume, that is not louder but is increasingly expanding multidimensionally until it Unites with Source.

It is due to the Blessings of this time that is is now possible, that a soul is able to participate in the expanded Field of Divine Consciousness, - simultaneously while being the individual soul. This is a new Divine Creation That was unknown to humanity as a whole. In the past only very few extraordinary souls could do this. This is one of the important aspects of this evolutionary quantum leap in the Heart of the Divine: to be conscious as an individual and as the Ultimate at the same time.

Before this new creation a soul who entered the Ultimate lost its existence in the Vast Ocean of Divine Love-Bliss-Consciousness.

How can an individual soul be both? Understand that this is a matter of a kind of “channeling”. The soul “channels” the Infinite Source and opens itself to Its Vastness, but can switch in the blink of an eye back to the more limited state of its individuality at will.

So that this could happen, the Divine Creator Forces have changed the structure of the soul in a way that it is more translucent and less solid in its geometry as it has been before. Meaning that the soul of the human being has now more scope to change from a particle to a waveform, to use this analogy! And this can be done by will, as soon as the Absolute has become conscious to the experience of the soul.

It has been your observation that as soon you integrated a new scientific insight into the nature of creation, that this always coincided with expanded consciousness. Expanded awareness and new insights in your scientific endeavours signified therefore also the evolutionary expansion of your spiritual growth.

I suggest that you all use your understanding of quantum physics, which is in the Knowing of your heart, to expand the awareness of your soul. The symbolism that is expressed in your advanced science of physics is a doorway to understand yourself and the Nature of Consciousness better.

Ultimately you will find, that many observations in the field of physics which are depictions of reality, point to the same Truth. And soon you will be able to interchange them, recognizing that they describe the same what your soul increasingly is able to feel, intuit and Know as Divine Reality.

However, this applies only to the world of phenomena. As soon as structure is released there is no science and no spirituality. Both are transcended in the Gigantic, Infinite and Undivided Source of Ultimate Reality, in which no structure exists, but from which all structures are arising.

This is important to understand, because without this understanding you cannot recognize what is beyond your soul and you cannot surrender to What is Greater than your soul. Although your soul is a beautiful Emanation of the Divine, it is still in some sense separated from its own Source. You can comprehend this, because you know that there are many souls, not just yours.

And this tells you that the soul is not the Ultimate, in and of itself. But Source is Only One, and not many. It cannot be divided, It cannot be diminished. It Is Pure Radiance, Infinite Consciousness in Which and from Which Everything arises.

What arises can be given a name and can be objectified. Source cannot be objectified. It Is forever Subjective Substance of all objects. When you Realize Source, you transcend any object-subject relation, and objects are recognized from a Subjective “Point of View”. However this is not something we can speak or think ‘about’, it must be Realized, you must become It.

It is dear to My Heart to show you your Infinite Perspective, to inspire your soul to growth and expansion.

I can’t believe that May is nearly over. Also, May is the longest month I have ever lived thru.

I have been wholly immersed in a time warp, both heavily entranced in my future AND (reluctantly) reliving so many parts of my past, simultaneously. Since the last report I have been thru so many life-altering scenarios, yet very little has physically moved in my world. It almost feels like I have been placed in a virtual reality program, playing out many possible scripts, past and future, without having left my living room. So bizarre.

The first lunar eclipse (4/25) lit a wicked fire under my ass and so much started moving in my life at once that I was nearly terrified of how I would handle it all. It was like a crack in the veil shrouding me from my future started prematurely oozing into the present…it was at once exhilarating and overwhelming. Rotation Flip

A few to several (?) days ago, my body elemental was telling me about this thing called a ”rotation flip” in my energy field. I didn’t fully understand the concept until recently when the council brought up the topic again and told me that now that we are releasing/dissolving/morphing our karmic template, our chakras are rapidly changing to adapt to the frequencies of our christed blueprint, and this involves what they refer to as: personal polarity reversal.

You are changing your biology from physical beings having a spiritual experience to spiritual beings having a physical experience…this is a different bio-energetic and geometric dynamic. This switch in dynamic is solidified by, and resulting from, the release of the karmic template which means you are soon to begin the assimilation of the christed template. -PHC

The christed template ensures the embodiment of the divine-human, what recently they have been calling the Christos. Christos is a word they use to represent those who embody their divinity, it’s the energy of, the consciousness of, christ…IN a body. Spiritual vs HUman Gifts

The council has also been talking about the opening of some new level gifts of mastery that I am assuming accompany our ascension…gifts that they have been telling us about since the 12/21 alignment that apparently have been building toward emergence. They are telling me that the time has come to begin to explore what this will mean to those of you who are activated and prepared for more responsibility.

What’s interesting…as tho any of this is uninteresting?…is that I am hearing that “what we perceive as spiritual is actually very human at this level (unity), since there is no separation between the two.” So what we may perceive in the lower dimensions as a “god-given” talent…a spiritual blessing…is in fact, a veryhuman blessing, according to the PHC.

What I think they are trying to convey is that in the lower realms, we are limited by the scope of our understanding due to the dismemberment…the inability to remember our full divinity. In the spiritual dimensions, we are in full rememberment of the whole of who we are, of ALL our “God-given” talents, as it were. So what we are going to be witnessing within ourselves is not really the opening of ”spiritual” gifts, per se…since we already have access to all of our gifts in spirit…but grounding these gifts into THIS human life.

All of humanity has turned a corner, and in doing so your attachments to those things that reflected your power has been quietly released. Many of you have seen the remnants of those who put the protective shields in place originally to protect Earth. This is when you talk about who built the pyramids. Much of the unexplainable becomes explained when you see from where humanity is now. Many of the artifacts of Earth still have no traditional explanation about where they came from or what they are doing on Earth.

These shadow memories have been intentionally blocked from you by your own design. The pyramids have always formed a protective shield around Earth, even though they have been covered and forgotten in many places on Earth. These are not all pyramids because some are manmade pyramids that have copied the original designs with varying degrees of effectiveness.

Pyramid Power at Work

The network of pyramids on Earth have formed a protective shield around the planet, which has kept specific meteors and comets from hitting it. That has been released and for a very specific reason. You have heard about the two big meteors that have come in and made the front pages of your newspapers, but you are not aware of all the small ones that are coming in now.

Because this protective shield that was in place from almost the beginning of Earth has been released, you will receive a planting of these comets in November of this year toward the end of the month. You will have a comet that will come by and sprinkle life on Earth. We tell you that specifically, because all life was planted originally from comets.

Your scientists do not agree with us on this point, but we will tell you, you are not from Earth nor is anyone. You have been very carefully placed here by yourselves. Now you are going through an evolution. It was always necessary for you to die and leave the physical body, then go Home to recycle and reincarnate to come back and do it again.

This is the first time that humans walked through the gate without going Home, without dying.

You are walking in an ascension process right now and every step of the way you are higher than you were yesterday; all of this is a beauty that you hold in front of you. All of you have control of this. Do not fear these comets, as they are bringing a new form of life for they are sprinkling life forms. You have been losing life forms on planet Earth for a very long time and now it is being re-seeded in a new way so watch and celebrate the November comet. You have already given it a name, but I will hold off on telling you because my names are not the same as yours.

