sostenere e migliorare la performance delle supercar più potenti e
tecnologicamente avanzate. In grado di reggere velocità di 300 kilometri orari,
questi pneumatici sono il meglio in assoluto in termini di presa e frenata su

coppia motrice, la Concept One raggiunge i 100 chilometri orari in 2,8 secondi.
La velocità massima di 305 chilometri orari è garantita da un sistema di
controllo elettronico che impedisce di accelerare oltre il limite consentito. &lt;/div&gt;

Grazie alla struttura in fibra di
carbone e materiali leggeri, la Concept One pesa solo 1650 chili e mantiene una
forma accattivante e slanciata nonostante i suoi quattro motori. Una ricarica
completa delle batterie consente di percorrere almeno 600 chilometri, dato
eccezionale per un’automobile elettrica. In passato, le auto ibride come &lt;a href="http://www.honda.it/car/content/showroom/new_insight/index.fsp"&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;Insight&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/a&gt;, Touareg, Prius o &lt;a href="http://www.honda.it/offerte/accord/%20"&gt;&lt;b style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"&gt;Accord&lt;/b&gt; &lt;/a&gt;erano preferibili ai modelli elettrici proprio a causa della scarsa percorribilità
di quest’ultimi, ma la tecnologia della Concept One potrebbe dare nuovo impeto
allo sviluppo di veicoli elettrici a lunga autonomia anche nel settore delle
auto familiari. Sicuramente non si tratta di un’auto che vi lascia a secco nel

investire in modelli sostenibili. La Concept One resta comunque un’auto a
edizione limitata, con la produzione di ottantotto modelli nel 2013. Nel

Si chiama Modulo Blu di Constatazione Amichevole di Incidente (CAI) e  deve essere compilato in tutte le sue parti e firmato (almeno da te)  SEMPRE, quando hai ragione o quando hai torto, quando ti trovi in  accordo con la controparte oppure no.Ti servirà per raccogliere tutti i  dati necessari per la denuncia dell’incidente anche se non intendi  chiedere danni. Non si sa mai.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div style="text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;b&gt;•&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Segnala&lt;/b&gt; subito la presenza di incidente utilizzando il triangolo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Indossa&lt;/b&gt; il giubbotto di segnalazione.&lt;br /&gt;
• &lt;b&gt;Verifica&lt;/b&gt; direttamente i dati dell’auto, della polizza e quelli personali dell’altro conducente.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Compila&lt;/b&gt; il Modulo Blu in tutte le sue parti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Apponi &lt;/b&gt;la firma sul Modulo Blu e &lt;b&gt;fai firmare&lt;/b&gt; anche la controparte (se possibile).&lt;br /&gt;
• &lt;b&gt;Raccogli le testimonianze&lt;/b&gt; di persone presenti  richiedendo le generalità ed un numero di telefono per poterli  contattare anche in seguito. Se possibile compila il Modulo  testimoniale.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Contatta le Autorità &lt;/b&gt;nel caso non vi sia accordo tra le parti sulla responsabilità dell’incidente oppure in caso di feriti anche non gravi.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Scatta fotografie&lt;/b&gt; che facciano comprendere meglio la  dinamica dell’incidente (posizione dei mezzi, tracce sul selciato,  elementi atmosferici, etc.)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #00ccff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Seconda fase quando si torna a casa&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;• &lt;b&gt;Denuncia subito il sinistro&lt;/b&gt; chiamando il Numero Verde della tua compagnia.&lt;br /&gt;
• &lt;b&gt;Invia alla propria assicurazione il Modulo Blu&lt;/b&gt; con  tutti i dati completi e le firme ed eventualmente ulteriore  documentazione (Modulo Testimoniale, Verbale delle Autorità, etc.).&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Spedisci la richiesta di risarcimento&lt;/b&gt; danni alla  propria compagnia, in caso di procedura con Risarcimento Diretto e anche  alla Compagnia della controparte in caso di Risarcimento ordinario.&lt;br /&gt;
A parte mantenere&amp;nbsp; la calma, alcune precauzioni da tenere presenti:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;* Compila tu stesso il modulo blu&lt;/b&gt; per tutelarti il più  possibile! Il consiglio è quello di non lasciare in mano il Modulo alla  controparte e leggi tu stesso le generalità dell’altro conducente  direttamente dai suoi documenti (carta d’identità/passaporto e patente).  E tieni la prima copia del Modulo, è quella che si legge meglio anche a  distanza di tempo!&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;* Non spostare i veicoli&lt;/b&gt; coinvolti, se non&amp;nbsp; intralciano  pesantemente la circolazione, dopo aver documentato con precisione la  posizione tramite fotografie o video.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Non accontentarti&lt;/b&gt; della “Buona Fede”. Controlla sempre i  dati della controparte leggendo personalmente i documenti assicurativi,  il tagliando di assicurazione esposto sul veicolo, segna la targa e il  modello dell’auto. Se necessario, raccogli testimonianze e contatti di  persone che sono presenti sul posto.&lt;br /&gt;

