Harold Gonzalez is this month's Employee Spotlight. Harold has been with NCC Automated Systems for 11 years as the Lead Assembly Technician & Field Supervisor. He plays a vital role in the company and takes pride in his work everyday. One incredible accomplishment is that Harold has saved the company over $100,000 in one year alone on shipments to partner customers.

Allen Byrd is our well deserving employee spotlight this month! He has been with the company for over 20 years and counting. Allen is a highly skilled welder in the Fabrication Department and loves the everyday challenges that come with the job and that no two days are the same.

Eddie Santiago is our Featured Employee Spotlight this month. Eddie has been a staple and star employee for NCC Automated Systems for 30 years! He is an Assembly Lead Technician and plays a vital role in the department. Eddie explained that he is honored to be apart of such a great company and proud to have established a career with NCC.

Marty Zona is our Featured Employee Spotlight this month. Marty has been a vital part of the NCC Automated Systems family since 1999. Not only is he now the manager of the Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing department, but Marty was instrumental in developing the department itself. He said, “I am most proud of where the department is today. There has been many changes over the years, so to lead this department and work with such great talent makes me very proud!”

Brian Grochowalski is our featured employee spotlight this month. Brian has been with NCC Automated Systems since 1997. As a member of the Sales and Applications department as an Applications Engineer reporting to Tom Luft, he’s proud to have the opportunity to help customers create the optimal system design for their facility.

John French will lead Systems Engineering team backed by 22 years of packaging automation experience

Yvonne Edwards is our featured employee spotlight this month. Yvonne first started with NCC Automated Systems in 1991. She’s done everything at NCC, from shipping and receiving, to purchasing and spare parts, and everything in between; she’s been with the company and has seen it grown from a start-up in a garage to the large operation it is now! She is a member of the Optical Delta as the Optical Delta Mechanical Engineer and works closely with Mike (Milky) Milkowich and Ryan Costello.

Today, we’re celebrating Mike “Pencil” Ferraro, Mechanical Engineering Team Leader with NCC Automated Systems, who has been with the team since 2012. Actually, if you count the internship he had with us before he was hired full time, he’s been with us even longer!