Your scientists know of this comet that is coming and it is sprinkling dust along the way. It is basically disintegrating every time it passes and when it does, it will sprinkle cosmic dust on planet Earth. In fact, your scientists are now trying to calculate to see if you will actually be able to see the dust falling. That is how much dust they are expecting from this November comet.

In fact, the comet would have never hit Earth except that you went through the portal and released every part of it. It is not going to hit Earth; it is going far away from it and hooking around the sun, but it will sprinkle all these beautiful seeds of life on planet Earth. You are here, dear ones, at an incredibly beautiful, critical time in all of humanity and all the timelines of Earth herself, the entire energies of Earth are being re-energized-even the ley lines, the magnetic ley lines that form the magnetic grid that carries your Earth are reducing.

Your magnetic structures on planet Earth have reduced 12% over the last 100 years. That is also leading to your awakening from the dream. Very beautiful. You have done well; you have carried it here and you are here. You made it. Not only did you make it, but you are sitting here asking what can you do next?

You are in the perfect position to be conscious creators of planet Earth and we hope that you enjoy this journey, dear ones, for you have signed up and waited an eternity for the opportunities that now lie in front of each of you. You know the way Home and if you will stop thinking with the brain and start feeling with the heart, it will lead you Home. You know the way and we will greet you with the most incredible open arms and welcome you Home when you finally do decide to shed those bodies to re-turn.

Dear ones, even now you are the greatest angels that have ever lived and we mean that in all sincerity. We have never seen what has happened on Earth and we are so proud of you. You have created magic with your eyes wide open. It is with the greatest of honor that we ask you to treat each other with respect. May marks an important change for many of us on a personal and on a planetary level. Many of us can feel unsettled, uncertain about the future, and feel the veil of the unknown in a more oppressing way than at any recent times.

There is a sense of darkness and fear about as well due to the unsettled world events impacting our daily lives.

Extra meditation is required at this time to help the higher-self connection and to find grounding.

Find quiet place for you to rest at regular times during the day, make sure to have extra rest, and watch the quality of your food intake as well.

Important world events are around the corner

These world events have been long into preparing and we have seen some of the results manifest already concerning the willingness to spread truth and a fair system for every Earth soul. Now it seems that the energy of the eclipse is stealing our recent positivity and creating many doubts.

More good news are in the making and the light will carry out an amazing victory provided we can work in peace, and in agreement. Events are slowing down now due to the eclipse influencing most souls on Mother Earth. This is a time to come with in for most of us, to confront our own shadows, which is never comfortable. As a result the entire outlook seems darker and uncertain.

Many of you have come to realize that the outer events are of little consequence to your own wellbeing; however there are still events where you must make your voice heard and express yourself in a peaceful manner.

SaLuSa: These are among the most uncertain times for you and for Mother Earth. The inner and outer trembling must be seen, and witnessed in order to move on in a positive direction. There is no point in suppressing what concerns you, or in living in denial. Keep an eye on your inner doubts and fears; acknowledge them, like you would acknowledge an irritating family member. Give it the attention is seeks, the time it seeks, and the light it needs.

Many of you have come together to bring to light the galactic presence during the Citizen’s Hearing, you have spread the news and will gladly continue to do so. There is a sense of the need to come together to make your democratic voice heard, and to no longer submit to the bureaucratic unrealistic ways of politicians.

You need to make it clear that they are your elected representatives and that they must obey to you, not the other way around. The power the hold is due to you, and you can remove that power from them at any time. You will need to set into place such a safety net to remove politicians who are not representing your interests at best. The need for such procedure is felt by many of you.

There is also a need for opening real dialogue with the countries which are currently at war, and to bring an end to war and terrorist’s attacks. It is time to bring an end to the fear of weapons and violence. This also must be taken into account by your representatives. It is time to live at peace with the nations and with your neighbours.

This process of peace keeping should be in your hands, however, there is much propaganda and manipulation to spread hatred of minorities and fear of the unknown. There is no reason for the fear of others; it is a result of feeling apart from one another.

Inner Work

There is a need to rest more, eat healthy, be gentle and kind to yourself, but also to family, friends and pets. We need to take it one step at a time, and learn to live in the moment again. This period requires more meditation and letting go than previous periods, as there is much ending for many of us, which places us into a semi-panic mode.

Changes are good, even if they seem scary at times. Envisage the most positive outcomes always and in all, and do your best to ensure that the wanted results will be reached. Put in the extra time and work to that end is recommended at this time, as there are many delays and unexpected events that can affect you at this time.

SaLuSa: Focus on your inner world, on your inner energy, allow it to blend with your body, and with your higher brain. Allow your feelings to surface also, to have their say. Listen to them through your body, through your chest, but also use discernment.

Many of you live at such a pace, that there is no time for your higher energy to sink in and connect with your ordinary brain waves. This results in a “not knowing” situation on your part. This includes not knowing your own feelings, thoughts and physical needs at a deeper level.

We encourage you to connect with your own emotions regularly throughout the day, and acknowledge them. The path will come to you when you are feeling calm and whole.

You have all decided by now if you are going to join in creating the wave of energy to push the Disclosure and landings into being. You are probably not reading this if you decided to “opt out” because you either don’t believe any of this, or you are too noncommittal to do anything to help yourself and others. There are such people, who develop the stance of non-involvement and perfect it to such a degree that it becomes a proud way of life. They may even give it respectable names like “skepticism” or “objectivity” or “neutrality.” Do not be fooled by such supposedly reasonable descriptions of doing nothing when something is called for.

Those of you who are committing yourselves to the twice-a-day meditations (only about 10 to 20 minutes a day, actually) have decided that you do not want to be left out of the greatest project ever devised. Have you ever sung in a chorus, or taken part in a large event where many people pulled together to create a celebration that touched everyone’s heart? It is thrilling, isn’t it? Being one with a group, moving as one, raising your voices together, feeling the energy as it lifts everyone to a higher state of excitement and joy - there is nothing more exhilarating.

Your efforts will be even more effective if you find a way to gather a group together for your meditations. You don’t have to rigidly hold to the time phases. Any time will do if you want to gather a group before work, or at the end of the day. These daily meditations are in preparation, remember, to create the world you want to live in.

These meditations are good training for you and those around you. It helps you to learn the mindfulness that will help you to clear away the old, paranoid fear-based life expectations at the same time it creates the energetic atmosphere of Love and Light. You will be lifting your own vibration as you send out the higher vibrational waves of energy to lift the energy on the planet. This can only bring goodness into your lives, and peace and cooperation into your communities.

We have seen your prayer/Light on Dec. 21, and during the week of the Hearings, and during the last 4-hour meditation. We have seen the exhilaration and commitment which lasted and carried you through the next weeks. You are not aware of how successful these efforts really are. Little by little, you are lifting the vibrations around you.

Now, here is our dream of the most effective possible action: A Day of Meditation in which every single person on the planet envisions world peace and abundance, openly Loving relationships with each other and with your Galactic Brothers and Sisters, shared technologies and shared commitment to a life of Love, Light and Service for all to enjoy. What a glorious day it will be! The good will energies of the entire planet channeled skyward all together!

