How many people do you have to scramble over and trample on to climb the ladder of success. Thanks to people like Tony Robbins and Eric Worre NM is now reaching it's duly deserves professional status. Let me give you my take on my profession and how we do business. With Internet technology racing away ata an unstoppable pace new ways of doing business have had to be found. Financial security and job security are things of the past for many people. In the past one tended to work 40 hours a week, for 40 years and then reture on 40% of that income. No wonder pensioners are suffering and pensions becoming a thing of the past. Peo0le today are struggling to survive on one full salary.huges Young couple are struggling to save to get on the bottom rung of the property ladder. They are needing tosave 1000's of €/$. Students are leaving University and colleges burdened with huge student loan debt before they even begin to earn. Therefore their has to be a better way to impriove your cash flow and develop a secondary income stream that will eventually give you financial security. Enter Network Marketing. The entry level for the majority of people is one they can afford. It is low and achievable. You build your financial freedom whilst HELPING others in your team do the same. Learning whilst earning. Training and personal development are continous. It's a business model that encompasses ' Personal Development with a skill set.' As you grow and learn basic skills and then leadership skills, you are able to share and support your team. It's a win win situation and no more scrambling over people to get to the top. We help our teams to reach their goals and dreams. These are different for everyone. PRODUCTS. Network marketing a way of bringing products to market by word of mouth. Because many of the products are specialized they require explanation on their benefits and how to use them. The company then rewards the distributors for introducing and the the products and opportunity with people. You are NOT stocking these products. The large professional companies are set up with sophisticated delivery systems globally. Many people when they first join a NM company have low skill sets and often low self esteem. In our system with the consistent ongoing training on the job you will develop yourself and your team.or me it is the most wonderful and rewarding feeling to watch people their financial security, achieve their personal goals and dreams whilst they grow in stature and confidence and then repeat the process with their team. Network Marketing is a business sytem that is Peopel Driven. There are some great companies and products around.Ny advice to you is to do your due diligence and research and find a company that has the correct fit for you.Then GO for it! Be teachable, coachable and develop good work ethics and values. Stay with for a season, a year at least to learn the skills. Doctors, Lawyers study for many years before the are qualified in their professions. That doesn't mean the day they leave university with a certificate that they can be at the top of their profession in day one. They might have the theory but not the practice. First you need someone to coach and this is done by attracting people to your list by offering them value and solutions to their problems. This will ultimately build trust and they will want to join your list.

Last night I was watching the lighthouse that shines every night into my bedroom. They’re pretty cool really. Lighthouses guide ships safely to shore through hard times at sea – storms, thick fog and other dangerous conditions. They make travelling safer for passing ships. This made me think that lighthouses are pretty rare in BUSINESS. There are very few businesses that truly act as beacons of light for their prospects or customers.

For example, the man who is looking for a drill does not want to buy a drill he wants to dig a hole. You give him help and advice on the best way to dig his hole, build his trust and then he will see the need to buy the drill.

A guy who is trawling through online dating agencies is looking for help on how to approach the girl, what to say to attract her etc.

Don’t market products or opportunities, Market Information

You are looking at MASS Communication on a grand scale. Think world wide not graphical.

For every new blogger there comes that day when he is going to launch his blog to the world. You may have one or two readers, possibly your family or friends so you are going need some tricks and techniques to help you build your audience.

• Once you’ve set up all the techie side of your blog start to develop your articles. Have 5 – 10 articles written ready to post on your blog. Aim for at least 500 words in each.

Begin by writing basic How To blogs with lots of practical advice. These kinds of blogs stay current unlike news blogs. The more you can fill your blog with these the more attractive it will look. Yaro Starak, a professional blogger calls these pillar blogs.

Visitors will not stay or return to your blog unless there is interesting content to read.

Time is a Thief.

Each of us has the same amount of time but for some people it is difficult to manage time and stay focused on each activity long enough to bring it to completion. For some people it is the Art of Procrastination that steals their time.

How often do you meet people who are consistently saying “I haven’t got time” and then they are told “Make Time” instead of “Manage your time.”

If you are an entrepreneur,Work from Home Business owner, author, professional blogger it is more difficult to avoid distractions when working in a home environment. In an office there was always the regulated hours of work, the daily routine etc.

Some of the distractions that we have on the Internet are e.mail, pop-ups, social sites to visit, new friends to meet, special offers, the latest get rich quick scheme.These are the big distractions unless we learn how to control them. So we think multi-tasking is the best way; this is something women have always been good at but is it the answer?

