I have never seen anyone more addicted to something, especially horses. Clara is horse CRAZY. For real. I think she got 500 horses for her birthday and she plays with them ALL no joke.

I just found these! This was the night of the performance. My mom and dad and Doug came in special for it.Ava was so excited! Lynn, Max, Anna, Granpa Joe and Janet came for the matinee the next day.

The Nutcracker!

Ava was a fairy in the local nutcracker this year. She loved it!!!!! We did too.

We also went to the Boston Ballets Nutcracker!

Christmas 2011

This was a big year with the kids being older and comprehending what Christmas was about. Presents of course! While Clara was slow and methodical, playing with each gift after she opened it Ava just tore through the paper looking for more...and more...and MORE!

We did some tubing this summer in Harvard at Lynn and Billys. Ava was very brave and had a ton of fun! Of course there was beach time EVERYWHERE! Cape, Gloucester, Arlington...and Rockport!

Halloween 2011!

Classic Halloween costumes...not even close to handmade the way ti used to get done. BOO! We went over to the Nobles for dinner and then walked around their neighborhood for some trick or treating FUN!

This summer we spent a night in the camper! It was a rough go at first, but we made it. There was beach time, dress ups and grilling. ANd of course the favorite Baxter!

Lots of pressure to keep this thing going. Here are some bits over the past summer. We did so much! Lots of beach time, canobie lake park, sprinkler park and the res!! Museums as well.

This is so cute, and I may have suggested it, but it was worth it. We sent Rich on a bike ride and headed to the beach on a cloudy day- with threatening dark clouds. It ended up being splendid and empty. I love days like this on the beach.

Clara has been spending lots of time with Dan. Here they were hunting hermit crabs. Clara screamed outloud the first time she saw one. Almost a shreik of disbelief.

There is actually a small lots with trampolines to jump on. 5$ for 10 minutes. Odd, but the kids loved it. That's Annas friend Izzy with Ava.