We have tried hard, through these messages and the channeled books and articles which have appeared in great numbers over the past 20 years or so, to teach you what is truly possible for you as a global community. Unfortunately, it is still a small minority of the population that is well educated about the need for complete disclosure, and the reason it is needed. The demand for complete disclosure of all hidden documents, secret interactions with ET’s and records of the technologies developed as a result is the basis for taking back your planet from the remaining shadows of the Dark Ones who have controlled all of you through fear and brainwashing.

It is you, Dear Ones, who still fall back into the negative feelings of persecution, lack, victimization, and unmet needs. We are sending you constant help to break free of these chains, but the “breakout” will be executed by those of you who will decide, finally, that the new Vision of a truly God-Centered existence is the culture you cannot live without any longer.

We are still going to rely on all of you to help prepare your friends and neighbors. Here will be the chance for all of you to be of service. You will be needed to go out into the world and strike up conversations everywhere, in grocery lines, at the gas pump, in the library or the post office or the local health food store. Remember the line from that popular movie, “Field of Dreams”? Build it and they will come. Create the Vision, and others will see it too. All Revolutions are created this way.

Make some fliers and print them out on your printer. Hand them out at the mall or the grocery store, in the spirit of joyful sharing and friendly camaraderie. Go to the local police station, fire house and schools and talk with the people working there. Offer to give them information about what to demand of their leaders and the media, based on the material from the Citizens’ Hearings. Have a list of some basic “talking points,” like the names of countries who have officially proclaimed ET’s “no danger.” We invite you to develop and share them here. Kathryn will post them for you to copy and use.

This informational material will be extremely handy when you want to open the discussion with people who are unaware. You will be able to call your local newspapers and offer them a “scoop” by providing the background research they will need for articles demanding information about free energy, for instance. Here is also your chance to overcome your shyness and “come out of the closet” with your spiritual knowledge. You can even separate the information into current events, on-the-ground information and accompanying news from the Galactics which we will provide for you here.

Do you see how this kind of grassroots support will make everything so much easier? You are no longer alone in your knowledge that ET’s are harmless. Advertise this! The next step is to help people understand they are your Brother and Sister Starseeds. How surprised they will all be when they discover that most of them look very much like you.

Now, have you heard yourself thinking: “People will think I”m nuts. I will be the laughingstock...I can’t do that.” That is the proof that the Darkness still has a grip on your consciousness. Fear of ridicule was one of their most powerful tools of enslavement. You have no need to recreate these myths by believing them yourself. You are continuing the enslavement by thinking this way. Shake off these fears - the timid mentality of a vulnerable child - and demand what you know has been your birthright for thousands of years.

Instead of recreating 3D childhood fears (however vivid they may be when you focus on them), turn your third eye Vision to the picture of how everyone will laugh and dance and cheer when they see their family members, their Twin Flames, and the loving officers of the Galactic Fleet in their handsome uniforms. And of course, what a stunning surprise they will have when our dear Sananda himself descends from the New Jerusalem to walk once again upon dear Mother Earth.

Many of you have focused on the moment of uncloaking or landing, as if that will be the end of the story, and after that all will somehow fall into place. No matter how many Galactic teachers and Ascended Masters we might send into your midst, this is still your planet, your home and the creation of your own hearts and minds.

We cannot simply transplant the society of Heaven onto Earth’s soil without your full participation - it would be like the missionaries who went to Africa to shame the indigenous tribes into covering their beautiful bodies with elaborate clothing in the heat, in Our name. Many of those same tribes eventually adopted the shame-based religious beliefs wholeheartedly and integrated it into their way of life. Now We are coming to those same people and saying, “It’s okay. You can take off your clothes now.”

We have been working with you on the clearing away of old belief systems to prepare you for the new, which will in many ways feel to you as if we have just told you to take off all your clothes, and leave them off, for good. Even if you love being naked, it would require a fundamental shift in you, would it not?

Yes, higher level energies will help, and DNA changes will speed your evolution as human beings, but your cultural memories still have a strong pull, just as they do when you incarnate after a visit at Home with Us. Some of you have experienced hundreds of incarnations under the old psychological slavery. These memories will not be completely obliterated; you will still need to adapt and learn higher dimensional ways in your still somewhat familiar human bodies.

We are encouraging you to begin now to adapt to the new Golden Age conditions. Feel yourselves in command of every thought, feeling and action in the spirit of Love, Compassion, Forgiveness, Generosity and Joy. See your fellow humans doing the same.

We tell you these things so that you can envision them in your mind’s eye. The more vividly you see the glorious scenes of triumph the more surely it will manifest exactly as you planned it. Remember the combination: Love and Light, Heart and Mind together, fueled by the combined energies of humankind, initiating the powerful spark which will materialize into the flame of Liberation - the Christ Consciousness on Earth. This combined human/ Galactic/ God energy - the great I AM Presence in action - is the source of Creation which will bring in and sustain the full glory of the New Golden Age.

Being in More than One Place at Once ~ The Dragon through Brian

This is the dragon,

One aspect of ascension that you will get used to over time is being in more than one place at once.

For instance, perhaps there are many places you would like to live, but the list seems too long to be possible. What if you could send off clones to each of those places, then have the clones report back their experience? Now, what if you took away the "reporting back" part and you actually were each of the clones, experiencing all those things in parallel and aware of all those experiences simultaneously?

Your soul does this all the time. Part of becoming more evolved is starting to be aware of more experiences at once, and beginning to choose things to experience in parallel, either accidentally or on purpose. It may be a bit more than experiencing living in multiple places on earth at once. It may be other worlds, for instance.

It also sometimes means your actions in different experiences can have varying degrees of interaction and influence with each other. You start making decisions not just on how it impacts one experience, but how it impacts a multitude of them.

At first, it may seem confusing. However, you will get used to it.

The time of change has been a long time coming for you all, but now, it is as if you can feel the breath of fresh air coming at you, even if your physical and mental bodies may feel more than worse for the wear at the moment. Much has indeed changed already, but there are still some pockets of resistance within as you all go through this last uphill towards that final goal you have been seeking for many a lifetime. Remember, you started your quest for this freedom a long, long time ago. It has been a journey that spans more than one lifetime, and even if you have not been aware of it for most of these lifetimes, you have had a yearning for that day almost forever.

You see, the seed that has been lying dormant for so many generations has not been completely silent, and its small voice has been perceived is all sorts of ways. Some of the actions taken on by mankind have always been governed by that small voice, whether they may be looked upon as ”good” or ”bad”, because that small voice has in many ways been like a tiny little grain of sand itching away inside. There has always been ”something” there, indefinable, that has pushed mankind ever onwards. Of course, the road chosen for this ”onwards” has not brought only joy and happiness. In fact, you have been effectively waylaid by other forces so that your quest for finding the place that will silence this urge within has brought you all out on a limb. But now, mankind has finally found a way to interpret the calling from this voice in the way that it was originally meant to be. And that original intent was this, and only this; as a beacon of light that would lead you all to regain your former glory in all intents and purposes.

For some, that small inner voice will still act as a mere irritant, something that leaves them no option but to lash out in frustration and despair. For they have long since given up the urge to really, really listen to this voice and heed its call. Instead, they look upon it as nothing more than an irritating pest, buzzing ceaselessly around them. And they swat and they duck and they try all sorts of things to eradicate this voice, but to no avail. But then one day, someone like you comes along. Someone who has taken the time to sit down in silence and really, really listen to what this inner voice has been trying to tell you all along. And you have seen the truth in its message for change. For it is not a grain of sand gnawing away at your soul any more. It is a shimmering, iridescent pearl of such beauty it takes your breath away when you finally see it emerge form the deep layers within.