Tim Ferris in his book "The four hour week" says that multi-tasking can lower your I.Q more than smoking pot.Then there are personal distractions from family demanding your time. Friends want you to socialise and have fun because you are at home and you do have time. We get sucked into the OCD loop system.

It is so easy when you first begin to work on the Internet to spend 80% of your time learning and training and 20% monetising or doing revenue producing activities for your business. In order for your business to develop and grow quickly this has to change until you reverse the 80-20% rule to your advantage.

HOW DO I DO THIS?

You have to begin to develop systems and strategies that fit into your natural system and incorporate them over a period of 30-90 days until they become an habitual part of your routine.

Diet

If you start by eating junk food you often repeat this during that day. Diet is such an important element that can impact on your focus and well being. This is too big an issue for me to discuss in this article.If you are permanently lethargic then diet may be an issue that requires some urgent attention.

Body Clocks

People have different body clocks. I find some people are really morning people. They arise as bright as a button. They get out there and do the exercise routine and are ready with clarity to be creative by about 7 or 8 am in the morning .Others prefer to unwind at the end to the day and even enjoy going to the gym to aid the relaxation.Once family has retired to other activities they can really become creative into the early hours of the morning.What about the hours between 2 and 4pm? This is often a non productive time for many people. I know in Spain and especially on the Costas where we have the hot months it would be unthinkable to forbid the siesta. In August it becomes almost impossible to think, so there is no point in fighting it. After traditionally the largest meal of the day people sleep or relax in their own ways. At around 4.30 the place wakens and energises with a new buzz. I have found that the Spanish people have a very balanced way of working and living their lives with ‘tranquilidad” and balance as they say.We have to make our routines and strategies fit our natural style, rituals and routines.

We have chosen to work from home and via the Internet to Escape the Rat Race. However, if you are not in control of yourself with a routine and a system the Internet can quickly sabotage everything you are attempting to achieve and steal your day. You are living another person’s agenda

It is so imperative to find your optimum time for productivity and focus on that for about 2 hours, then walk away from the work and the computer. When you return you will feel so much more refreshed and energised.

Daily we are bombarded with these negative images in the media. If we allow ourselves to be carried along by adversarial information we too will become negative.

This summer I have listened to many British tourists who come to Spain to escape the British weather and the doom and gloom in the country. Many of them are looking to "get out" and start a new life but they feel trapped by the Rat Race they find themselves in.

The Question we should all be asking ourselves is where is the opportunity and future in all this for us?

For things to change YOU have to change and people live in FEAR of change.
Here are two news words to learn

Conscious Mind + Objective Mind =Captain

You are the captain of your ship i.e. your CONSCIOUS mind and you give the orders to your SUBCONSCIOUS mind - now called the CREW

OK this is easy.

The CAPTAIN sits at the top of the ship. He is your CONSCIOUS MIND or objective mind.

The CREW are all down below. You can't see these guys but there is an entire team below. Some call this the SUBCONSCIOUS MIND and they do whatever the CAPTAIN dictates.

The CREW is responsible for keeping the ship afloat and will do whatever the CAPTAIN orders as long as he means it.

The CREW cannot create or decide. All they can do is copy. They take orders from above.

The CONSCIOUS sits on top and the SUBCONSCIOUS below. The same with your mind. You decide how to live your life and tell your subconscious to obey orders which it will do as long as you mean it. This is not science fiction.

How you process you life becomes your experienced reality. If you want to change your experienced reality you have to change the way you think.

Change how you think
Exchange old beliefs for new ones.
Alter and change how you absorb data.
Change how you re-act to life.

Life has changed dramatically over the last 20 years. Gone are the days of Job security and high pensions at the end of your hard working life.

Security now is what you produce for yourself not as an employee selling your time for money.

This is now the age to return to who we really are or were when we were children. We have the inbuilt skills to be entrepreneurs, creative, imaginative. Education is still very important to support our future development but in many cases education has bred out of us the ability to think and analyse. We tend to take orders and accept all that is handed to us on a plate and then spend our lives moaning about it.

You have to think "I CAN" " I DESERVE THE BEST" Start to build your self and your own self image. What do you really feel and believe? Who are you? Will the real John Smith stand up and be counted?

There are many people who enjoy their jobs and careers and that is as it should be. We need diversity in our society but in order to gain financial freedom and security you have to begin to harness your own talents and creativity.

Some people have great hobbies or interests like juggling, bird watching but they have managed to turn their hobby with the aid of the Internet and Technology into a lucrative second or even primary income.
