Classes

Fees is RM60 per student (including printed materials, BYC membership card). Discounts on fees will be given for siblings registration.

Kit

We provide loaner units. However, we are also giving special discounts for registered students.

This class is held every Tuesday and Wednesday, from 5.00 pm to 6.30 pm for kids starting from 4 years old.

In the first half, students will learn about solat. They will be praying together and everyone will have the opportunity to be Imam and Bilal.

Then, the students’ will learn on the letters, sound, tajweed and Ustaz will assess each and every student (one-to-one).

Registration fee is RM10 (one time only).

Montly fee is RM45

A “play and learn” playgroup program for children ages 2 to 4 years old, with carefully designed set of lesson plans to develop healthy, physically fit, intelligent and competent Muslim chlidren.

• Gives children an opportunity to have fun, make new friends and develop new skills through informal play.
• Provides parents and carers with an opportunity to meet other parents and carers, make friends, and share ideas and experiences.
• Allows parents and carers to spend quality time with their children, encouraging, helping or simply playing with their children.

• Provide an integrated complete playground curriculum for children ages 2 to 4 years old. – 1 hour only on every weekends.
• Carefully designed set of lesson plans to develop healthy, physically fit, intellectual and competent Muslim children.
• the program comprises of both whole language (thematic approach) and phonics (early literacy) using resources relating to Islam

• Instilling in the children Oneness of God in early concept of Tauhid.
• Cleanliness in Fiqh
• Stories from the Quran in Sirah.
• Simple Daily Du’a.

We hope this step by step guide will help to dispel any fears about shopping online and to take away any confusion with using our shop.

Step 1. Add products to the bag

First of all you need to add products to your bag. You can do this whenever you see a product you want to purchase, or class you want to book. Simple click the ‘Add to Bag’ button and you’ll notice that the number on the bag graphic will change to correspond with the amount of items you have added.

You can open you bag at any time and from here either click on ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Go to Checkout’.

Step 2. Go to Checkout

Once you’ve finished shopping click on the ‘Open bag‘ link and check the items listed in your bag.

You can remove items from your bag by rolling over the items with your mouse – when you do this a small ‘x’ appear in the top right – clicking on this will remove the item from your bag.

If you want to change the quantities of an item, simply change the number in the ‘Qty’ box and this will instantly change the amount for that item.

Don’t worry about the estimated shipping message that appears as this is something you set up in the next step.

Step 3. Enter your shipping address

In the next step you need to enter your shipping / contact details – simply enter the required information into the form provided. If you have an account with BYC, then in this step you can click on the ‘Sign in to use the address book’ button and sign into your account and select an address from the ones you have save to your account.

If you plan to place a phone order and not pay online, then it’s important that you enter a valid telephone number which we can use to contact you to deal with the payment for your order.

Step 4. Choose a delivery method

Once you have entered your shipping information you will notice that delivery method options appear in the box directly below. These methods are pulled in dynamically based on the weight of your order as well as your location.

a. Bank transfer is available for Maybank and CIMB account holder.

b. If you want to choose Cash On Delivery, this means that no shipping costs will be applied to your order and you will need to get in touch with us the arrange a time to come and collect your order from our place at:

J9592 Taman Pitis Jaya 77300, Merlimau, Melaka or any place set upon agreement.

c. If you are an International Customer, please select International as your shipping cost will be calculated by us manually. You may then pay via Telegraphic Transfer or Paypal.

Step 5. Choose a payment method

You can either choose to pay online via Bank Transfer, Cash On Delivery (COD for self pickup) or via your PayPal account.

Step 6. Enter your email address

It’s very important for you to enter a valid email address when placing your order. This email address is used to send you an order confirmation as well as allowing us to contact you easily and quickly in case there is a problem or delay with your order.

If you don’t add an email address you won’t be able to continue to the next step of the check out process and the email box will get highlighted in red and prompt you to enter your email address:

At this step, if you have an account with BYC, you have the option to sign in to you account.You also have the option to register by entering a password into the boxes provided.

Please be aware that this is totally optional and not required for you to complete your order. Only register if you want to open an account with BYC.

Step 7. Enter your billing address

Next you have to add your billing address.

If this is the same as your shipping address then you can click within the small checkbox and the system will use your shipping address for billing also.

If your billing address is different, then please enter the address in the form provided.

Step 8. Place your order.

Clicking ‘Continue’ and if your are done with your shopping, click Place Your Order to confirm the purchase.

If you choose a PayPal account, you’ll be taken to PayPal site.

Once you have paid for your order you will be taken to a confirmation screen that will show all the details of your order – it is advisable that you print this page for your own records and we provide you with a handy link in order to do this.

Again it is advisable to print a copy of this confirmation for your records.

If we do not receive your payment within three days, your order will be released to other customers.

Self pick-up is only available within Melaka.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3days to process the orders , though we always try to send the next day.

However some items are back order or imported from oversea will take up to 2 weeks as stated in the product description. If we are out of stock, we will inform customer for new date or refund fully to customers.

BYC ships worldwide.

We use POSLAJU service (unless customer requests for other method of delivery).

POSLAJU is able to ship overnight to most cities and towns in the Peninsular Malaysia, however you should allow 1-2 business days in case any unexpected delays.

East Malaysia orders may often take 2 to 3 extra days, so please allow 3 to 5 business days for delivery.

We will provide the POSLAJU tracking number in the customer’s account once we sent out the goods so that you can check with POSLAJU tracking system, if necessary.

Kindly take note that our free shipping promotion is valid for non-breastfeeding items and shipment within Malaysia only.

Returns Policy

All returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. We will do whatever we can to make sure that all products are in good condition before we ship them out to you.

Items must be in its original state and in the condition they were sent in. (Partial returns will not be accepted.)

Postage costs will not be refunded, and return postage costs will be bourne by customer. Items which are on clearance cannot be refunded or exchanged.
