This purpose of this site is educational, and not just about the ideas that are “Aseity”. The need for change in ourselves, in society, and in the world is often apparent, but sometimes we allow ourselves to become inflexible in attitudes and opinions. To combat this, aseity.org seeks to be a destination where we can all (hopefully) realize what we have in common & overcome the inflexible thoughts that keep us divided.

For the purposes of discussion, we will call Aseity a philosophy. It has taken shape, revealed itself almost, as a common thread in a variety of areas across the educational spectrum. It is nothing more than a perspective - a lens through which your view of life is subtly altered. There are no rules or commandments. Nothing is proposed as fact or promised as truth. That is for you to evaluate.

The site is open to opinions and ideas from all. Those of us providing the impetus will likely be the dominant voices at first, but we look forward to including everyone, especially those that disagree.

This is not to say that we do not have strong opinions and that they will not be a focus. This view of the world does not blind you to injustice or suffering in the world, or to those responsible. It is in fact our goal to help you to see these things for yourself, to join a community that shares your desire for change, and to give you the courage to take action.

We share a concern for the future of our world community, and feel that the greatest danger to long term peacefulness is ignorance and fear - of other cultures, other peoples, and the unknown. This can be prevented and must be.

This site will continuously grow and change as we cover more subjects, add opinions, and learn from our mistakes. For a simple introduction, a good place to start might be the F.A.Q.