For you have all seen the beauty of this pearl, this inner seed of knowledge that has been lying there dormant, waiting for the light to start to sprout and grow. And now, that seed, that pearl within, has not only started to sprout, it has started to grow so much it is already enveloping much of you in its radiant and lush foliage of bliss and joy. True, you still feel the ravaging storms hit you hard at times, but when they subside, you can savor the bliss from within your new abode of light and love that is stretching and growing and covering more and more. Not only of you, but your surroundings as well.

And when one of you, who has allowed this inner seed to emerge and to flourish, comes across one of those still carrying that seed as a dormant little grain within, the light and the exuberant energy you exude will also call to that inner, hidden seed. And when your vibration comes into contact with this small, still dormant seed, it literally wakes it up and gives it the signal that now, the conditions for growth are so much more favorable than before. And then magic can start to happen. For there are those becoming even more irritable as that inner seed starts to make its voice heard more and more because of these signals to start to grow. But there are so many others finally starting to heed that call, and to listen to it in a way that will make them too allow that inner sprouting to take place. And so you will see these inner gardens starting to emerge all around you. Some of them are vibrant and lush from the very get go, while others are more prone to staying too close to the shadows and need some extra coaching and light to attain a more vigorous growth.

So you are in a way all gardeners in this, not only by maintaining your own healthy and vigorous growth, but also by helping others to nurture their inner gardens. For every healthy garden there is, many others will be inspired and indeed spurred on by merely watching your growth. For, as we have told you earlier, you are no longer invisible, for you carry with you the signals of this newfound vitality wherever you go. Granted, because of these growth spurts you will feel less than vital yourselves at times, but that is only to be expected. And remember, this seeming lack of vitality and this torpor you experience are not because of a lack of energy, far from it. It is merely a signal of a super boost having taken place, and so, your physical body needs a little down time to accommodate it all. But you are all growing dear ones, and you are turning into these magnificent, lush havens that will help to nurture mankind and indeed this whole planet forever. So remember to rest in the shade of your own beauty, and try not to feel too downcast on those days when you feel yourself flagging. For you have already passed that stage of growth where you are at your most vulnerable, so there is no stopping you now. We salute you all on this magnificent day, as we see you standing shimmering in the light, getting ready to step forth with all the magic you carry within.

Each day is a new day, one to be celebrated and greeted with love and gratitude. As each day begins, so does your ability to choose every part of your day in all areas. It is true, some of the changes you make may appear to be small, but even the smallest of change that is filled with optimism and hope cultivates within each of you dependable characteristics that are nourished through your choices and the nourishment dear ones is the love you give your Self that is felt by those around you. Embrace all the changes that upon you and rejoice in the changes that are yet to appear.

It is essential to the current path of your incredible life journey to learn how to be unaffected by some of the changes that you are creating. Yes, we encourage you to notice them, but let them pass as more are coming and we encourage you through our love and support to be confident with how you learn to cope with any new development that may change the course of any situations you may currently be involved in. How you react and respond to sudden obstacles does affect how your journey will proceed – by remaining positively filled with Hope and Faith you will succeed and liberate your whole being into contentment.

It is important to once in a while to observe yourself and how you handle sudden change, or any kind of change. By carefully observing yourself, you will recognize any particular method that requires fine-tuning or replacing with more efficient and effective methods that will help you handle all changes in a positive manner.

We encourage each of you to simplify your views and attitude in regards to your life’s journey and all the areas you actively take part in every day. We observe many of you being swallowed by the bombardment of information that is coursing all around you. Allow your heart to guide to what is important right NOW – focus on one or two things at a time and stay with what your heart has drawn you to for as long as you need; there is no rush to your journey. Don’t compare your development and growth to those around you, you will grow and develop at your own pace in your own way. Your decisions dear ones affect the changes you bring, so does your mindset and how you handle the change even if you know and accept the change is good. Stay in control of each situation, not allowing any changes to get the better of you.

It is essential dear ones to already accept that change will come – always. Your life is about changes and choices and how you adapt and react to each one. Changes will never stop occurring; they will always be a part of your life. We support your ability to bring balance and renewed Hope and Faith into each instance whenever things go not according to what you planned or envisioned. Even when things are going great, always be prepared for those “just in case” scenarios when plans begin to show signs of deterioration. You elevate the amount of stress and disappointment by how attached you become to the success of any outcome. Sometimes things do get out-of-control and there is not stopping once certain things are set in motion, but how you deal with the sudden change will provide you with much insight to your own inner self that will later develop into wisdom. Hold on tight to the changes, sometimes they bring bumpy rides, but once over the growth you have received is immense and deep joy settles in from the depth of your soul and filters into your heart that glows from the outside in the form of self-satisfaction and happiness.

When you add a new addition to your routine, it is good to reflect occasionally on how to respond to possible changes that may arise. Take time to think about possible changes and how they could cause issues in other areas that you are part of. Think honestly and truthfully, how you would react to a sudden change and how you would cope to bring about a positive solution.

It is important dear ones to truly accept that there is no way for you to anticipate everything that is to come up along your journey. Embrace the unknown as it brings much of the changes that are important for your Spiritual Growth and Personal Development. There will be changes you will face from situations that are not to your liking, but they help build who you are becoming. Begin building a non-defensive strategy that is aimed at all changes and treat each change that approaches as a friend that can be disruptive and loud, but you love them anyway.

For many dear souls, they tread on change with trepidation yet change is good, never bad. Once you move away from the fear, you will soon realize that with each passing step you take, you will begin to feel more confident and your Inner Strength will supplement your energy to continue. We know how easy it is for many dear souls to see changes as doom but when you change how you look at life and embrace all changes as friends with love, this fear of change diminishes and what is replaced is a fervor of positive and optimistic thinking that everything will be fine. Be prepared dear ones for anything, and you will benefit when all commotion has settled.

Make the changes you bring about become a necessary instrument for your growth to help better yourself. Allow the approaching changes gauge your journey and direct which course you are going to take that resonates with your spiritual heart. Recognize which areas in your life that would benefit most with changes. We ask you to try to visualize possible outcomes knowing already that there is an infinite amount of possibilities. When you visualize you can add possible obstacles and the methods you would use to diffuse the obstacle efficiently and effectively. By visualizing possibilities, you provide yourself with certain knowledge on how to fix any problem that may come your way instead of trying to correct your symptom to the problem.

Remember dear ones, the changes you make are partnered with your choices and will have a great effect on your health, your home and work life. As you bring in positive changes to your life, treat your Self with compassion and love. Your body is your temple. Nourish this temple with sustenance that is pure and untainted. When you are able to Unconditionally Love your whole Self, then you will be able to Unconditionally Love all others. Bringing change doesn’t begin with any other person but you. Recognize and admit that change is necessary and will promote positive growth in all areas of your incredible journey.

When positive change and HOW you react to change is balanced and you are living from a peaceful state, the love that is your life will blossom into new levels that were not there before. Within relationships, sometimes changes can seem quite drastic to the other person. Introduce changes slowly and include the other person or people that are closest to you. You cannot force your beliefs on others, but by including them, and through your peaceful but active demonstrations that radiate Love and Light, they will see the changes you bring are good.

