I found these old books at a local antique store, Timeless Pieces. They are German Almanacs from 100 years ago! Looking through them puts you back in a different time and place, and makes you feel like a stranger. My how things have changed!

This one is a day late, but I've had a crazy week! This is my daughter coming out of my pattern box. The box itself is only about ten inches tall. I wish I would have put something beside it to show how small it is.

I'm sure these zip-liners had a new perspective from their great ride! People stood in line for hours for tickets to stand in line for hours for the ride! I'm sure it was a great one, although it only lasted seconds.

I would have loved to do it, if I only had the hours to spare!

Come across this one by accident! It is the top of the Bakers Life Field House in Indianapolis. We were there checking out all the festivities for the Super Bowl. It was a beautiful day and a great time!

52 Week Photo Challenge 2012~Week 1~Mirror

I an effort to keep my creative juices flowing, I decided to join a 52 week photo challenge! This week's theme was "mirror". I really wanted to go with more of a mirrored image rather than an image of a mirror, but I didn't really get out to anywhere with much of anything interesting to shoot that would make a creative or interesting mirrored image. These are the images that were my favorite of the week...the top one is the cutest (of course).

I loved this shoot...everything about it! The lighting was great, the couple was great...and beautiful! The weather held off until the end. I loved the location. The dried up reservoir was a great back drop for our fun time. This couple was so easy to work with and just oosed cuteness!
