Review:Redemption by Bryan Clay with Joel Kilpatrick

2012-07-08T03:05:00.000-05:00

Redemption is a book about the life of decathlon Olympic gold medalist Bryan Clay. This goes on to discusses how Bryan Clay's relationship with god allowed him to have success in decathlon. Reading this book makes you think about your relationship with god, and how putting faith in the lord can help overcome anything.

Bryan Clay was kid who struggled with behavior problems after the divorce of his parents. He spent most of his life not believing in the gift he had found he was good at. Bryan Clay's mother always prayed for son even when he was being rebellious. His mother recognized his gift before he finally realized he could have a career in track and field. Bryan Clay later started to believe that he could achieve greatness when he saw success in college. He always had people by his side that believed in him even when he struggled with doing the same.

I would recommend "Redemption" to others because this book really made me believe the work of God. I would also recommend that any kid suffering from behavior problems, and want to find their purpose in life. You can find your purpose in life by recognizing the faithfulness of God. You have to also understand that he will always be there to guide you in the right direction.

Dear Siovaughn Funches-Wade snap out of it...

2012-06-20T06:47:00.001-05:00

Nothing's worse than seeing parents fight over the custody and visitation of their children. I've seen it too many times and it's really sickening because the children are the only ones hurting.

Dwyane Wade's ex wife is not the only one going through this millions of other parents are in the same situation today. I want Siovaughn to snap out of it because she's loosing focus of what matters. Her children not who her ex is screwing or what not. Your relationship with your ex is done with, so move on. How can you move on when your marriage ended so bad. Learn to forgive. You will never be happy if you don't forgive Dwyane for any wrong you feel he may have done. I know you all have history. I've heard the stories about when he was in HS he slept on your family's couch. You supported him when he had nothing I understand, but if you really loved him you understand that he has found happiness elsewhere. All you're doing is hurting your life if you continue to live with so much hate.

Now as far as your children you know the rules and have to obey them so you can regain custody of them. Goal should be to regain custody of your children. If your life is on point then everything will fall in place.

Siovaughn snap out of it cause Dwyane ain't the last man on earth that can love you. And he ain't the only one rich that can love you. Please get back to the relationship you had with GOD cause you need him right now. Be grateful for the life you have right now you're not living in Robbins anymore.

Review of The Founders' Key by Larry P. Arnn

2012-06-03T02:58:00.001-05:00

I received this book free of charge from Thomas Nelson in exchange for a review.

I really enjoy reading different books that explore our country's
past, so it was great to add this book to my collection.

This book is about how the current governemt is moving away from our
founders true intentions. Many of our elected officials have took an
oath to constitution
but continue to violate it. What will become of our country if they
continue to do so. The declaration oand the constitution are also
believed to be compromised. We have lost and understand of rights and
how we can protect them.

The Founders' Key opens up your mind about the declaration and the
constitution. It leaves you wanting otk now how compatible are the
two. The constitution
is used to regulate the government while the declaration is use to
liberate. Our Founders believed that individuals have a right, and its
our government duty to protect it. If you believe the govenment is not
protecting your rights then you can join with others to throw off the
govenment. Throwing off the govenment today would mean electing
someone new like a President. The amount of hyprocrisy the declaration
has was discussed in this book as well.

I would recomment this book to others because we all can learn
something new. We all need to learn more about our country's past and
how it is shaping society today. This book is a great because there
has been so much confusion about the declaration and constitution.
People have to interpret the words of our founders' and figure our
their true intentions for this country.

Our founders's wrote a lof of things they they did not follow. Maybe
this is why some of the things people have taken oath to continue to
not follow. The founders' started off not following the declaration
and constitution so how can you expect the people to do differently.
If our founders' would of practiced what they preached maybe our
country would be in the mess it is in today.

Brian McKnight: Wants to Show You How Your Pussy Works+Lyrics

2012-04-24T02:26:00.003-05:00

Lyrics to "Let Show You How Your Pussy Works"

Let me show you how your pussy works since you didn't bring it to me first
I have lots of things to show if you're ready to learn
Let me show you how your pussy works, betcha didn't know that it could squirt
I have lots of things to show if you're ready to learn

Personally, I don't know what made him make this but it's funny. I want to hear the rest so I can laugh some more. People may be joking about this right now but they might find themselves reciting "LET ME SHOW YOU HOW YOUR PUSSY WORKS" Most women don't need a man to show her how her vagina works and if he needs to show her than the sex might not be that great.

People are shocked because we're use to the Brian McKnight who sung us "Anytime" not this but Brian McKnight is a grown man. With this kind of stuff there are going to be people are not going to like it. So, I thought it was a coward move for him to delete his youtube video. If you post something for the world to see that means your confident in it even if people clown you on it.

Babysitter

2012-03-30T04:35:00.000-05:00

The Author of this post is Velma Baird

When I go back to work in 3 weeks, our baby boy will be 12 weeks old. Thankfully, we’ve found someone to come watch him in our home, rather than have to send him to a daycare. From what I have read, and seen from my friend’s babies, he will still be doing a lot of sleeping at 12 weeks. I don’t want our babysitter to be bored while he is sleeping. She told me that she likes to knit, and that she will probably do that while he is sleeping. Still, though, I worry that she will be bored. We don’t have television at our house, but because of the babysitter coming, I’m talking with the folks over at Satellite TV HQ to see about getting some services hooked up for her to enjoy. I think that it is so important that the people who watch your kids are kept happy. They should be paid well, and made to feel comfortable, in my opinion. You want them to be in good moods so they will be happy.

NO OSCAR COOKIES

2012-02-28T10:44:00.001-06:00

Contribution by Kennith Griffin

I made a really cute e-invite using my CLEAR wireless internet connection for my Oscar Party this weekend. I have just invited my best girlfriend, but I just can’t wait. I know that it is going to be so much fun. I have ordered some Oscar themed napkins, paper plates, napkin holders, and drink charms. I have been planning a menu. I am going to just have heavy appetizers rather than cooking a sit down meal because we are going to be in front of the television the whole day. I am going to make a signature drink. I am still searching Pintrest high and low trying to find the perfect things to make. I have already started making an decorating the Oscar cookies. They are sugar cookies cut in the shape of an Oscar. I am painting them with the icing paint that they sell at specialty stores. I found a perfect gold color. I have put my sister up to helping me finish all of them. I make upwards of one hundred. I wanted to make sure that I had enough and also have enough for friends to take some of them home.

Santa

2012-01-30T04:07:00.000-06:00

Thanks for the post, Kathy Shelton

I think one of the sweetest things about Christmastime is the magic of Santa. I love seeing lthe wonder and anticipation on my children’s face when they talk about Santa coming to our home. We write letters to him, and I pretend to mail them to the North Pole for them. We go to the mall, of course, and sit on his lap and tell him all about what we’d like for Christmas. We talk about Mrs. Claus and the Elves and the reindeer. It’s just so sweet. My girlfriend told me about the Santa Tracker online, where you can “follow” Santa and see where in the world he is. She told me there was going to be a segment about it on the news tonight and that the news anchors were going to be talking about Santa like he is real and it is news. I love it! I’m going to Expertsatellite.com to figure out which news station that will be on. I’ll be sure and get the kids to watch it.