This is one area which we encourage you to “expect” and that is change. Expect changes because they are relevant and always occurring. Remember your journey never stops changing – embrace each change and rejoice in the unknown, even if the unknown brings unexpected changes to current situations. Teach yourself how to cope positively and always be prepared. There is nothing in your journey to regret as each step you take is filled with endless learning opportunities and each one is helping to develop and redevelop you into the beautiful being you are constantly becoming.

The streams of higher frequencies are pouring in so fast that is almost impossible to record them all. The angels have been directing us to record the breaths of consciousness from all entities who are streaming their breaths together through the crystal light energy that is braiding, weaving and streaming a higher frequency of consciousness together. Each time there is a high energy day, the angels place a golden pillar in my left ear and hand me an etheric microphone and then they breath their consciousness through my breath. Sometimes five angels appear, sometimes five hundred--depending on what project they are working on.

The breath of consciousness is what is causing the entire shift of Mother Earth into her Star Essence. We are all turning more star like together. How do we speed up this process individually? The more we raise frequencies and stay in those frequencies the faster we rise into a new dimension.

The Key to Ascending is collecting frequencies through the merkaba, aligning into the sun energy, the helium energy, the rainbow dust, the star dust, soaking in healing waters of crystal temples, singing with the angels, and mermaids in the crystal caves, keeping the mind in the etheric fairy tale state and then finally walking into the spark of Source in the Crystal Heart, after putting on the garment of white light--which means absorb all frequencies of crystal light, iridescent light, rainbow light, golden dust light, star dust until the body is radiating with spirituality of light energy.

NOW--and only Now can the body walk through the diamond door. When the body walks through the door it must walk into the FUTURE SELF. It is this place in Consciousness that we must stay to create the Islands of Light.
I'd like to share some questions that will be answered and practiced in my workshops on CREATING ISLANDS OF LIGHT, PARALLEL REALITIES, and the MUSIC OF THE SPHERES.

A couple of questions regarding your process of integrating with your light body.
1. You said that you've completed integrating with your silica-carbon based light body. Does this mean you can disassemble your body and teleport to anywhere you want?

I wanted to add that the silica based body is the natural result of raising the frequencies and continuously bringing in more and more light energy that Zorach helps me with and that I get from the helium rings spinning into all of the sun's frequencies to bring out the energy of the neutron through out the body. The reason that I know I am living in a body that is mostly silica based now and will become more and more so is because the angels have told me this. There are things happening in this hologram that we can't see yet. That doesn't mean they aren't happening. The evidence we have of the silica based body is this:

aDOLPHINO (JOSEPH) was hit by two ten ton trucks and ran over by five cars. He had ten thousand broken bones, broken spine, skull and no memory. He was announced dead by doctors. I brought him back to life with the music. The music opened the door to his Cosmic Consciousness which allowed his twin soul flame -- to create the Electric Window in the Cosmic Realm that would allow my Magnetic Consciousness to pull his Electric Consciousness back into Earth.

The doctors said it was absolutely impossible for him to be alive. They said his brain would never work again. They said he probably wouldn't be able to work for eleven years. Joe's body repaired itself without any help from the doctors in one month. This rapid repair of the entire structure of the body happened completely from streaming the highest frequencies through his body by using the frequency shift music that we recorded. It was this frequency shift music that was given to us by the angels as they streamed their consciousness through their breaths that realigned his body. Each stream of consciousness that I inhale and breath into the microphone is a strand of their consciousness. It is this consciousness that is the sound and light of all creation. This sound and light contains a structure of creation that remolds into the original form created by Source. This sound and light that we resonate with and soak into our cellular structure from the crystal cells of mother earth and the star dust energy of Zorach’s star system transforms our bodies into a new chemicalization. This chemicalization appears as a result of consciousness raising frequencies into a higher realm of reality. This is the proof that we are living in a silica based body.

You see, the doctors entire system is based on the carbon based body that doesn't heal at all. The more we shift into the silica reality by adding more and more of the spiritual into the physical through our consciousness, the faster this reality appears. This is why when doctors have played our music in their hospitals, every patient in the hospital immediately showed great improvements and complete healings took place in a week.

The Frequency Shift music in the SUPER FREQUENCY KIT actually shifts the body into a parallel reality of a higher frequency. This is a part of the process used, along with a long series of realignment process for the ETERNAL LIFE ALBUM. This magical place of consciousness carried through oscillation of the higher frequency lifts the mind into great freedom, the world just doesn't matter any more, there is a feeling of sweetness and kindness, there is no more pain, there is alignment into the reality that was always here. All we are doing here is removing a veil so we can see the reality. We must believe that reality is here to see. We must stop thinking we must go somewhere else to see it. This transformation will appear on Earth. We will create Islands of Light on Earth. We create them by breathing when we have completely aligned our frequencies into the place where we are completely in the Crystal Cities, the Aquafaria under water Cities. When we have absorbed all of the crystals of all of the colors of the rainbows into our crystal cells and our cells sing in harmony with each other, this is when we can EXHALE magic into the air we live in. The air has already become hydrolaise. The body is already transforming into to silica based chemicals. It is only our eyes that don't see it yet. We can FEEL it NOW.

When we go to our crystal palace in Aquafaria, we ask our friends there this same question.

2. Are you currently conscious of your other multidimensional self throughout the cosmic omniverse?

Our multidimensional selves only meet us when we walk into our future self after completely absorbing all frequencies from all dimensions out to the 24th and becoming sparkling with golden star dust. This is when we can melt into the diamond door and walk into the starry places. Our teams and families are always waiting on the other side. From that point we go on down into the Aqualene Ocean through the Sun and down into the Crystal Caves to resonate with the frequencies of Inner Earth and then we are invited to enter the crystal cities. It is completely our responsibility to lift our frequencies into theirs. Our team taught us that we must completely merge into the crystal cities or into what ever place you want to shift into. It takes continuous practice and the willingness to spend much more time there than here. We must spend so much time in the crystal caves with my mermaid family that when I exhale on Earth, the reality around me transforms into that frequency. We must breath the Islands of Light into our home, into our place we choose to live.

3. How do you "travel" to Aquafaria to meet up with your soul family down there? By meditation or do you actually travel via your MerKaBa into the crystal caves or do you have another version of yourself living in the crystal caves and is able to integrate with that aspect of your soul whenever you want?

The self that goes to Aquafaria is the future self that shifts dimensions by shifting frequencies. Those with fifth dimensional and higher vision can see this shift. The angels have told me many times that I am completely etheric. Joe can see the fifth dimension--I can't. I can feel it. I am saturated in the frequency of light energy. The return to this Earth is too painful for me. I must continuously stay above the Earth. I do this by continuously absorbing the frequencies that I breathed into the CD's. These are the frequencies from the Crystal Caves and from all of the dimensions.

When I take a journey of collecting frequencies and swimming down into the crystal caves to sing with my mermaid choir, you can hear my voice completely shift into the mermaid's frequencies. My voice changes into an etheric, sweet breathy tone that has perfect pitch. This isn't my third dimensional voice, this is my fifth dimensional voice.

You are finally close to the finish line d I mean very close. Get ready to receive the wonders of our Creator. Get ready to see the wonders in the sky which he will “draw”.

