• Elderly AML: Still Cagey After All These Years

• Acute myeloid leukemia in older populations remains a vexing clinical problem. The incidence of AML dramatically increases after the age of 55.1 Given the shift in demographics in Western populations, this bodes for many more cases of elderly individuals presenting with AML.
