B2R Aquatic - New Website!

I have update the site yet again, and I am happy to announce that the site is fully standards compliant, and should work in both Internet Explorer and Firefox. Take time to check out the site, it should also load quicker.

Printable Entry Cards

An entry card form is now available on the B2R website, this can be downloaded and printed, ready for you to enter your local B2R meets, and any other Swimming Victoria meet. A must for those who are looking for to compete in any swimming meet. Date: 8th May 2008

B2R Shortcourse Meet

An updated flyer has been released, which contains updated information about the meet, including price adjustments. I look forward to seeing you all there, and at our next meet, the B2R Encouragement meet, which is on the 17th of May. Entries close for the encouragement meet on Monday the 5th of May. Date: 3rd May 2008

B2R Upcoming Swimming Meets

B2R will be holding two meets this season. We are holding an Encouragement Meet, and a Shortcourse Meet. Follow the links to see the flyer, entry date, and all the details. Date: 5th March 2008

Site Layout

I'm eventually going to change the layout of the site. Because at the moment the side panel isn't really working for me. We have a new header for the page, (see above) and eventually the site will be fully changed to reflect this. Bear in mind I'm not able to work on the site all the time, and desiging a new layout takes time. In the meantime, we wish our swimmers well for their training for the upcoming shortcourse meets! 2008 Countries (25th - 27th January)

Good luck to all of those who are going to countries a Portland! We wish you all the best. Remember that heats start at 9:00 AM, ensure you plan ahead to have time to park and do a warm up! We'll see you all there at 4:30 PM to cheer on our swimmers who make it to the finals! More details can be found on the Swimming Victoria Website. Date: 22nd January 2008

B2R Pizza & bowling night

The bowling and pizza night is happening again! This sunday. Contact the club for more details, all are welcome to participate! Date: 23rd November 2007

Upcoming Meets

Three meets have been added to our website. The flyers are available in PDF, which may require Adobe PDF to open. You can grab this free at Adobe's website. The three meets are the Warrnambool Longcourse meet, the South West Games, and Portland's Pre-Xmas meet. Date: 19th October 2007

B2R Slideshow

The B2R slideshow is now officially open. I've tested it and I think it is looking great as well! Check the slideshow out! Date: 4th August 2007

B2R Pizza & Movie Night

Tomorrow night, on the 5th of August, B2R will be having a Pizza and Movie Night. The cost is $5 dollars for all you can eat pizza. The movie night will be held at Marg Brodie's house, 262 Hopkins Highway. More information can be found by contacting club members on the Contacts page. Date: 4th August 2007

B2R Photo Slideshow

I plan to have a B2R slideshow up soon. It will enable you to browse through pictures either individually, or in succession. B2R Upcoming Meets

We have two meets coming up. The first, the B2R Encouragement Meet on the 14th April, is on this saturday at 5:00 PM. Watch the 100m freestyle face-off, between B2R swimmers Chris Russell, Jason Murrell, and Ryan Jennings. We welcome Jason back to the pool, and wish him all the best. The second B2R meet, the B2R Shortcourse Meet, is on at Aquazone on the 28th July 2007, where everyone will be trying their hardest. More info can be found by contacting the club. Physiotherapist & Bumper Breakfast!

We have a Physiotherapist Tony Pritchard coming 14th April. At 8:30 AM. When the Physiotherapist session finishes, there will be a bumper breakfast for all club members! Date: 12th April 2007
