Avant-Scene was founded in 1995 by its sole owner Dominic Todaro. It all started on Peel Street, in Les Cours Mont-Royal. Among the first companies we represented were B&B Italia, Alessi, Baleri, Bontempi and Fiam.

After 25 years in business, we are proud to continue to represent B&B Italia, a brand with a real heritage of Italian know-how in the world of high-end furniture. Founded in 1966 by Piero Ambrogio Busnelli, this company has followed us throughout.

Fiam for their part, has also been one of our suppliers from the start. It is a company that has mastered the art of glass furniture brilliantly for several decades. They create dining tables, consoles, mirrors, chairs and even libraries.

High-end Italian furniture is part of our DNA. We want to represent the brands of Italy in order to showcase their creativity, passion and expertise; knowledge they have held for generations and which continues to exist and develop.

The company Freifrau was founded in 2012, in Germany. Their team of renowned designers makes timeless armchairs, chairs and sofas, manufactured with particular attention to detail and a great requirement for durability.

Their products are elegant, voluptuous and functional.

Freifrau furniture can be multisensory. These must not only be beautiful for the eyes but also for the touch and the smell. Wood fragrance, natural leather and textured fabrics complement, among other things, the design of the Leya and Rubie chair.

Production relies on traditional know-how. It should be noted that all products are made in Germany. The use of durable and carefully selected materials underlines the company's environmental awareness and allows future generations to enjoy their furniture.
