Journeys through strange and different music, taking you through experimental electronica and space rock, meandering down the paths of world and folk music, and flirting with the downright odd and obscure. Astroquarian is a music podcast with a difference.

I've just been listening to AQ 18 and want to apologise for the promise of AQ 19 "soon" that took 7 months to materialise!

In fact, we had sorted out the playlist as we recorded 18 but somehow with house decoration, inadquate computer set-up and general laziness, it has taken until now to get back on track ('twere).

Welcome back and it's good to be back too.

Thanks for the words of encouragement, Mark! It's comments like yours that help make it all worthwhile.

We've had a bit of a break from podcasting, but rest assured that we will be recording a new set this week.

Cheers!

Hey Astroquarians,

Your podcast is one of the favorite music sites I have found. Great mix of futuristic "current" tunes you have. When are you going to record a new podcast we all can listen to and enjoy?

Hello from U.S.A., thanks so much for playing my track SloFiz. This is the first time I caught your show and was happily surprised. Very professional job, even with the electrical grounding problems you both referred to. I must subscribe to catch future shows. Please keep up the great high quality audio podcast, it does set you apart from the crowd between in your musical selections, intelligent comments and vocal annunciation.

ward regards,

Interesting that you mention this, because I just discovered the show with #14, and was going to leave a comment. I think your project is absolutely first class, and I'll have to link to it when I get a chance to tweak my links page. It's a real treat to hear this new Space Age music and the playlists you come up with.