There will be pictures of incredible beauty and we the angles, archangels and others don’t know exactly what is awaiting us. It shall also be a surprise for us and that is a good thing. For God, our heavenly Creator, we are all equal.

I will tell you now, who is on the other side of this message. He doesn’t like it, because he thinks it will call forth enviers and those who want to slander him.

Well, so he must expect and it is optional for him to publish the message or not. Everything is voluntary. You have free will on earth, and we respect that wholeheartedly.

Our scribe is a Elohim. A Elohim is responsible for a whole universe not to make it too complicated to explain. But he is not responsible for this universe, there are many more universes that have not been explained by your science.

But he will play a crucial role in the ascension of the earth and humanity and he is already aware of this for some time. He had to digest a lot and this is certainly not an easy thing, if we assume that you are all captured in this limited body and mind.

My friends it is time to look at your heart emotions. I have spoken a great deal on the need to release the belief that you require material possessions and a level of status on your path of awakening to soul.

What I speak of now many will find most difficult. Some will deny, only to discover at a future time that true freedom involves the full understanding of your heart emotions. Even those on a path of enlightenment still seek control over flow. The control can be subtle or strong. One can control what they will seek to learn, to understand and more importantly, how much control they are prepared to release. This will of course determine the level of flow in any area. What is flow? The flow I speak of is a letting go through understanding, a release of fear, a new confidence. Therefore your energy will flow with an ease and create a feeling of peace within.

There are many areas in your life where you will have managed to achieve that level of flow. Flow will be greater in some areas than others. Still you must continue your path toward enlightenment. Breaking down the ‘walls’ you have so patiently built to house what you think is the real you.

The Real You

Who is the real you? Do you know? Of course you may say, “ Oh yes, I have a home and children. I go to work there, I like this and that.” Indeed. Very admirable, but I asked about the real you. The inner you. That part of you that is protected so deeply on a sub-conscious level. Many will protect this most vulnerable part of their being without truly realizing. This deep protection is part previous experience and part of your sub-conscious at work.

You are able to get up and go to work, play with your children, cook your food – many activities on a daily basis without giving this part of you a second thought. That is until an experience begins to hammer and poke holes in your carefully built facade. I ask you to be open and honest with yourself now. The part I am speaking of is your inner heart emotion. That very deep part of you that you feel is so vulnerable. You can tell yourself to love another. Be compassionate to another. Help where you can in life. This is the way of the soul also. Yet I tell you, this is the outer path of the soul. It is where you can still have control over your inner emotions. You still feel protected. But your inner emotions are the ones that reveal the real you! How you truly feel. More importantly how you are prepared to truly love another. So let me ask you also, how are you going with your partner? The one you love and are personally close to. How much do you give of yourself? How much do you reveal of your inner thoughts and feelings of your experiences?

Can You Fly?

This is a deep level you will agree. It is also a level few are prepared to look at in order to create the deepest flows of energy and love. It may take time to understand the inner you. That matters not. What does matter is that you begin with a willing intent to understand yourself fully. From this a new and happier you will emerge. This is an inner journey where you will indeed finally reach your true treasure, your own inner gold.

It is this inner soul path that will bring you confidence in yourself, in your ability to share and to truly love one another on an intimate level. Your human structure requires touch. Loving touch. You thrive on this. However as you journey through your linear years each time this emotion is threatened or damaged it is stored away in your sub-conscious. Your sub-conscious mind also remembers and begins creating walls of new behavior patterns to protect this most vulnerable part of you. And so each hurt builds on the previous and the protection becomes stronger.

Break Out Through Communication

So you now begin to understand what I am saying to you. Many of you will relate to this. I cannot do this work for you. Nor can your angels or spirit guides. We can stand by and support you, try to guide you lovingly along this inner soul path, but it is you who must do the work to gain the understanding and the greater freedom available.

It is time to love yourself. You can only truly achieve this by understanding and healing your heart emotions. You achieve this through communication. Honest communication with yourself and your loved one. Begin, step by step. I ask you to keep going forward with this inner journey.

You know some years ago I gave a meditation to this channel to help many open the door to their heart – even for just a peek. I said then that many would find this very difficult to do. I gave that meditation the title of The Emerald Heart Meditation. Much teaching and knowledge has been given since then to help many on their spiritual path by myself and other Light beings. Now it is time to go deeper on a human emotional level. Higher on a soul level. So I ask you, “are you ready to begin?”

There are over seven billion people on Earth now. Out of these seven billion people, the Angels share that 10 percent have the soul power to be Lightworkers. Out of that 10 percent, there are 144,000 who have agreed to flow The Light through their daily experience without judgment which in turn is creating a new world; twelve of which are spiritually leading the way. There is also one Avatar on the Earth who silently helps to channel all of this Light energy.

Looking at these numbers, can you see why you have been lonely for someone in your life who you can talk to about all that you spiritually feel and know? Can you imagine being the Avatar and how lonely (in the human sense) he would be? Imagine for a moment if all the Lightworkers were in one place of the world. Talk about a polar shift! We would tip the whole thing over. We are spread out all over the world for a reason. The Light that flows through us is the strongest we have ever had through a human soul before, except for one. Christ Jesus had this Light flowing through Him after He forgave on the cross. And with His words and actions, we moved into the 3rd Dimension. He showed us through this the biggest key for our ascension is forgiveness. Now it is taking 144,000 human souls to create the 5th dimensional world for all souls who will be resonate with it. It is no small task but it is one we can do.

This Light is powerful but so many of you have been thinking for the last few years that you are doing nothing to help serve. You are used to being active in your service to others but the changes from the 3rd dimensional ways to the 5th dimensional ways have limited how you outwardly serve.

Instead of receiving a spiritual message for someone and telling them, you now wait until that person asks you for information, even if you already have the answer. Instead of telling someone what you know from your spiritual place about what they should do in their life, you love them and wait until they ask you for guidance. Instead of healing someone when you hear they are sick or have a disease, you honor that soul’s free-will choice to learn their lessons and wait until they ask for healing. You love instead of judge each soul’s process.

These are not easy things to do. The understanding that there are no mistakes and that each soul on Earth has been here many times. Yes, even the children; there are no new souls arriving on this world as this Earth cycle is ending. The new souls will arrive on the new 5th dimensional world.

The reason you have been feeling like you are not doing anything is that you have fully adjusted to The Light energy that is flowing through you. That is great! That shows how much your 3rd dimensional body has changed; every cell, every organ and even your DNA has adjusted to allow this Light to easily flow through you so you don’t notice it any more. Remember back to when you had ascension symptoms? That was your adjustments and some of that was very painful; emotionally and physically. But just because you cannot feel The Light flowing through you now doesn’t mean you aren’t doing anything. You are doing more now than ever!

As a Lightworker / 144,000 all you have been asked to do in the last two years is “To Be.” To be the best you, you could be. When you are joyful, happy, laughing, calm and peaceful The Light has been flowing through you stronger than when you are doubtful, upset, frustrated or angry. Those of you that have been serving others as your day job, you have just been an extra blessing during the last two years.

