Teaching Modalities

I am currently teaching in three main ways:

Online.
At my current residence at the Yoga Vidya center in Speyer, Germany.
Visiting Yoga centers in Europe.

Online Private Sessions

Wherever you live around the world, this is the best chance you have to learn directly from me. I will be happy to guide you in your yoga path. By default, I offer the following:

"Cold Showers for Yoginis & Yogis". Cold exposure can turbo boost your yoga practice, multiplying the benefits manyfold. Get a lot more details.
"Yoga Coaching". Each yogi and yogini should develop their own path. You can't just follow a mould. You are a unique individual, with your own strengths and weaknesses. You can benefit from my near 40-year experience and my open-mindedness to explore different ways and find YOUR path.
"Spiritual Counseling". Related to the above, I guide you in your spiritual quest. This involves knowing you better and suggesting the techniques and mental attitude that will bring you maximum benefits.
"Other". Generally, I'm not inclined to teach asana classes over zoom or other software. Besides that, I'm open to any suggestions to respond to your specific needs.

Registration Protocol

Everything is based on proper communication. In order to ensure optimum satisfaction of both parties, we proceed with the following steps:

Agreeing on Teaching Content. Should you be interested, you might want to send me a DM on Facebook or Twitter, or you might just email me at swami@swamiatma.com. Then we can both determine whether taking private sessions would be positive and productive for you.
Agreeing on Tools. Should we come to an agreement as to the teachings, we would then decide of the right tools to video chat. There are many possibilites. It's just about agreeing of which software to use:
- Zoom
- Skype
- Teamviewer
- Facetime
- Any others
Make an Appointment. We set a date and time.
Payment. After the online private class, you send a bank transfer. Either for 1 class or for 4 discounted classes.

Prices

Here is the cost for online private classes:

1 hour session: 25 € (euros).
4 1-hour sessions: 75 €.

Please note that these prices are locked in for ever. Should I increase the prices in the future, your cost will be freezed at the rate charged for your first class.

In Speyer

At some time in the near future, we'll be scheduling some workshops and/or weekend programs which I'll teach in English, with live interpreting in German.

Live Programs in Yoga Centers Throughout Europe

Obviously, because of the COVID-19 situation, live teaching is not as convenient nowadays. But it can be done given the right situation.

In any case, I'm ready to go any place on the old continent.
