Hey Guys,
Few days back i ported myself to Linux, enjoyed the speed, performance, but missed my touch experience. Googled a lot, but failed!
Kept on Searching And found a working procedure, which enables the 2 Finger Scrolling.

Procedure :

CAUTION : TESTED THIS ON DELL WITH ALPS TOUCHPAD

Method 1 (Newer P.S. Easier ! ;-) )

Download file from

Install

1. extract psmouse-alps-1.3-alt.tbz to /
For this you open Terminal
run su
Go to the downloaded file folder and execute the following
run tar -xvf psmouse-alps-1.3-alt.tbz
run mv usr/src/psmouse-alps-1.3 /usr/src

2. run dkms add psmouse/alps-1.3
3. run dkms install psmouse/alps-1.3
4. reboot

Uninstall:
1. dkms remove psmouse/alps-1.3 --all
2. delete psmouse/alps-1.3

Method 2

download and extract tar archive:

copy to /usr/src:
sudo cp -r ./psmouse-alps-dst-0.4 /usr/src/
change directory to the copied folder
cd /usr/src/psmouse-alps-dst-0.4/
run install
sudo bash ./install.sh
configure from settings ->mouse and touchpad->touchpad , you can choose two finger scrolling, but: no pinch-zoom is available as in Microsoft Windows driver. and you will feel your touchpad more sluggish after you install this driver. Also this driver is not compatible with Linux kernel higher than 3.5
To uninstall

dkms remove psmouse/alps-dst-0.4 --all

delete psmouse/alps-dst-0.4

First Install your Graphic Card Drivers, as it is strongly needed, then restart computer.

Second Add The USER to control HYPER-V
After successfully completing the following steps, you will be able to control the HYPER-V from non-adminstrators account too.

Open the Run dialog (launch it from the Start menu or press Windows Key + R).
Start mmc.exe
Open the File menu and select Add/Remove Snap-in...
From the Available snap-ins list select Authorization Manager.
Click Add > and then click OK.
Click on the new Authorization Manager node in the left panel.
Open the Action menu and select Open Authorization Store...
Choose XML file for the Select the authorization store type: option and then use the Browse... to open \programdata\Microsoft\Windows\Hyper-V\InitialStore.xml on the system partition (programdata is a hidden directory so you will need to type it in first).
Click OK.
Expand InitialStore.xml then Microsoft Hyper-V services then Role Assignments and finally select Administrator.
Open the Action menu and select Assign Users and Groups then From Windows and Active Directory...
Enter the name of the user that you want to be able to control Hyper-V and click OK.
Close the MMC window (you can save or discard your changes to Console 1 - this does not affect the authorization manager changes that you just made).

WUBI ubuntu installer, used to install ubuntu inside the windows till version 11.10 , but in the later and the latest version this feature is disabled .

Here is the rationale behind disabling it, which was posted by Canonical's Rick Spencer on the ubuntu-devel mailing list:

Hello all,
This email regards wubi, a tool used to set up Ubuntu in a dual boot configuration in a manner that does not require disk partitioning. Wubi is a windows program. It is currently delivered as a standalone executable downloadable from the web, as well as part of official Ubuntu images. I am proposing a small but notable change to how we deliver wubi for 12.04. I am proposing that:

We continue to test and bug fix wubi.exe as the separate Windows program

We cotinue to offer wubi.exe for download as the separate Windows program.

We disable the ability to do a wubi installation from the Ubuntu 12.04 ISOs. (wubi will remain on the images for the purpose of providing Windows users some feedback and functionality if they put a Ubuntu CD into a running Windows computer, but won't offer to install).

Separating the wubi.exe experience from the ISOs will give us the following important benefits:

We will be able to do maintenance and enhancements to wubi outside of the Ubuntu development cycle.

Significant reduciton of QA work for an already over-streched QA team.

Better overall 12.04 quality, and less stress at release time.

We won't get stuck with a poor (or worse) user experience on the CD since is a good chance that wubi will not work properly with Windows 8.

I am proposing these changes to the plan because:

The key use case for wubi is being able to download and run the installer on Windows, not installing from the ISO.

Wubi is difficult to test, so has been difficult to assure that it will meet the quality standards we have set for 12.04.

There are no developers treating wubi as their top priorities. This combined with the QA difficulties has historically caused late breaking changes that add stress at release time and frequently invalidate already executed ISO testing.

Most significantly, Windows is changing it's boot system with Windows 8, and it's not clear how wubi will work with Windows 8, if at all.

But We Still Want to install Ubuntu as we always used to do and have a DUAL boot system, with easy uninstall , So I created a Program which will do that,

All you Have to do is :

1. Download my UBUNTU inside_windows 64 bit/32bit depending on the type of OS.

2. Download the Latest UBUNTU ISO from www.ubuntu.com OR Directly : UBUNTU-32bit or UBUNTU-64bit

3. MOUNT THE ISO using DAEMON Tools Lite OR you can BURN it into a DISC.

4. Note The UBUNTU DISK DRIVE LETTER.

5. Turn Off The Internet Connectivity for the time you install UBUNTU,otherwise the wubi.exe will download the ISO from INTERNET for no reason .

6. RUN my UBUNTU inside_windows program and type the drive letter.

7. Bingo => You Got The The OPTION.

8. Follow the Installation procedure, from next time you restart your system you'll get a dual boot menu with windows and ubuntu.

One May Choose to install UBUNTU using vitualbox, but as it is slow I'll not recommend it to anyone.

For Testers : Just try running it from both the ways and you'll notice the great difference.

VOLSBB FIXER v2.0

On 20th August, VOLSBB FIXER v1.0 was released, it was based on releasing the IP Address assosiated with your SYSTEM, and then renewing the IP Address.

v1.0 was good but it sometimes doesn't solves the problem, we may get a connection between the router and the system displaying the "ap.login" page, but after logging in, any site doesn't load up.

I found a solution for that and i have implemented that in this new v2.0 . It is not at all based on release/renew ip thing, it is totally a new set of code(s) , it took a lot of research for me to make this application, i was trying from last 2 days and finally got success. The program will just run in background and automatically exit, once it has done its job, which is less than a sec.

I have made the process easier, moreover now it automatically sets dns and address from dhcp which is actually required for our VOLSBB wifi which is provided by 'RUCKUS' router.

INSTRUCTIONS :

Connect to VOLSBB before you continue.

1. Download and Extract

2. Run the application, when asked for permission click yes.

The Permission is Required as the code which i am using requires administrator access for making changes to IP address.
