This might happen while you trying to JailBreak then something went wrong, and you end up with a iPhone which had nothing but Apple Logo in it. And you can’t do any thing with it. You can’t turn it off completely or restart or even no response while you connect it to PC/Mac and no response from iTune too.

Here I will explain solution to this problem and details about DFU and Recovery Mode.

Best solution will be, put your iPhone into DFU Mode(Device Firmware Update mode). Then restore firmware via iTune. Putting iPhone into DFU mode might be pain in ass, but it not so tough just follow the process few times if you can’t reach in DFU. Here to remember DFU mode and recovery mode is different. DFU is good for Firmware update.

Recovery Mode : Recovery Mode is a state of iBoot used during standard upgrades and restores. As iBoot is active, it does not allow you to downgrade your device’s software. Also, unless it is ‘pwned,’ it will not allow custom firmware to be flashed.

DFU Mode : DFU Mode is a special mode where the device can still interface with iTunes, yet it does not load the iBoot. The screen will appear totally black in DFU mode, so you can’t guess whether the device is in DFU or powered down from simply looking at the screen. Because iBoot and the OS are not loaded this exploit makes us able to downgrade your iPhone firmware or upgrade with a custom firmware created by Pwnage tool.

How to Put Your iPhone in DFU mode

1. Connect your iPhone via USB with PC.

2. Shut it down but keep connected.

3. Press Power Button for 2 sec.

4. Without releasing power button hold Home button too(use another hand may be) Keep both button pressed for 10sec(exactly).

5. Release power but keep holding home until the computers beeps (observed on a PC) as a USB device is recognized.

6. A few seconds later iTunes should detect your iPhone.

7. If the Restore Logo is present on the screen, you are in Recovery Mode, not DFU.

How to put your iPhone in recovery mode :

1. Turn the device completely off and disconnect it from cable/dock.
2. Hold down the home button.
3. While holding down the home button connect to a computer with a cable (easiest) or dock.
4. Keep holding down the home button until you see a connect-to-itunes screen You are now in recovery mode.

Doing both will solve create a oppurtunity to solve that iTune Logo stuck situation.

In this tutorial I will show you How To Tether An iPhone 3G To any Operation system including Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7, Ubuntu and also Mac OS X and use internet connection. Bangla Version could be found here – BDBlog.Net

# iPhone 2G. 3G or 3Gs or 4G 3G HD
# Data Connectivity package on Mobile Subscriber. For my case I am using GrameenPhone p6 Package.
# Normal iPhone Data Cable/ PC Charger Cable.
# iTune Installed on System. Version must be 8.2+

Process:

1. First make your iPhone Tether enabled. If you already have data connectivity enabled, then you will need Tether Profile.

a) From your iPhone Safari Browser visit this page

c) If you cant find your country then scroll down to the end of that page and click “Create your own”

d) Now just fill the information it ask. Put Carriername, APN and User,Password if have any. For my case the Carriername is “GP”, APN is “gpinternet”, and no User & Password needed. Just Click Download

e) Click Install and installing Tethering on iPhone will be completed.

2. Now you need iTune. Get any suitable version from this link. But make sure you have version 8.2+. Starting from iTune 8.2 it have carrier infos saved which help tethering possible. Just download and install it in your PC.

3. Now Connect iPhone with PC/Laptop with Normal iPhone Data Cable/ PC Charger Cable. No need to start iTune.

4. Now we have to Turn on Tethering from iPhone to start Browsing.

On iPhone Click on Settings. Go to General>Network>Internet Tethering, and turn on Tethering.

Whole Process is done. Now All PC Supposed to be using iPhone as Modem and you should be Connected to Internet via Your iPhone.
If you already have another Net Connection, still this Tethering internet will be in primary connection, means it will be automatically active. For testing Just Check Your IP address here – AmarIP.info

How do you know its workings perfectly?
If it is successful, you will see a blue flashing Bar with the word “Internet Tethering” on your iphone.

BTW your iPhone will be busy when you actively using Tethering. And you will be billed as per your Data Connectivity.

This is a very common Error if you have a big site in WordPress. Mostly site with huge post count suffers in this error. It could occur while posting new or editing any existing post. Okay now we are to the Google PageRank Calculations, this is very simple so pay attention, I learned it over night, not really. The factors about Google PageRank Calculation is that no one knows exactly how it works, but people have discovered over time somewhat how it works, but lets get into an example.

PR(A) = (1-d) + d(PR(t1)/C(t1) + … + PR(tn)/C(tn))

Above is a Google PageRank algo. that was released in the development of Google algo. Thats right the actualy algo equitation . Which google is not telling us what it does, but that does not matter because the equatation is good enough.

In the equation ‘t1 – tn’ are pages linking to page A, ‘C’ is the number of outbound links that a page has and ‘d’ is a damping factor, usually set to 0.85.

A more simpler way to think of it is:

a page’s PageRank = 0.15 + 0.85 * (a “share” of the PageRank of every page that links to it)

Share = The linking page’s PageRank is divided by the number of outbound links

A page “votes” an amount of PageRank onto each page that it links to. The amount of PageRank that it has to vote with is a little less than its own PageRank value (its own value * 0.85). This value will be shared equally between all pages

Therefore; it would be better to get a page linked to you that has a PageRank of 5 with 2 outbound links then it would be to have a page linked to you with a PageRank of 8 with 500 outbound links, but don’t get me wrong. It would be better to have both pages linked to you, but if you was to take your choice, think about it.

Now the Google PageRank algorithm is based between a pr of 1 to 10, but many people believe that numbers are set to a algo logarithmic scale. Which there is a very good reason to believe this, but no one knows for sure outside of google, now there has probably been people that have figured it out somewhat, but to be sure, you would of had to write the Google PageRank algorithm your self.
