Through personalized coaching, workshops, group programs, and retreats, we work together to clear inner blocks, deepen self-trust, and listen for what wants to emerge next, creating a life that reflects who you are now. My approach is deeply intuitive and integrative, blending Spiritual Psychology, Internal Family Systems (IFS), energy medicine, coaching, and creative practices to help you access wisdom beyond the thinking mind alone.

A growing focus of my work is helping people, especially women in midlife and beyond, use creativity as a doorway to intuition, inner wisdom, and the conscious creation of their next chapter. Together we may explore Creative Intuition Practices, which are simple invitations using writing, movement, sound, image, embodiment, and everyday creativity to help you listen inward, trust your guidance, and reconnect with what wants to come alive next. This is not about performing, proving, or creating something “good.” It is about listening beyond the thinking mind and allowing your deeper wisdom to speak through writing, movement, sound, image, reflection, and everyday creative practices.
