Sebut saja (Kopi Klotok), kopi ini juga sedikit unik dari kopi-kopi biasanya yang sering kita jumpai. Jadi proses penyuguhannya tidak langsung dengan air panas, melainkan kopinya dimasak juga seperti layaknya orang merebus air. Nah disini bedanya dengan tempat nongkrong laen. Kopinya memang bener-bener panas karena langsung dari atas kompor langsung disajikan

Apa keistimewaan “kopi Klotok”? Cara memasaknya. Kalau biasanya kita menyeduh bubuk kopi dengan air panas, maka kopi klotok dibuat dengan cara direbus. Mula-mula bubuk kopi dipanaskan dalam panci hingga gosong. Hal ini untuk memaksa aroma kopi keluar. Setelah itu, air dituangkan. Guyuran air ini menyebabkan lapisan kopi pada panci itu terkelupas. Orang Jawa menyebutnya “nglothok.” Maka disebutlah kopi klotok. Tapi ada juga yang mengajukan “teori” bahwa nama minuman ini berasal dari sebuah nama desa di wilayah Cepu, Jawa Tengah.

lama banget rasanya nggak nulis blog. hehe...
jujur, pikiran ku sekarang penuh, jenuh, tapi aku tetep pengen move on!

sialnya... aku benci cari jalan aman! dan jalan tak aman itu terlalu sulit untuk dilakukan disini.
keren nya, aku bener bener jenuh dengan tugas.. bukan karena apa, tapi sepertinya fokus ku hilang kemana aku ga tau!
sekarang jam 3 pagi dan kepalaku sakit banget!
sekarang aku bener-bener kangen orangtuaku dan aku disini sendiri, nggak enaknya karena dirumah ini nggak ada yg bisa kuajak ketawa!
ya! aku masih sangat jelas memikirkan gimana usaha orangtuaku dan aku sendiri 5bulan lalu! damn kalau aku sampai sia-sia in semua usaha itu. tapi rasanya ni mau meledak, salah banget ya kalau aku ambil satu hari keras? satu hari munafik atau satu hari menyebalkan. sesek , nggak bisa nafas..

mengawali sesuatu sangat sulit! everybodys knew it!
tapi percaya dan egois dengan keyakinan diri sendiri, itu patut diperjuangkan!

Studio dasar is a basic learning at architecture,
First thing first.. Learned draw a straight line without ruler.. Easy? Try it!!
I did it third times, and got a progress for myself, yeah.
I enjoyed this class so much..
Curious of another new techique..
