A few years ago I went to Cyrilla Gallagher to have my astrological chart interpreted, and my numerology profile done. In two hours she accurately and insightfully outlined my life and my personality. I was impressed enough to recommend her to all my friends and to go back to see her last summer for an update on my "stars." Again, what she told me was right-on with what was happening, and her short ranged predictions were correct too. Plus all that we said was recorded on her computer and emailed to me so I could listen to it later. She is also quite intuitive, which helps too. I'd say it was time and money well spent.

I decided to interview Cyrilla because she has added another modality to her large repertoire of gifts. I wanted to find out more about zero-point healing.

Terry: You are a Reiki master and a Body-Talk practitioner, plus you are in your third year of training to be a naturopathic doctor. So healing people is obviously very important to you. Can you tell me something about your latest "tool" using zero-point technology?

Cyrilla: My friend Michele and I are very excited to bring this new approach to healing to Canada. This is a newly developed product that has been 15 years in research, it is based on the quantum physics concept of zero-point energy, which was first discovered by Einstein. "It facilitates the body's returns to its natural state of homeostasis, which facilitates it's own natural healing abilities. In this homeostasis state, our body's bio-energy fields can automatically access the Zero Point Life force energy from the environment and restore energy deficiencies bringing all aspects (mental, physical, emotional and spiritual) into harmonic resonance."

Terry: How is this energy delivered?

Cyrilla: A company called Amega Global has developed a wand and a pendent, which generate zero point energy. To get relief and healing for many physical problems, all one needs to do is circle the tool over the problem, and within days the pain is diminished or gone.
Terry: How can people find out more about his amazing technology?

Cyrilla: We have a website www.amegavitality.com <http://www.amegavitality.com/> where you can find out more information. And we are doing demonstrations to groups, explaining this process and giving short treatments. At these demonstrations you can buy a product, or you can find out how you can be a practitioner as well. We believe this is an incredible healing method, and many people will want to be able to do this for themselves and others. I can also do a personal healing on a person for $50 if they are unsure about purchasing a wand for themselves. The wand costs $340.

Terry: Are you still doing your astrology and numerology sessions as well?

Cyrilla: Most definitely. That part of my work I call consciousness coaching. Many people come to me asking, "What is going on in my life?" By using their birth information of exact date and name, I am able to find out a lot about their past, present, and sometimes their future. I also get an accurate account of their personality and potential talents from the numerology. People find this very helpful in making their life decisions. On today's show on the World Puja Network I am interview Tad Hargrave of Radical Business.

We are discussing a new model for business and community and what this evolving economy paradigm can mean for all of us.

In the wake of the Haiti earthquake devastation, and the media's ability to transport us to this land, it reminds of our need to act as a global family and support our neighbors. As foreign aid pours in, which is very needed, it also alters us of our need to be as self sufficient as possible and in harmony with our environment.

Haiti's history recognizes its colourful culture and unfortunately its harsh present realities. Working locally to rebuild the structures is a massive task. The one time highly rich agriculture land could once again be nurtured to help support the new Haiti. This nurturing will allow the inhabitants of the island to heal and empower themselves in a new reality. From the ashes the Phoenix rises and so will this be for the people of Haiti.

Tad's interview suggests such a possibility.

Giving and Celebrating this Season

As a child I loved the excitement of the Holiday Season and the anticipation of the surprises under the tree.
Over the years I have shifted drastically in my Christmas approach. With 3 children it is hard to get away completely from the notion of Santa but gradually my children are starting to realize that Christmas happens all year. We are living in a very material instantaneous world, where what we need we generally just go and get, so the longing for material surprises is very different from days gone by.

Thankfully more and more people and families are reaching out to help those in need and taking a new approach to this holiday season. Helping those in need, feels so much better than getting another widget.
I try and encourage my children to see what is not just happening within our family unit and community but also globally. Organization like Kiva http://kiva.org/ or Free the Children http://freethechildren.com/, are two place that I recommend for supporting our global brothers and sisters. If reaching out locally is more for you, there are many organgization that support your neigbours in need.

I am a firm believer in teaching people how to grow and be self suffiecient, in this day and age, becoming self sufficient is more important than ever, so if there is a gift or talent you possess that can benifit others around you, giving the gift of sharing your time and talents is also very heart warm and can begin to change the way we all celebrate this season.