Grazie a questa nuova procedura hai la possibilità di ricevere il  risarcimento di eventuali danni direttamente dalla tua compagnia, invece  che richiederli alla compagnia della controparte. Il Risarcimento  Diretto può essere applicato solo quando l’incidente avviene tra due  veicoli a motore (auto, moto o ciclomotore) con targa italiana,  identificati e regolarmente assicurati.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Tempi brevi per il risarcimento&lt;/b&gt;: Una volta che la tua  compagnia d’assicurazione ha ricevuto la tua denuncia di sinistro, il  Modulo Blu compilato e firmato da entrambi i conducenti e l’eventuale  ulteriore documentazione, verificherà i termini di applicabilità della  procedura di risarcimento e risponderanno in tempi molto ridotti  rispetto al consueto.&lt;br /&gt;
Per comunicarti l’offerta di rimborso, bastano 30 giorni per danni a  veicoli se il Modulo Blu è stato firmato da te e dalla controparte.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;60 giorni&lt;/b&gt; se la controparte non ha firmato.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;90 giorni&lt;/b&gt; se vi sono lesioni.&lt;br /&gt;
La procedura di Risarcimento Diretto non è possibile utilizzarla in caso di:&lt;br /&gt;
• incidente accaduto all’estero&lt;br /&gt;
• incidente con più di due veicoli&lt;br /&gt;
• incidente in cui è coinvolto un ciclomotore che non ha la nuova&lt;br /&gt;
targa (sistema previsto dal D.P.R. del 6 marzo 2006 n. 153)&lt;br /&gt;
• se vi sono danni gravi al conducente.&lt;br /&gt;
In questo caso bisogna comunque&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Compilare COMUNQUE il Modulo Blu&lt;/b&gt; con la massima attenzione in tutti i campi previsti e firmarlo.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;•&lt;/b&gt; &lt;b&gt;Compilare anche il Modulo&lt;/b&gt; per il Risarcimento Danni.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Inviare entrambi i Moduli&lt;/b&gt; alla tua Compagnia&amp;nbsp; e alla Compagnia della controparte tramite lettera Raccomandata A/R.&lt;br /&gt;
Una volta ricevuti il tuo Modulo Blu e il Modulo di Risarcimento Danni  entrambi compilati e firmati, la Compagnia di Assicurazione della  controparte deve comunicarti l’offerta di risarcimento oppure chiederti  informazioni o indicarti le motivazioni che impediscono di risarcirti.  La tempistiche previste sono:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;30 giorni&lt;/b&gt; dalla data di ricezione della richiesta di  risarcimento inviata tramite lettera Raccomandata A/R se il Modulo Blu è  stato firmato da te e dalla controparte;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;60 giorni&lt;/b&gt; se non c’è allegato il Modulo Blu:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;90 giorni&lt;/b&gt; se vi sono lesioni.&lt;br /&gt;
Cosa succede senza Risarcimento Diretto:&lt;br /&gt;
Negli 8 giorni successivi al ricevimento della richiesta di risarcimento  il tuo veicolo dovrà essere disponibile per la perizia della Compagnia  di Assicurazione della controparte. Potrai comunque iniziare le  riparazioni se necessarie o urgenti, avendo cura di documentare i danni  con delle fotografie.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: #00ccff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Incidente in Italia con veicolo straniero&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/b&gt;Per possibili problemi di comprensione con le  persone straniere è indispensabile fare molta attenzione alla raccolta  dei dati del veicolo e del conducente. E se hai dubbi sulla dinamica o  sulla responsabilità, in questi casi ancora di più, rivolgiti alle  autorità competenti (Polizia locale, Polizia stradale, Carabinieri…)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;&lt;span style="color: #00ccff;"&gt;&lt;span style="color: black;"&gt;Cosa fare per il risarcimento&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/span&gt;• Verifica&lt;/b&gt; subito la compagnia di assicurazione del veicolo straniero.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Compila&lt;/b&gt; il Modulo blu (CAI) in tutte le sue parti.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;• Spedisci&lt;/b&gt; la richiesta di risarcimento danni e tutta la documentazione necessaria tramite lettera Raccomandata A/R all’UCI&lt;br /&gt;

