Creates an exciting guest service culture by instilling professional, friendly, quick and exceptional service to internal/external guests.&amp;amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;3. Coordinates with other departments to ensure open communication and the successful implementation of promotions, projects or other activities for the front of house areas.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;4. Possesses a thorough knowledge/understanding of alcoholic and non- alcoholic beverages, policies, procedures, laws, regulations and beverage services.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;5. Accounts for front of house inventories and portion control; maintains par levels as specified; prepares beverage orders as IAW with established PARS; initiates purchasing, inventory control and P&amp;amp;amp;L transactions efficiently and responsibly; and manages labor cost to front of house/beverage cost of sale.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;6. Submits activity reports and monitors operational performance to budget; initiates actions to optimize opportunities or correct unfavorable variances.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;7. Manages and delegates effectively; assigns expectations and responsibilities as related to each front of house outlet; and takes appropriate management action when superior or inferior performance is recognized.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;8. Prepares business plan and operational budget for departmental soundness.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;9. Interviews and recommends employment of personnel; ensures proper scheduling and staffing levels under varying business conditions are realized.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;10. Guides and/or participates in the development of training programs that establish, measure, and nurture skills required to perform the work; and maintains knowledge of management, marketing and technological advancements with the industry.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;11. Ensures the safety and security of team members and guests.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;12. Exhibits conduct which will not discredit oneself and/or the casino.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;13. Safeguards the assets of the casino and/or Muscogee Creek Nation.&lt;/P&gt;  &lt;P&gt;14.
