However she's been playing that she is the victim and now that is costing a former landlord more than a million and a current bank lender millions because Sandra Will Carradine haven't pay rent for 3 years.

When Covid-19 was declared she did not pay rent anymore. So during the time that Mrs. Wong owned the property, Sandra Ann Will Carradine has not pay rent totaling $21,600.00 to Mrs. Wong.

When California Governor Gavin Newsom and the State Legislative passed the bills to help landlord and tenants with rent. Mrs. Wong applied for The CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program which will provide greatly needed rent relief to California landlords and renters who have faced financial hardships due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

However, Sandra Ann Will Carradine refused to apply for CA COVID-19 Rent Relief program and has not pay the $21,600.00 to Mrs. Lee Wong.

Sandra Ann Will Carradine instead been lying and promising payment to Mrs. Wong and has been using her to lie to the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles to avoid paying rent for more than 3 years.

There are couple lawsuits going on in the Superior Court of California County of Los Angeles.

Sandra Ann Will Carradine is taking advantage of the old property owner by using her in different court documents to avoid paying rent to the bank lender.
