Infinity is a monumental epic set in the distant future, where
mankind has mastered interstellar technology and has flourished in
billions of newly discovered planetary systems.
Infinity: the Quest for Earth is set in the distant future, a time
when humanity has succumbed to an intergalactic space virus. A plague
that renders our kind literally fruitless. The disease dramatically
affects a women's fertility, denying the biological miracle of birth.
Without the reproductive capabilities of our feminine companions,
children cannot exist. The biological wheel of mankind has been
thwarted and if a cure is not found soon, we will vanish from the
galaxy.
When the news broke out that our civilization was dying, that all
achievements once earned were now rendered soon-to-be-forgotten, riot
engulfed the populace. The science community worked relentlessly in
the search for a cure; months went by and the population grew more
and more desperate for salvation.
Then, after months of lawlessness and distress, a miracle rose from
the depth of despair: a hasty reference to a long forgotten world
that may hold the secret of our existence, of our biology and of a
cure.
The fate of future generations, the fate of mankind, rests on the
shoulders of the few bold adventurers that dare venture into the
unforgiving void of space. However spiteful, however difficult, this
lost planet is our only hope. The quest begins, for the disastrous
expanse of space hides a secret, a secret that may be the saviour of
our entire species, a secret, known as Earth.
