It has been a while since my last post and my last mixtape, but today I finally took the time to compile a new mixtape and write a post about it.

No Singing Allowed

This is a complete mixtape of songs with no singing. The singing is only by some sampling.

This mixtape is inspired by many things, one of them than in less than 5 hours from now, I will go see Ratatat live (pics or videos going up)!

Another reason is inspiration for a personal project that I am working on.

Listening to instrumental tracks as found at this mixtape, they help me get into a “zone” while I am working, which makes me focus on work while cruising to a nice music wave. Most of the tracks have some simplicity composition to them which makes you think that you can do great with less.

After a Sunday Funday with the peeps, I got my music back and I was itching to do a new mixtape, but I ended doing two.

Jell-O Fellow – This is probably one of the best mixtapes I have done. All the songs in this mixtape are songs that mellow me down. This has a good flow, you might end up listening to the whole mix before noticing that you are almost at the end.

Españolie – This is a mix of all puertorican music. Starts with some rock/pop music, continues with some good Salsa music and finishes it up with some Urban music.

I’ll leave you all with a video called the Downfall of Grammar (you can find more of the same videos with different captions and all of them are funny).