Now we are moving into a more active time for service because the spiritual agreement between the dark and the light is changing. The light is once again allowed to shine on Earth. The agreement for the light to leave was so that souls could make their final decisions on their ascension without the interference of the light. Now those soul choices are made, the light is allowed to shine again; not brightly but after two years of this darkness on Earth, any light will seem bright! It is great to hear the Angel chatter again!

So what does this more active time for you mean? It means that those of you that have been waiting to serve, you are in a standby mode waiting to be told when to start your work. It could be June, July, August or even towards the end of the year. Most of you will be serving by the end of summer. The souls who decided they do want to ascend will now be able to “see” you and be drawn to you to help them receive the healings (physically, emotionally and spiritually) they need to prepare for their ascension. There are many people who will need help between now and when we ascend and of course with much more after we ascend.

So your years of dedication to your spiritual development have not been wasted. The issue wasn’t you; the issue was that the people were not ready to seek help. Now is not the time to give up on your dream of service. Now is the time to brush off the dust on your spiritual tools. Now is the time to get excited, just like when you first knew that you were called to do spiritual work. Now is the time to ask the questions about how and when and where you are to serve believing that when it is time for you to serve, you will hear, see, know exactly where to be and what to do.

Hang onto your hats this week, as we have the Uranus Pluto square today and the May 25 final eclipse of the three that began on April 25. Whatever was brought to light or you became aware of as a source of discomfort in late April can now be completed for closure in an important ending cycle of your healing journey. As you will read in this week's channeled message 'when the veil is lifted, all that was hidden behind it is revealed.'

While there is a veil between the spiritual and material worlds, there is also a veil that hides many things in the illusions we know as our reality. This truth can be scary and we can become quite emotional about what we are shown as the truth. It is simply part of the process of self empowerment, awareness, integration and alignment that is a step on humanity's ascension journey. We knew we would arrive at this place at some point on the journey, we are now here. There is no time or place for regrets or anger, it is time to move on, move up and create space for the new energy. Try to not get distracted by the things that are being revealed on the world stage. Our collective intention for truth has revealed many layers of truth, including much of what has been kept secret. They must be revealed before a new truth can be created. We are all going to get a big dose of truth in the coming weeks. I wrote, in the 2013 predictions,that this would happen in May and the month isn't over yet. I believe that we are in the period the bible describes as the 'end of days' and it doesn't have to be the fire and brimstone prophecies of the past. We have the ability to create any reality we desire, so it is important for us to stay focused on our most powerful, joyful, peaceful and fulfilling intentions. We can be "filled full" of anything we want, so why not make it the best and most wonderful things we can think of?

Archangel Uriel: Everything Supports Your Journey

Everything on your life path supports your journey from pain to joy, from fear to love, from powerlessness to empowerment, and from limitation to limitlessness. There are no challenges in any aspect of your reality that do not support your evolution. Every trial and sorrow has embedded within it the spark of your divine truth, which you can see and know when you seek the highest outcome. That is why the brightest path is often the most challenging one because it represents your soul’s call to healing. It is not the path of highest vibration, greatest clarity, or the one that is the most joyful and peaceful for you. Very often it is the one that is the most challenging and that you find least desirable. Your soul lights this path so you will follow it and in doing so, create healing and transformation. This is your journey into ascension and evolution.

The more you resist this bright path, the brighter it becomes. Your soul agreement is grounded in healing and you are the healer, as well as the healing. It all happens through you and while you have the ability to experience the pain, you also have the ability to take the journey through the pain to create joy. If you allow the pain to become the journey, you have lost sight of your soul’s healing commitment. The commitment you have with Source is to move from healing to evolution, from density to light, and from fear to love. Everything in your reality supports this journey. This is ascension and it is your mission.

You are warriors of the light and for the light, and many of you are now completing this very long journey, whose beginning you do not remember as it began with your first incarnation. The veil between dimensions, frequencies and vibrations has been lifted but it is one of several veils that are now clearing. When the veil is lifted, all that was hidden behind it is revealed and this includes the veils in your own lives. Your power and true light were hidden from you so you could fully experience the density of that which you came to heal. And this is what has become your brightest path so you can apply your power to its resolution. The time you have long awaited is now here, move forward to bring the light of truth, peace, and love to the places you know need them the most, beginning with you and your healing journey. You heal the world by healing yourself.

If you resist the pain, you are resisting the expansion of your own light. You created this path for yourselves so you could bring light to the world. Resist the temptation to judge, as it limits your ability to understand the true nature of your experiences. Everything exists to support your transformation, evolution and ascension. The most difficult challenges can inspire you to take the greatest action and while fear can create powerful inertia, you use fear as a vehicle to move you from that which you fear the most into joy. How much easier could your journey be if you recognized that fear and its emotions indicated the presence of powerful healing opportunities?

Have the courage to step bravely into the most brightly lit path, the one you fear the most. Empower and encourage yourself with the light, guidance and support that will help you transmute the fear into a greater expression and expansion of your light. Be willing to go within and find the spark of divine light that is within everything and your boldness and courage will be rewarded with the guidance you need to take the next step, and each one after that. Always ask to be shown the highest outcome, the most wonderful solution and the greatest peace, joy and love in every situation. Seek healing and wholeness, to be brought back to your divine center of unlimited joy, peace and love, expect to be guided and supported in each step of this journey and you will be.

Lunar Eclipse in Sagittarius ~ Freedom and Power ~ via Dana Mrkich

As our global awakening intensifies, and as our awareness of all kinds of truths increases, it is only natural that any energy that feels threatened by that or has fear around that, also increases. We always see this on a personal level whenever we are ready to jump into a new level in any aspect of our lives. Our inner doubts, fears and any remaining remnants of old patterns flare up in response to our decisions to commit to new actions and pathways.

Energy works the same way whether it’s an inner personal experience, or an outer collective one. So, we are seeing this type of response now on a global level with the sense that the net of control around humanity and human behaviour is feeling more and more like a choking stranglehold. The increase in this type of energy is always a good sign, not a negative one (even though it can feel very unpleasant). It is indicative of the degree to which something is expanding in its nature, the degree to which something has outgrown its old form. The ‘stranglehold’ we are seeing and feeling, is an attempt by those collective aspects of us to retain an illusion of control, to retain a sense that all is ‘business as usual’. This is making people feel more than ever like they have no choice in anything, and no power. Now, more than ever, it is important to look deeper and realise that this ‘stranglehold’ is not a sign we have no choice and no power – it is a fear response to the growing realisation that we DO have choice and we DO have power.

This is not about an ‘us against them’ tug of war. We are all part of the one energy. The collective manifestation of humanity is exactly the same as the inner manifestation of our personal aspects, only amplified. So when we see this stranglehold occurring it is helpful to realise, oh okay, I see what’s happening. That is exactly what my old wounds were trying to do that time I tried to get up the courage to leave my job or change a relationship pattern.

Very often when old issues flare up people get very disheartened that all their inner work has not been working, when in fact it is a clear sign your inner work HAS been working. The intense flaring up of fear is a clear sign that something has shifted on an energy level and is about to quantum leap on a physical level. It is important of course to address the fear response, but at the same time don’t jump in and let it suffocate you into thinking that is the dominant or expanding reality. It is the old reality leaving.

Now is a time to keep holding your focus on the reality you have committed to, and act accordingly in whatever ways you are choosing to do so. This week we have come across some information about an ingredient in certain foods, so we are immediately changing the brand we choose to buy. We all have choice. We can all say no to things, we can say yes to other things. Despite appearances to the contrary, we all have freedom of choice in what we do, say, think, eat, consume, in how we live.

