Bob Massey will be our guest speaker on March 7th. The Creative Deal Structuring Group (CDS) for real estate investors is a dynamic group of like-minded people who want to succeed in creating wealth through real estate investing. Attendees enjoy problem-solving the art of deal making. Discover how easy it is to put yourself in a powerful financial position with the use of the techniques that are discussed in this group. This dinner meeting will encourage attendees to think out-of-the-box, enjoy success, and allow for the acquisition of great real estate investments. There is more than one way to structure a real estate transaction. Attendees will learn those techniques and be able to apply them. This is also a networking meeting of people who are dedicated to changing their lives through real estate investing. This group is about creative deal structuring and how to apply it in your life. If you're looking to obtain tools, get knowledge, and feel better about structuring real estate transactions for profit, then you found the right group. Atlanta REIA Members can attend at no charge. Guests can attend for the nominal fee of $5.00 at the door. We also request that all attendees purchase a beverage and meal and tip the wait staff generously so we can continue to meet at the Cheyenne Grill at no charge.

Due to a scheduling conflict with the hotel, the Atlanta REIA Main Monthly Meeting for March is being held on March 12th. The Atlanta REIA Main Monthly Meeting is held at 5:30 PM at the W Hotel Atlanta Perimeter located 111 Perimeter Center West across the street from Perimeter Mall. This is our Main Atlanta REIA Meeting for the month, so don't miss it! There will also be Late Nite Networking at the "meeting after the meeting" starting at at 9:00 PM at the Tilted Kilt Perimeter located at1155-B Mount Vernon Highway in Atlanta immediately following the Main Meeting.