Se vedi una Toyota Prius a San Francisco addobbata  con un cilindro sul tetto, guardate se c’è il conducente, forse vedrete  delle antenne!&lt;br /&gt;
L’azienda Google ha appena reso noto ciò che gli  scrittori hanno sognato nella serie TV K2000 Una macchina&amp;nbsp; auto-guidata  “intelligente” .&lt;br /&gt;
Questo è un grande anno perchè tale vettura circola  sulla West Coast, avendo già macinato 322.000 km, senza incidenti.&lt;br /&gt;

Dietro a questo progetto, c’è uno dei cinque migliori ricercatori nel  campo dell’intelligenza artificiale (AI) del mondo: Sebastian Thrun.&lt;br /&gt;
Incontrato in California, il tedesco di 44 anni direttore del  laboratorio di intelligenza artificiale alla Stanford University e  attivato da Google, ha dichiarato: “La nostra macchina utilizza laser,  radar, sensori, telecamere e GPS per analizzare, con un computer  potente, tutti gli elementi di traffico a velocità molto superiore a  quella del cervello umano.&lt;br /&gt;
La GoogleCar è quindi più sicura di un  guidatore ubriaco che può essere stanco o distratto. “E’ il miglior  concentrato di una squadra di una dozzina di autisti che hanno diversi  stili di guida, da” prudente “(l’auto tende a lasciare spazio e  precedenze agli altri veicoli) a “molto aggressivo” (non esita a farsi  largo).&lt;br /&gt;
Il ricercatore non è al suo primo tentativo. Nel 2005 ha vinto  il Darpa Grand Challenge, una gara di vetture di auto-guidate nel  deserto.&lt;br /&gt;
Egli non vede un uso commerciale della sua invenzione prima di  7-8 anni. “Il nostro obiettivo è la sicurezza assoluta. Il rischio,  minimo, di un incidente potrebbe essere molto travisato dai media “Di  contro, è soddisfatto, perchè l’auto “auto-guidata”&amp;nbsp; rivoluzionerà il  traffico del futuro : ” Il loro uso in car-sharing ridurrà il numero di  veicoli in&amp;nbsp; città.&lt;br /&gt;
I ciechi la potranno usare. Inoltre, le vetture  auto-guidate&amp;nbsp; potranno andare tutte alla stessa velocità, formando una  sorta di “road trains” , migliorerà notevolmente il flusso del traffico e  l’UE sta lavorando a tale progetto. Soprattutto, ci saranno molti meno  incidenti. Forse le Assicurazione del settore RCA non saranno  soddisfatte.&lt;br /&gt;

