Here’s another one, my friend and colleague, Claire Molinard as she’s interviewed on Conscious TV about the Unique Self Teachings and the coaching program we’ve developed using it as our framework.
A few weeks ago, my first teacher, who became a beloved friend, made her transition. Her death was unexpected. It appears that she died while meditating one evening. She often told us to pray for a happy death and hers, it seems, was just that. Barbara was a minister and teacher in the Esoteric Christian […]

The Unique Self Coaching Collective is dedicated to change . . . the change that comes when it occurs to you that you have a case of “mistaken identity,” as you wake up to the amazing realization that not only are you are not separate--you are one with all there is. That discovery profoundly changes your perspective. Once you discover your true nature, the unique way you embody your True Self becomes clearer, and your Unique Self can emerge.

According to developmental psychologist Dr. Robert Kegan, transformation occurs when you are able to step back and reflect on something about yourself that you couldn't see before and, as a result, you can begin to change it. Kegan refers to this as the move from subject to object. Things that are subjectto you are experienced as automatic and unquestioned; they can be sensations, emotions, thoughts or actions. Together, these aspects mesh into a deeply ingrained False Self Pattern. You can’t see the pattern, or its components, because it is part of what you take for granted, or what you don't know about yourself. Because you are unable to stand back and take a look, you can’t reflect upon the pattern. You literally can’t see what you can’t see!

Today, we’ll continue the journey around the Enneagram wheel by looking the last center, the Head Triad which hold points 5 6 7. The energy of these points is masculine, linear, and detached. People whose home base is at this center have the potential to be particularly aware of ideas and the mental dimension of life. We’ll start with Enneatype 5 who adopts a strategy that allows them to spare their inner resources out of a perception of scarcity and fear of depletion.

Over the last three weeks, we had a detailed look at The Body Center Triad which includes types 8,9 and 1and we have seen how each of these points – although connected to the same center, are marked by a specific pattern of thinking and feeling - that is based on the motives behind a person's priorities and preferences. This week we start the exploration of the Feeling Center Triad, which includes types 2,3 and 4. The energy of these points is feminine, emotional, and interpersonal. People whose home base is at Point 2, 3, or 4 have the potential to be particularly attuned. The first point of this Triad is Enneatype 2. Each point informs one's False Core Belief, a central feature of the Unique Self Coaching Process
