Peggy Walkush, a top producing REALTOR with Keller Williams Metro, will be recognized in San Diego Magazine’s March issue as a “Five Star: Best In Client Satisfaction” agent for the fifth consecutive year.

In selecting agents, a research team at Five Star Professionals sent surveys to San Diego area residents who recently purchased a home over $150,000 (more than 40,000 households) between April 2010 and April 2011 and to 1,000 subscribers of San Diego Magazine. An additional 250 surveys were sent to mortgage and title companies.

Consumers who agreed to participate in the survey provided the name of the real estate agent and rated that individual according to key criteria such as integrity, negotiation and closing preparation. The survey data was collected and scored, resulting in the list of 2012 San Diego Five Star Real Estate Agents. Peggy is among the less than 3% of San Diego area agents have been selected all five years of the program.

“Peggy knows the San Diego market. Peggy knows short sales and foreclosures. Peggy knows the challenges of first time buying, first time selling, rentals, flips and fixes,” said Jay Maloney, one of Peggy’s clients. “If you have a question Peggy doesn’t know the answer to – she knows someone who does, and she will use her network to get those answers. Most importantly – Peggy will get to know you, and as you get to know her you will feel confident you picked the right agent!”

Peggy Walkush is among the top 5% of real estate agents in San Diego County in sales volume, having closed more than 60 sales in the past three years. More than 95% of her business comes from referrals from clients and friends impressed by her exceptional customer service.

Let’s look at a real world example. A house priced $100,000 is for sale in an area that is seeing price declines of 5% every three months. And it takes about 3 months for a house priced at $100,000 to sell.
That means the same house might be listed three months from now for $95,000.
To price the house right, a real estate professional might recommend a list price of $95,000 now, to ensure that the house remains competitive with new listings
