Am I? I didn’t really go anywhere. You must be confused with someone else. Anyway, now that you are here reading my blog, I might talk to you. I am bored, yet I have so much to do. I am very busy. I am trying out many programs on my laptop (making it very slow), I am slowly developing two websites, and I am supposed to be doing homework. I really should stop procrastinating and get to work, but yet I am not going to do that.

Now, you are probably wondering what I meant when I said I was trying out many programs on my computer. Below is a list of all of them:

Martin LightJockey

Openlp.org

Google Chrome

StationPlaylist Studio

Coffee Cup (ghastly software)

Freestyler

Google SketchUp 7

Easy Worship (Really good, but expensive $400+)

Now, you may be wondering why I am trying them out, and what they do, but I am not going to tell you. You can find that out yourself, because I don’t have enough time to give descriptions.

I am also here to report that I am hooked on a TV show from the BBC. You may have heard of it, it is called Top Gear. Now you are all thinking “I didn’t know you were into cars, James.” And you are right. I am not really into cars, but it is still a good show. (It is just like MythBusters. I am not really into blowing things up, but I still watch it.) Top Gear is a great show, but I don’t like it how channel 9 cuts parts out.

In other news, I HAVE AN iPOD!!! Thanks to my great friend, Kenneth, I now have a third hand iPod second generation nano, silver, 4Gb. He recently got an iPod touch, and when we were at Divisional Youth Councils (which were great) he gave me his old iPod, which had previously been his older brothers. So I am very thankful to Kenneth. (You are probably not reading this Kenneth, but thanks!)

Now, I should probably get busy. Lots of things to do, so little time.

In the words of AntHill and Tigger,

TTFN, Ta ta for now

P.S. It was John 3:16 day on 16.3.10, so I am going to type this:

“For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, so that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.” John 3:16 (NIV)

I am currently on holidays in an undisclosed location somewhere near the beach and I thought that I might just tell you that I am having a great time. Although I do not like the beach, I am still enjoying my time in the water because the apartment we are staying in has a heated 17m lap pool. We have also done other things which I cannot remember at the moment.

Anyway, i am having a good time.
Talk to you later

Yes, that is right. The local radio station is going to be running an OB from Castle Towers. It will be happening this saturday the 12th of September. It is to celebrate the Orange Blossom festival & I invite you all along.
In other news, Wednesday is officially the worst school day. They are totally boring. I really wish I could choose my own sport. Here is why it is annoying.FIrstly, I had a science lesson on the oval & I decided to run the length of the oval. This was not a smart choice because I strained a muscle in my leg. Then when I had touch football I did not play because of my injury. Seeing as I was the only boy off the field, some of the girls thought that it would be a good tome to annoy me. So they did. They also took some photos of me, so I askedthem to delete them, and I think that they did. That is why Wednesday’s is the worst school day.

In other news, you may know that I learn guitar… Well, apparently I am having a concert in the backyard of my teachers house. I don’t really want to do it, but I suppose I have to. Oh well.

Bye

Computers can be a big pain sometimes. I mean, most of the time. And it’s not just computers. It’s everything electrical. Power-supplies not working, computers crashing, old radio amplifier not working, radio frequencies clashing, keys on phones being to small for me to type on… The list goes on. It would be good if all thins just… worked. But of course they don’t. Manufactures need to test all their things before they start selling them on the market. Oh well,
The reason I am saying this is because I just lost some of my Maths assignment. Now I need to start again. And before you jump to conclusions, I did have a backup, but it decided not to work. Argggg. Maybe if I didn’t listen to music it wouldn’t crash the machine.

Yes. That is right. I WON!!! If you wondering what I won, it was a game of elimination volleyball that we played in PD/H/PE last week. I ended up being the last person standing on our team, and there were five people on the opposite team. The only part of this game that I am good at are the serves, and that Is how I won. Basically, all I did was serve 5 times, and every time I served, it hit the ground on the other teams half, and someone was out. It was rather odd when I won because everyone went estatic. (I think it is because I never usually go any good in sport, and for once, I did!)

On other news…

I recently got our old HP computer fixed. The power supply in it suddenly decided that it would die. The fan in it made a really weird noise. We finally got around to taking it to a shop and getting them to fix it for us. It now has a brand new power supply. It works really well now, and it is quieter than before.

I have now decided what I want to do as a hobby now. Building computers. It seems rather simple, but you do have to have skills. I think that with some practise, I will be able to start building my own computers. If I am any good, I MIGHT start to sell themto some family & friends. I am mainly going to concentrate on high powered gaming computers instead of simple web browsing computers. Now the only thing is that I have to get some money to buy all the parts formy computer, it is probably going to be a video editing pc with a quad core CPU, at least 2gb of ram, plenty of hard-drive space, and (my favourite) a dual screen, high powered graphics card.

This will be fun!