L’iniziativa organizzata  dalla Fondazione ANIA e dalla Polizia di Stato ha coinvolto 8 località  ed è stata organizzata per rendere più sicure le notti dei fine  settimana sulle strade italiane, evitare che i giovani perdano la vita a  causa di incidenti stradali e contribuire a diffondere sempre di più la  figura del “guidatore designato” come pratica tra i ragazzi che passano  le serate in discoteca.&lt;br /&gt;
Nel 2010 in Italia a causa degli incidenti  stradali hanno perso la vita 4.090 persone, 1.080 delle quali (26,4%)  aveva un’età inferiore ai 30 anni.&lt;br /&gt;
Nella maggior parte dei casi, si  tratta di morti legate alle cosiddette “stragi del sabato sera”.  Infatti, nel corso del 2010, nelle ore notturne sono morti 441 giovani  pari al 40,8% del totale dei decessi under30. Le notti del fine  settimana sono statisticamente le più pericolose, con un indice di  mortalità pari a 3,9 decessi ogni 30 incidenti al fronte dell’1,9% che  complessivamente si registra. &amp;nbsp;Numeri allarmanti, conseguenti alla  frequenza con cui le persone si lanciano a folle velocità sulle strade,  mettendosi al volante dopo aver trascorso una notte in discoteca,  stordite da alcol o droghe e da una musica con troppi decibel.&lt;br /&gt;

La sesta  edizione di “Brindo con Prudenza”, così come le precedenti, ha  consentito di entrare in contatto direttamente con i giovani  sensibilizzandoli nei luoghi di divertimento. Durante le festività  natalizie 2011 sono state coinvolte 4 regioni d’Italia e 8 località:  Bardonecchia e Limone in Piemonte, Rimini e Riccione in Emilia Romagna,  Madonna di Campiglio e Folgaria in Trentino Alto Adige e Napoli e  Salerno in Campania.&lt;br /&gt;
La formula è quella ormai consolidata e che ha  consentito di ottenere importanti successi negli anni precedenti. In  alcune discoteche selezionate nelle varie località i ragazzi hanno  trovato all’ingresso un corner informativo con hostess e steward che li  hanno invitato a nominare nel proprio gruppo “Bob”, il guidatore  designato, ovvero colui che s’ impegnava a non bere alcolici per  riaccompagnare a casa gli amici in totale sicurezza osservando il motto  “Chi guida non beve, chi beve non guida”.&lt;br /&gt;
Bob era riconosciuto grazie a  un gadget identificativo e, alla fine della serata, se avesse mantenuto  l’impegno, sarebbe stato premiato dallo staff della Fondazione ANIA.&lt;br /&gt;
Contemporaneamente, sulle strade sarebbero stati intensificati i  controlli da parte delle Forze dell’Ordine e i ragazzi che risultavano  negativi all’alcol-test avrebbero ricevuto un ingresso gratuito in  discoteca per la settimana successiva.”Brindo con Prudenza”, ha avuto un  grande successo e ha contribuito a ridurre il numero dei morti sulle  strade, soprattutto nelle notti del week end. La strada da percorrere,  però, è ancora lunga.&lt;br /&gt;

Secondo il presidente dell’Ania, Associazione Nazionale  Imprese assicurative, Fabio Cerchiai, in media l’aumento nel 2011 è  stato del 5,7%, mentre l’anno scorso è stato sotto il 5%, sono dati  certi, ha sottolineato, poichè quello che pagano gli italiani è quello  che incassano le compagnie assicurative’. &lt;br /&gt;
Secondo un successivo  comunicato “gli aumenti di prezzo della RCA a partire dal 2010 si sono  resi necessari per il forte deterioramento della gestione tecnica del  ramo, visto che in due anni le compagnie nel complesso hanno perso più  di un miliardo di euro.&lt;br /&gt;

