Most of us are excited about the New Year. Some of us are excited about their plans about 2012, some are excited about the activities that they have scheduled beforehand, and some are simply excited about starting anew, continuing their journey towards making their lives better.

Unfortunately, there are people who still think negatively about the experiences that they are going to have in this year. Although we cannot blame some people about thinking that this world is slowly eating itself, we cannot let that kind thinking affect our way of living.

On a scale of 1-10, how strong is your craving for a cigarette? Tap on the karate chop point while saying “Even though I have a strong craving for a cigarette, I deeply and completely accept myself.”

Tap on the succeeding tapping points while saying and feeling your craving for a cigarette, how much you want to have that next puff. If you do it correctly, your craving should go away. If after doing EFT you still feel the need to puff, do another round. Do EFT rounds until your craving goes away.
