Underwater World Pattaya shows a leisure attraction which the rich variety of marine life found around the region. Underwater World Pattaya located 200 meters south of Tesco Supermarket in South Pattaya.

Underwater World Pattaya covers a total area of 4,000 square meters of land and is contained in a structure that replicates a large circus tent. Underwater World Pattaya presently houses over 4,000 marine animals, including more than 200 different species from the area as well as some rare creatures from abroad.

Yup, all of them are the ecosystem of underwater world.

Underwater World Pattaya takes visitors to a "voyage to the bottom of the sea", which begins at the sandy beaches and shallow rock pools at the water's edge. "From here, you descend into a pedestrian tunnel, passing brightly colored corals and all kinds of exotic ocean-dwellers along the way".

The tunnel is 100 meter long and is made of 6.4-centimetre-thick acrylic. It allows you to witness the homes of great shoals of fish, prowling predators and a host of other creatures that inhabit the ocean depths.

Underwater World Pattaya plays an important role in education and marine conservation. School visits are actively supported, and new educational programs are constantly being developed.

A lot of thought has been put into the architectural design of the Underwater World. The structure, similar to a large circus tent, enables the place to have natural light that nurtures the algae. The showcase of Underwater World begins at the "Touch Pool" area, which is a shallow pool that allows visitors to observe and interact with underwater animals such as bamboo sharks, stingrays, starfish, and many species of fish, seaweeds, coloured corals and archer fish. Children and adults alike can touch sea cucumbers and other aquatic life in this pool. More adventurous tourists can volunteer to feed the animals (by paying a fee of around 2500 baht, with gear).

The acrylic underwater passageway is divided into 3 zones. The first part is the "Reef Zone". This features coral reef and an abundance of colourful fish that are relaxing to watch. The next zone is the "Sharks and Rays", displaying sharks, sting rays, ray sharks and turtles among other creatures from the sea. The last is the "Shipwrecks Zone" featuring various kinds of fish that are edible.

Visitors looking for closer encounters with the residents of the deep sea can try snorkeling or scuba diving within the aquariums. There is a feeding show which usually takes place at around 2pm.This is interesting to watch as experienced divers feed fish like sting rays and sharks.

Our journey landed on Pattaya, one of the most fabulous tourist hotspots in Thailand. In there we enjoyed one of Asia’s leading beach resorts, as well as sandy beaches, exciting nightlife, the delicious of Asian food.

Lombok International Airport Operates July 2011

Starting in July 2011, the island of Lombok will have new international airport. Lombok International Airport will become the main airport in particular from international air transport to the region of Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB).

This was submitted by the Governor of NTB Zainul Madji when met at his office, Mataram, on Friday (18/03/2011).

"July the new airport we operate in Central Lombok, its capacity doubled from Selaparang (Mataram)," he said.

Zainul add Lombok International Airport has a land area 9 times larger than Selaparang Mataram airport. Area of the airport is reached more than 550 hectares.

"In addition to the new airport, there are 6 ports are fixed, the funds of Rp 25 billion," he said.

Lombok International Airport able to accommodate wide-bodied aircraft like Boeing 747 and Airbus aircraft. Direct flights can be served antaralain Lombok-Singapore, Lombok, Malaysia.

In addition to the international airport which operates immediately, NTB has a domestic airport and airport pioneer. That is capable of Mataram Airport Selaparang Fokker 100 and 737 accommodate the A500. There are also Airport Brang Seeds in Sumbawa Besar which can accommodate Salahudin Airport Fokker 27 and Fokker Bima can accommodate 27.

Raja Ampat as one of the 10 best dive sites the world has a charm that is not in doubt.According to the study conducted by marine experts said that the underwaterecosystem Raja Ampat has variations that are very diverse, ranging from coral reef fish and big fish like Manta Raya.

Manta Ray is a fish that has a unique shape like a big bird that was always flappingtheir wings, live in groups and have a pair of "horns" in front of his mouth. Althoughsome people call it a ghost stingray fish actually is not dangerous even the main attraction for divers.

Unfortunately the last few years manta fish populations in Indonesia sdh began to decrease because of uncontrolled hunting.

Expedition Team and some observers tried to document the marine ecosystem and to record the charm of this Manta Ray. Will these fish populations in sea depth of Raja Ampat has been reduced?
