Tis with heavy heart that I report to you that Ashia Designs can no longer afford to keep an inworld presence. As such, the main store will close Thurs 27th slt. I will try to get my slx and onrez pages updated, so you will be able to buy new stuff as and when it comes. Until the closing date, all skins will be on sale for 100L each, so if there's one you've been after, now's the time to grab it.
I want to take this time to thank you all for your support, help, advice and never ending cheer over the last 18 months. It has been an absolute pleasure to get to know you all, please stay in the group, as I promise I will still be releasing skins/eyes and freebies. From the bottom of our hearts, Kenlee and I wish you all joy and gorgeousness in your second lives XD!

Timeless Bare

They're heeeeeeeere!!! I finally finished "Timeless: Bare", and I think they are my best skins so far!!

I wanted to do makeup that was more 'me' in RL, and seeing as I never wear lipstick, natural lips was my challenge! Also, I've made a lot of changes to the body and incorporated recomendations from Efe and Sasy and, of course, Kenlee!!

The body features new nipples, new belly button, new feet and softer hands. They are imaginatively named, such as, um, Bare, Bare Blue, etc!!! Demos available in the main store!

I've been meaning to do it for ages. I put it off and put it off, but after heaps of encouragement from the luffley Sasybum, I have finally implemented some changes to both Timeless and Destiny. I also incorporated suggestions from Efe, you can thank her for the new hands and belly button!!!

So we have new nipples, belly button and softer hands, while still keeping the detail the I love. If you would like a free upgrade from the pervious versions to this, please let me know and I'll fix you up!!

There's also a new skin in the lucky chair, so grab that while you grab your demos!

New Drow Skins

It's been long overdue, but I've finally updated the fantasy skins, yays!! They have the awesomesauce windlight shadings, and all manor of tweaks that make them better than ever. The makeups have also been updated, overhauled and pumped up with steroids to make em phater XD!

So far the drow skins are done, I'm working on the rest of the fantasy skins as we speak. I will be adding to the series as it is by far my fave, and the one I have the most fun working on! There are a few changes in the works, including but not limited to, a sale, a change in price for the archive skins and some wicked makeups for the Destiny line. Demos at the main store

I finally pulled my finger out and got these finished!! Yays for new makeup! Simple, clean and classic liquid eyeliner with a variety of juicy lip colours in all four of the Timeless shades. All packs come with a free freckled version woot!!

Also, because I hadn't done any for ages, some new eyes! Anime eyes this time in super lush colours, with more to be added soon.

I know it's been awhile!! I've been working hard on new shtuffs for you!!

I have some makeups nearly ready to go, but in the meantime, the Spring makeups (all tones) and Goth makeups will be 50% off. The price will go back to normal at the end of Memorial Day and the Spring makeups will be banished to my inventory box forever muahahaha!!

The makeup's just something I threw together for our breakfast Club event a few weeks ago, I went as the Basketcase!!! Shoulda had more eyeliner though!

Woot!! Destiny is done and ready for sale. 3 tones, Cairo, Nairobi and Shambi. 8 makeups that I wanted to keep clean and elegant but still smexy. Destiny is based on my Timeless templates but with shadings and body bits in keeping with the darker skintones, for what I hope is a very natural skin. Ok so there were serious teething probs with the subscribe thingy!! I forgot we had turned scripts off on our land due to the griefers, and the kiosk wasnt set to the group. Sooooooo as soon as I logged off it stopped working!! Also there was serious lag with the gift. It didn't show up in the history for over 2 hours gggggrrrrrrr. With that in mind, I won't remove the gift till Monday afternoon to give people a chance to get it! The Vanity Skin Fair opens today!!!! Timeless Couture will be unleashed on SL..........hope you love em!!! I can't help but be terribly excited and happy to be there! Note to self......I will not fawn over my fave designers and I will not fall at their feet professing undying love and stuffs!!! I met Annyka from Blowpop yest at the rehearsal and didn't propose so I think I'm doing pretty good so far! Anyhoo, if you go to the fair during the first week or so, detatch EVERYTHING!!! It's gonna be a lagfest!

Will It Ever End?

Iv'e just finished protesting for and with Akasha Wachman (Catnips mad scientist designer). I don't know Akasha personaly, but her designs and imagination have helped shape my second life, and inspired me beyond belief. The item in question was a pair of boots, designed by Akasha, sold by someone else, obviously without her consent. When Kenlee (my business partner) tp'd me, I was orbed, booted, then greeted with endless prims containing pornographic material. This was the owner of the land parcel doing the griefing, not the protesters. I have a strong stomach, but the images made me sick.
Then Kenlee told me she was IM'd by a Linden (whose first name shall remain a secret) and told to cease and dissist protesting. K as far as I knew it was LL policy to stay out of resident disputes (which this would be classed as). Secondly, no-one that was protesting was breaking the TOS, in fact the only av doing that was the land owner (the porn, orbing etc).This Linden msg'd Kenlee several times, asking her to stop. You would have to be blind and deaf to not see what the land owner was doing, the crime we commited? Shouting "TAKE DOWN THE STOLEN CONTENT". No swearing, no griefing, no weapons. That was the extent of out protest. Yet, if this Linden was close enough to hear Kenlee shouting, or indeed any of us, then they would have known a) what it was about, b)we had a legitimate reason to be there, and c)the land owner was orbing us left right and centre, spamming the sim with porn in an attempt to get us to leave and breaking several other TOS rules.
My point? Linden Labs don't give a shit. They will even go as far as allowing a Linden to be present on the behalf of the land owner selling stolen content. Time and time again they have shown us that they want us here to create, to sell SL to the corporate investors, but will never never protect the content we provide.Without the awesome designers, wtf is SL? A bunch of fucking ruths with play-doh skin and default hair. FYI, the Linden that got involved was born end of Dec 2007. maybe they should brief their employees before letting them lose in SL to run ammock? Just my 2 cents.