Mercury Retrograde and Full Moon

Nov 30 we enter the shadowy beginning of Mercury retrograde in Capricorn. Many of you who follow me know how Mercury the trickster can reek havoc on our communications. I have had 2 computers crash, and downloads that appear to disappear into space. It is a remind for us not to depend too heavily on our technological machinery and to remember that all the answers, even the most profound exist with us, when we take the time to be still, breath and look inside ourselves rather than out.

Mercury in Capricorn is very serious thinking about how we structure out lives. Do you obsess about work,
money, health care, retirement? This period will intensify and produce this line of thinking, so if you use this period to evaluate your priorities and question your thoughts and believes it can prove very empowering.
Be the observer of your thoughts, beliefs and feels and then ask, is what I am thinking, feeling, holding onto,
really serving where I want to go? Is this a truth or is this my conditioning? What if I let this line of thinking go? Am I embracing this moment and all its potentials?

When we watch the energy and flow with it, as best we can, all has a way of working out even during this sometime frustrating period of time:)

Frequency of Change

Nov 09 ushers in an upcoming year of intense and exciting change as we enter a new cycle. We will be pushed to our depths and raised to our highs.

The frequencies of the next year will have us elevating our views of reality and seeing things from a higher perspective rather than a microscopic view.
Some of the areas that will be coming under greater reform will be:

Financial Sectors
Government Agencies
Health Care System
Educational System

These systems have been of intense focus for the last year and this new cycle will create a need and desire for change in a way that we have not seen in a very long time. We have been under the impressions that the economic system is recovering, but how could it really? Has anything really
changed? Hasn't it evolved into something that benefits a select few? and when it readjusted last year,
was it really an ajustment of just a means to keep things going in the old way for a little long?

The world wide web is a beautiful network that provides us with information that in the past we never would have seen. All systems are therefore under constant survaliance and during this upcoming period with be pushed to honour what they represents and clean up the shadow parts of what they have hidden.

We are in a huge evolutionary period, where what has served us in the past is going to be falling away.
We will need to operate, moment to moment and from a place of inspiration rather than memory.
Nothing from the past will prepare us for this new path, so we will be pushed to innovate, inspire
and operate with the greater good in mind. We are a global community, we no longer operate as pockets of energy here and there. The upcoming changes in our structures will create in us a desire to
let go of what is no longer working and embrace a new path and a new way.

Over the next few months, I encourage you to examine areas in your life that no longer are serving you and let these go with the knowing that what it right around the corner is more exciting and grander that what we have experienced in our lifetimes.

Tools To Soothe

Learn to Meditate...how hard can it be right!? Sit, be silent, breath deeply, clear the mind...repeat! I know, it doesn't seem that easy because most of us don't know how to be in the silence of the moment. It does take practice. Our little egos' want us to avoid these activities because the more we do meditate, the less we listen to the little bugger. The Ego doesn't like to be ignored and will always try and keep us distracted from our inner wisdom.

Don't get mad, it's just doing it's job. Recognize it, and start little by little. I will share some easy meditation that will get you started, until then, try sitting, silence, deep breathing and mental clearing just for a minute or two...you can do it!

Yoga and Exercise. Moving the body gets the energy going and not pooling in areas where our bodies have buried emotion and tension. This is a must, especially when we are feeling stuck. Stuck body, stuck mind...move it!
Breath. I know I am repeating myself but I can't stress this enough. We need to learn to fill our bellies with Breath. This is the Prana or Life and many of us just don't fill up enough on this. Hey it's Free, we could use a freebe these days. The breath scans the body in order for it to remain in homeostasis, if our breathing is only shallow, meaning just in the upper chest, then the brain cannot fully scan. There are many techniques that I will share, but to start, breath in and make sure your belly expands...this is a full breath, now continue.
Water. Inside and out during this time we need water to flush out the old and sooth the parts remaining. I don't need to tell you to drink water but are you drinking enough? Also, be kind to yourself , indulge, relaxation and experience the pure pleasure a salt bath can give. Add a little essential oil if you want to feel really darning. Envision the stress and troubles going down the drain once you pull the plug.
Supplementation I will discuss in detail in an article on how our physiology is changing...just remember, balance and a little glass of wine never hurt :)
Gratitude and Positive thinking can go a long way to change the old record we play in our head. Move the needle out of the grove. Try reframing the old thoughts into something more positive. You could continue thinking the sky is falling Henny Penny but how is that helping you? Time to focus on what is present and wonderful in our lives. Handle life moment to moment and see the good in the moment. Seeing good in the moment change what our future will look like. Even the worst situations have a silver lining.
