 &lt;p&gt;Middleton suffered minor injuries.&amp;#160; A passenger in the Martin pickup, 38-year old Kevin Fulkerson of Aurora suffered moderate injuries.&amp;#160; Both were taken to St. John’s Aurora hospital. &lt;/p&gt; Currently, there&amp;#39;s a &lt;br&gt;line trying to form. There are some storms now up near Butler in  Bates &lt;br&gt;county, but a line is expected to form from there back SW into Kansas, &lt;br&gt;and then move our way. We&amp;#8217;ll start&amp;nbsp; at 4 p.m. and be finished by 5:30 p.m. Dan Johnson has graciously agreed to be our master of ceremonies. Tentative plans call for each board candidate to introduce himself/herself and then we&amp;#8217;ll open up the dialogue for questions.&lt;o:p&gt;&lt;/o:p&gt;&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p class="MsoNormal"&gt;The committee decided to seek questions from district employees and patrons so that we&amp;#8217;ll have some parameters to get the dialogue rolling. If you&amp;#8217;d like to email your questions for the board candidates to me or Dan Johnson before the end of the day Tuesday, we would appreciate it a great deal. Please make plans to attend. Nesbitt was driving a 1999 Oldmobile along County Road 2220, just on the eastern edge of her hometown around 7:50 p.m. when the vehicle ran off the left side of the road and smashed into a tree. Nesbitt sustained only minor injuries in the crash. Vernon.  Aurora rural rescue and also two other ambulances were &lt;br&gt;called to the scene.  Apparently, 81 was in the process of transporting &lt;br&gt;a patient when the accident occurred.   Within just a few minutes, the &lt;br&gt;rescue units were called off, as apparently no one was injured in the &lt;br&gt;crash. (Monday, &lt;br&gt;Mar. 15)&lt;br&gt;The Missouri Highway Patrol says 16-year-old Scott R. It was reported &lt;br&gt;that one of the vehicles was on fire. At the same time, police reported &lt;br&gt;that the drivers of both cars ran from the scene.  Reports from the &lt;br&gt;scene indicated that a small car rear-ended a pickup truck, and the car &lt;br&gt;caught fire.  Fire crews put the fire out quickly.  Police, however, &lt;br&gt;were still searching for the two drivers. Grant was sentenced by Judge Scott Sifferman Tuesday (Mar. 9) to three years in prison after pleading guilty to two counts of felony second-degree burglary and one count of felony stealing. The sentences will run concurrent with each other. This storm produced dime sized hail as it went through Baxter Springs, KS.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;This storm is moving almost due north, and won’t affect our immediate area. However, other storms are developing to the west.&amp;#160; We are watching them.&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;Art&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;&amp;#160;&lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SPRINGFIELD HAS ISSUED A &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;* SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR...    &lt;br /&gt;&amp;#160; WESTERN BARTON COUNTY IN SOUTHWEST MISSOURI... &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;* UNTIL 330 PM CST. &lt;/p&gt;  &lt;p&gt;* AT 303 PM CST...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A    &lt;br /&gt;&amp;#160; SEVERE THUNDERSTORM 5 MILES SOUTH OF MINDENMINES...OR 7 MILES EAST     &lt;br /&gt;&amp;#160; OF PITTSBURG...MOVING NORTH AT 30 MPH.
