NYC Joomla! Weekend 2011 Webcast Live

The webcasts are rich with wisdom, insight advice on Joomla!. How to use it? Where it is going? What is the Joomla! Platform? What are best extensions for Social Media or e-commerce.

The weekend started out with the hardcore developers and users of Joomla! The Future Roadmap Conference was used to discuss and develop ideas on Joomla 3.0 Streaming:http://www.ustream.tv/channel/joomla-roadmap. Find out where the project might go next. Joomla! Day webcast for are for Joomla! users. These are the basic of how to become a better user of Joomla and basic integration tips.

Joomla is the world’ s most popular open source CMS (content management system).

Wow that was quick! We waited for at least 2 years with expectation that 1.6 will be here in the next month, no soon. So what is the story? This is the first release made within the new six-month release cycle that started with the delivery of Joomla 1.6... This is a move that will support the platforms growth and development in a very mature and professional way. There will be a stable trunk of development and more important a group of people who are continually moving the platform forward.

You might also learn how to correctly think of Joomla! 1.6 really as Joomla! 2.0 so the our next jump to Joomla! 2.5 from Joomla! 1.7 will really make sense. Also why not to panic about all the releases going on the more compelling pace will allow smooth migration paths with a core update built right in the CMS Administrator.

Why is this important? The world and the internet is moving very fast for example with Google+ is going to shake up social media again. But don't worry in the Joomla! world there are EXTENSIONS FOR THAT! Mobile phones, I-pads keep the pace of changing moving even higher but the web and your website is the way to reach all! The Joomla! X.x project upgrades will keep that engine humming along supporting all the latest bells and whistles.

Since Philip's last play a new generation of fund raising site has come into being. It relies on social media with a center piece being usually a authentic sincere video ask. One must strike a balance of budget, spontaneity and production values. The most important part is to have a concept to highlight your best assets. In this case the Teen actors. So before the play is written how do you do this? We hope you like our answer.
