Getting the information using your device

If you have access to your iOS device, here are some quick ways to obtain your serial number, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Integrated Circuit Card ID (ICCID), or Mobile Equipment Identifier (MEID).

About screen

If you are unable to access the About screen on your device, please use one of the following options to access the serial number and IMEI/MEID on your iOS device. If you have an iPhone 4 with Verizon and you are not able to access the information using the About screen, please see the additional information section, below, to get the information from your computer.

iPhone 5

Your IMEI is engraved on the back case, near the bottom. The MEID number uses the first 14 digits, disregarding the last digit.

iPad and iPod touch

Your iPad and iPod touch serial numbers are engraved on the back case toward the bottom, as shown on an iPad below. The MEID and IMEI number (when applicable) are also engraved on the back of the iPad (Wi-Fi + 3G), the iPad 2 (Wi-Fi + 3G), and the iPad (Wi-Fi + Cellular).

Remove the SIM tray. The serial number and IMEI will be printed on the SIM tray as shown below.

When an iPhone 4S is activated on a CDMA carrier, the SIM tray displays both the MEID and the IMEI number as 15 digits. The MEID number uses the first 14 digits, disregarding the last digit, and the IMEI number uses all 15 digits.

Swiftkey memang terkenal dengan keyboard aftermarket untuk Android. Jika anda belum mendapatkannya boleh muat turun dari Play Store. Swiftkey telah menlancarkan update terbaru yang mempunyai fungsi-fungsi baru. Yang paling menyerlah adalah 2 tema baru iaitu Sky blue and Fuchsia.

Selain dari tema, SwiftKey 3 juga telah menambah 2 bahasa baru iaitu - Urdu dan Bahasa Melayu. Ianya juga dilengkapi dengan input suara untuk Ice Cream Sandwich dan Jelly Bean dan akhirnya antara SwiftKey 3 juga telah membetulkan kekurang yang ada dari versi sebelumnya.

Menggunakan Google Maps secara Offline

Google Maps adalah antara aplikasi yang sering kita guna. Google Maps menggunakan data untuk muat turun peta ke handphone/tablet. Kali ini kami kongsi bagaimana untuk anda boleh menikmati perkhidmatan Google Maps secara offline (tanpa data) sekiranya anda berada di luar negara atau di kawasan yang tiada liputan data.

Perhatian : Anda hanya boleh menggunakan peta di kawan yg anda “pre-cached” sahaja. Tetapi kalau tiada gading, tanduk pun berguna juga.

Kepada pengguna Google Maps 6.8.1

1. Open Google Maps
2. Go to Settings -> Labs
3. Click on Pre-cache map area to activate it.
4. Go to your desired place, tap and hold.
5. Tap on the bubble that appears and select Pre-cache map area.

Kepada pengguna Google Maps 6.12.x, fungsi offline and cache ini sudah sedia ada. Tetapi anda mesti memilih bagaimana Google Map muat turun peta untuk tujuan offline bagi mengelakkan caj ke atas data.

1. Open Google Maps
2. Go to Settings

3. Offline and cache
4. Automatic caching

5.Pilih Wi-fi only

Sekarang anda boleh menggunakan Wi-Fi untuk mencari kawasan yang anda akan lawati. Apabila ada berada di kawasan tersebut anda sudah boleh menggunakan peta tersebut secara offline.

Kepada anda yang masih belum ada aplikasi Google Maps. Sila layari pautan dibawah dengan menggunakan handphone anda.

Saat yang di tunggu-tunggu oleh pengguna Handphone/Tablet Samsung!

Samsung telah mengeluarkan senarai penuh untuk semua peranti yang akan mendapat sokongan sehingga Jelly Bean (Android 4.1). Sudah tentulah Galaxy S III adalah yang pertama untuk mendapatkan JB sejak 2 hari yang lepas di beberapa negara Eropah. Giliran kita di Malaysia akan tiba tidak lama lagi tetapi tiada tarihk khusus buat masa ini.Harap bersabar.