The Lunar Eclipse this Friday night/Saturday depending on your time zone is in Sagittarius. Lunar Eclipses are about letting go (to let in something new) and Sagittarius is the freedom loving adventurer and truth-seeker. So this is a perfect time to let go of any fears or illusions you have that you are not in control of your life and reality, and that the powers that be are tightening the reins more and more every day. You have choice. You have power. You have freedom. Take it, own it, and use it well.

Today we would like to focus your attention on what is commonly referred to as Déjà vu. Many would describe this as having the feeling that you have already seen or experienced the exact circumstance that is currently being experienced. We have been asked to speak about this topic before however we felt that it was better that we first shared our perspective on parallel realities and the nature of time before attempting to give our explanation about this “phenomenon.”

Very simply put, déjà vu is the conscious awareness of your shift from one parallel reality to another. Although you are a regularly shifting back and forth between many parallel realities depending on the choices you make and the vibration you choose to resonate with, your conscious mind does not detect the shift. However, every once in a while there is an “over-lap” for lack of a better which is experienced consciously, which has been referred to as déjà vu.

Let us offer you an analogy so that you may better understand our explanation. Imagine that each moment of your life is a snapshot; a still picture. Each still picture is strung together by the choices you make and the direction of your focus and intentions which directly affects your vibration. Now imagine these still “snapshots” or “frames” are strung together to form a motion picture. This is very similar to how your motion pictures or movies are made. Each still frame is rapidly viewed which gives the illusion of movement. At any time there are of course an infinite number of parallel realities that contain a different choice or a different “snapshot” for you to choose from. With this image, it is a bit easier for the mind to understand just how often you shift from one parallel reality to another. However when Déjà vu is experienced it is as if one still frame has been experienced twice. How? Why? Let us further explain.

The other key component is “time” or rather your experience of linear time. Again, as we have mentioned many times before “time” is part of the illusion. You experience time pass in a linear fashion which helps to solidify the illusion of your physical reality. As we have explained in earlier messages, we perceive time to be very flexible. We use time as a marker to help us to find the experience we would like to direct our focus, much like page numbers in a book which help you to find the passage you want to experience. We also experience everything as being in the “now moment” and all experiences are happening simultaneously. We understand that this can be difficult for the human mind to grasp because it has been trained and made to function within the illusion of linear time.

As you shift from one parallel reality to another your mind perceives the experience as one solid line; a fluid, smooth, compilation of one thing after the next. The human mind filters all other realities out in order to allow you to perceive this very unique experience of having just one timeline, just one reality in your conscious awareness. Remember that in the higher realms you are consciously aware of all realities and you can see how all decisions will play out. The unique opportunity which you are all a part of allowed you to have a very different experience. However, every once in a while your conscious mind perceives the shift between parallel realities. Because the conscious mind has no way of processing the information with the logic that it uses to filter the information, the shift is experienced as being an exact replica of another experience that has already been perceived. Yet really it is simply a mirror image of an experience that you did in fact experience already in the other reality you shifted from.

Often times when you are experiencing déjà vu, you cannot remember the exact “time” or instance when you have had the exact experience, all you know is that you have had that very experience before. It feels like every minute detail, even the very feelings you have, are being repeated. The reason being, you have not had a “similar” experience to the one which you currently perceive; you in fact have consciously perceived the very same experience twice! The first was when you shifted from the “other” parallel reality, and once again in the parallel reality which you have shifted to. Your conscious mind filters the duplicate out most of the time, leaving you with no conscious recollection of the experience; however every once in a while you are able to detect the similarity which leaves many “scratching their heads” in amazement.

So the next time that you experience “déjà vu” you may find it to be quite fascinating now that you know that you have just perceived a shift from one reality to another.

Dear Ones, we are the Arcturian Council of the Light and today we come to the forefront through this loving heart and we bring you our unconditional love and our respect for you truly are tremendously powerful souls in incarnation.

Without the lot of you there would be no talk of a Global Ascension just because you are those little flames of pure Light and Love from the Source of “All That Is”.

In this current time frame we find ourselves in a momentum of energies meandering through the collective and pure essence of your Being.

There are specific timelines taking on different shapes and which are now configuring a more Earthly reality in all your consciousnesses. Many activations and integrations in your current consciousness are now elevating themselves and will display a whole new reality out of a higher and more refined consciousness.

Still dormant souls also get their portion and will be activated, albeit up to a certain extent dependant on their level of consciousness. Everything that is not being used nor fully absorbed gets stored in some kind of center in the midst the dormant soul’s heart where all recorded information can be found and can be accessed over and over again.

It is in the heart center that everything takes place and that will bring you to awakening and to ascension. That is why we keep on stressing the fact to always remain in the heart center as everything is to be found there, everything manifests from there.

The thought that is often expressed from the ego point of view, is the erroneous thought that everything that is found outside of yourself is the only true reality that is kept alive ever since birth and, of course, nothing could be further from the truth.

Humans are inclined to seek everything outside of themselves and that can go from signs till confirmation or even destruction. First something rather dramatic most happen leading a soul into the depths of the pit before that soul opens itself to something enlightening that comes from within itself.

All the drama that takes place outside of someone is but a reflection and even a perception of the soul involved, searching for clues to justify and trigger its existence.
When the moment of awakening takes place and the heart becomes the center that regulates everything and steers it all in a conscious way, than and only than will everything be searched and found in the inner as the need for outer confirmations falls away.

You will than become omniscient and intuitively feel everything; you will only be guided by your True Self, your I AM and your Higher Self.
The coming period revolves around all what you are : your heart center.

This is what it is all boiling down to and where drastic impulses and changes are going to occur. The build up of the elevated collective is in its growth process and nears its full glory; therefore, all focus should be placed on this because it is utterly crucial and important now.

A lot of portals have opened themselves now during this month of May, lots more are about to be opened and energetic vortexes will be activated. What is about to occur in the Now is very crucial and will be responsible for your future Now.

As humanity you will be accountable for your own creations and for the global changes, just because this is your process and your reality. The already opened portals and the activated vortexes will provide pleasurable as well as very intense changes.

You all carry these energies and portals within you through the connections and the integrations you have with the whole of the cosmos and with this Universe as your Galactic aspect and your light aspect.

The inner portals have to do with your consciousness and your integration of Self. The more enlightenment and awakening take place, the more the inner connection with your Self becomes a fact and when that takes place the inner portals will get activated in yourself as well as outside yourself in the universe, because you reflect your inner to everything that is outside of you.

That is the truth : you all are walking portals in incarnation, grounding everything that you are into Beloved Gaia. The minute this is seen as your truth and as yourself, a huge wave of energy will pass through your incarnation and through your heart, providing the necessary adrenaline to continue on and to magnify what you are.

Hence, the coming times will be very challenging and it will be very important to be able to cope with all the light, all the love and all the cosmic rays and energies that will now overflow your planet and your embodiments with “All That Is”.

We will grant all of you the necessary grounding and integration to be able to handle this by giving all our energies to all of you so you can continue on with the process of transformation.
We embrace you with our dearest energies of the Light and we give you our blessings of Love.