Le cause sono da ricercarsi nel livello  eccessivo dei costi dei risarcimenti che non si riesce a ridurre”.&lt;br /&gt;
Così  Vittorio Verdone, responsabile settore auto dell’Ania, ha commentato i  dati Isvap sull’aumento delle tariffe delle assicurazioni auto,  sottolineando che i rincari effettivi sono stati non a due cifre, ma di  circa il 5%. Sempre secondo il comunicato ANIA della settimana scorsa “I  costi stentano a diminuire perchè manca l’esecuzione delle azioni più  volte proposte e che vanno dal contrasto alle frodi al completamento  della disciplina del danno alla persona, dalla revisione delle lesioni  lievissime, che sono ipervalutate, alla riforma del bonus-malus e della  procedura delle offerte di risarcimento, che prevede oggi tempi troppo  stretti per approfondire i casi fraudolenti.&lt;br /&gt;
In ogni caso, prosegue,&amp;nbsp;  per quanto riguarda l’andamento del prezzo, per le compagnie conta solo  il prezzo effettivo e non i listini dei prezzi che sono del tutto  teorici”. Verdone evidenzia infatti che esistendo una concorrenza, anche  molto accesa tra impresa e impresa, esiste una flessibilità tariffaria  che consente di ottenere sconti sul prezzo di listino.&lt;br /&gt;
In effetti la  situazione è più complessa perchè in questo settore le tariffe cambiano  da città a città e spesso ci si trova di fronte a due realtà : una  concentrata nel regioni del Centro- Nord e una delle regioni del Sud  Italia. &lt;br /&gt;
Nel Centro-Nord gli aumenti delle tariffe riportate dall’ISVAP  sono abbastanza vicine alla realtà soprattutto se a questi aumenti si  somma l’inflazione naturale circa + 3%. Nel Sud la politica della  maggioranza delle Compagnie assicuratrici è quella di scoraggiare la  fidelizzazione degli assicurati disdettanto le polizze con bassa tariffa  bonus-malus, per mancati incidenti, per concedere poi un’iscrizione a  tariffa maggiorata.&lt;br /&gt;
Tutto ciò senza tener conto che alcune compagnie  tendono a ridurre la loro presenza sul territorio, complicando in questo  modo la vita degli assicurati.&lt;br /&gt;

Secondo la  relazione le vetture ibride, che che hanno una trazione in parte basata&amp;nbsp;  su un motore elettrico e in parte su motori a combustione interna,  hanno un margine di sicurezza, in caso di collisione, perché le loro  batterie le rendono in media più pesanti del 10% rispetto alle loro  controparti standard.&lt;br /&gt;
Matt Moore, vice presidente HLDI e autore del  rapporto, ha dichiarato in un comunicato sullo studio:”Questa massa in  più dà loro un vantaggio in caso d’incidenti che i loro gemelli  convenzionali non hanno. In media, le probabilità di essere feriti in un  incidente sono più basse del 25% per le persone in autovetture ibride  rispetto alle persone che viaggiano in modelli convenzionali.&lt;br /&gt;
L’analisi  ha interessato più di 25 modelli ibridi, presenti sul mercato nell’arco  degli anni&amp;nbsp;2003-2011, con almeno una pretesa collisione e almeno un  reclamo presentato per lesioni nel periodo 2002-2010.&lt;br /&gt;
In un’analisi  separata, la filiale HLDI ha riscontrato che i veicoli ibridi possono  avere fino al 20% in più di probabilità di essere coinvolti in incidenti  con lesioni ai pedoni rispetto alle vetture standard. Il motivo della  maggiore probabilità d’ incidenti è che quando gli ibridi operano in  modalità solo elettrica, i pedoni non sentono il sopraggiungere di detti  mezzi.&lt;br /&gt;
Il congresso del Traffic Safety Highway Administration di  quest’anno&amp;nbsp; ha concesso tre anni alle case costruttrici per dotare i  modelli ibridi e elettrici di suoni adatti ad avvisare i pedoni ignari.&lt;br /&gt;
