Maryland judges uphold state anti-handgun law

Courts in New Jersey and Illinois have concluded that the Second Amendment poses no obstacle to local governments enacting stringent anti gun laws. Now a Maryland appeals court has followed suit. A three judge panel ruled last Thursday that the Second Amendment does not interfere with a Maryland law that generally restricts state residents from carrying handguns.

SSH Management Software?

Does anyone know of any software applications available of which would allow staff/employees to log into SSH while actively logging all input and prohibiting certain commands from being run?

A list of applicable servers to log into would be amazing as well, although that might be reaching too far.

Any input would be greatly appreciated.

mysql persistent connection question please help

Currently mysql.max_persistent and mysql.max_links are set to -1 which means unlimited

to optimize mysql, should i keep this unlimited or is it good to limit this? If i have to limit it, what is the best value that I can put there?

mails not been sent to hotmail

recently my mails are not been sent to hotmail and live users from the forum
I just checked by sending a test mail to my hotmail account but the mail wasnt recd. so I checked the mail queue manager in WHM and the hotmail related mails were not traced.

plz guide me on how I can overcome this problem, I can send mail to hotmail if they are bouncing but when I dont find in the queue , what can I mail about them , when they ask an error id :o

Hi,

I am running a big portal with a huge traffic on a single server, sometimes due to load or any server issue the website gets down for 1 or 2 mins & it shows the page cannot be display error,

Instead of this error page, I want to show a page like "Server is busy, Please try again in a moment" from oher server so that user can never get the error page,

How can I do this?

Hi all

I am running a vbulletin forum on EuroVPS, I have just recently started getting some database errors and it is apparently due to my max_allowed_packet being set at 1M so I need to increase that in the my.cnf file, which apparently is in the /etc folder. I do not have this my.cnf file so is there anybody that help me to create one?
