Esta sobremesa&amp;nbsp; é muito pratica e rapida de preparar, no entanto para mim é muito doce, o que não quer dizer que não seja boa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Precisa:&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
Sumo&amp;nbsp; e raspa de 1 limão pequeno&lt;br /&gt;
1 xicara&amp;nbsp; de chá de vinho branco &lt;br /&gt;
200 g de biscoitos champanhe&lt;br /&gt;
cerejas e raspas de chocolate para decorar&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misture o leite condensado com o sumo e raspa de limão até obter uma consistencia cremosa.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque o vinho num prato fundo, junte 4 colheres sopa de água, e humedeça os biscoitos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Monte o pavê num refractario retangular, alternando camadas de biscoitos com uma fina camada de&amp;nbsp; creme de limão, terminando com uma camada de creme. Decore com cerejas e raspas de chocolate. Esta tarte é optima, não ficou bonita,&amp;nbsp;pois &amp;nbsp;não consegui o efeito pretendido, ao cruzar as tiras de massa estas partiram-se, e não ficou aquele cruzado lindo, que eu&amp;nbsp;tanto queria.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Massa:&lt;br /&gt;
300g de farinha (&lt;a href="http://lusitana.pt/subcanais_n1.asp?id_subcanal_n1=190&amp;amp;id_canal=141"&gt;espiga&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;
125 g de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher sopa de óleo&lt;br /&gt;
3 colhers sopa de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
100ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;
2 gemas&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Numa taça misture os ingredientes secos. Abra uma cavidade no centro e adicione a margarina levemente , as gemas&amp;nbsp; e o leite, amasse bem até dar ponto para estender com o rolo. Unte uma forma, estenda 2/3 da massa e forre a forma, reserve o outro terco para fazer as tiras.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;
2 ovos batidos&lt;br /&gt;
200g de açucar&lt;br /&gt;
sumo de 8 laranjas ou o equivalente a&amp;nbsp;0,5l de sumo&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher sopa de margarina&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher sopa de amido de milho (&lt;a href="http://lusitana.pt/subcanais_n1.asp?id_subcanal_n1=195&amp;amp;id_canal=141"&gt;espiga&lt;/a&gt;)&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Primeiramente dilua&amp;nbsp;o amido de milho&amp;nbsp;num pouco de sumo de laranja ou água.&lt;br /&gt;
Num tacho junte todos os ingredientes do recheio, cozinhe mexendo&amp;nbsp;sempre &amp;nbsp;até ficar um creme homogéneo. Deixe amornar, recheie a massa. Cubra com tiras da massa reservada entrelacando-as.&lt;br /&gt;
Leve ao forno para assar durante cerca de 30 minutos, até ficar bem dourada.&lt;br /&gt;

Já publiquei &lt;a href="http://bau-receitas-conceicaocoelho.blogspot.com/2008/11/moelas.html"&gt;aqui&lt;/a&gt; uma receita de moelas, a minha forma de as preparar com antecedencia e acaba-las rapidamente quando são necessárias.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Hoje deixo aqui outra forma de as preparar, que também é usual nesta cozinha.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Limpei as moelas, e cortei-as em pedaços, na panela de pressão, juntei um pouco de azeite, duas cebolas bem picadinhas, dois dentes de alho, uma folha de louro, deixei refogar ligeiramente a cebola, acrescentei as moelas, sal, piri-piri, tomates pelados, um ramo de cheiros (usei salsa e um pouco de hortelã) e reguei com&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;1/2 garrafa de cerveja, tapei a panela e deixei cozinhar por cerca de 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
Apaguei a panela, deixei sair a pressão,&amp;nbsp;misturar bem, se precisar levar novamente ao lume&amp;nbsp; com a panela destapada só para&amp;nbsp; molho apurar mais um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;

Esta é uma versão do meu &lt;a href="http://bau-receitas-conceicaocoelho.blogspot.com/2007/09/polvo-lagareiro.html"&gt;polvo á lagareiro&lt;/a&gt;, com&amp;nbsp; tentáculos&amp;nbsp; de potas que são bem mais em conta e igualmente gostosas, mas muito mais rápida. &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Uso uma embalagem de tentáculos de potas, que levo a cozer na panela de pressão apenas com um fio de azeite, 1 cebola descascada, 1 dente de alho e 1 folha de louro, por 15 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois retiro a pressão á panela, abro e retiro as potas do liquido que largou.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num tachinho refogo uma cebola grande picada, alguns dente de alho, 1 piri-piri- também picado, logo que a&amp;nbsp; cebola estale, junto o polvo, misturo bem para que absorva o sabor da cebolada, junto um bom punhado de salsa picada, salteio mais um pouco e retiro.&lt;br /&gt;
(Note: não coloco sal, as potas largam água que já é salgada, mas convém provar para verificar o sabor.)&lt;br /&gt;

O que é bom é para repetir, é o caso desta &lt;a href="http://bau-receitas-conceicaocoelho.blogspot.com/2009/12/tarte-de-kiwi.html"&gt;tarte&lt;/a&gt;, que já foi publicada neste blog&amp;nbsp;em 2009, mas que voltou a minha mesa novamente numa altura em que os kiwis abundam cá em casa.&lt;/div&gt;

A&amp;nbsp; receita é a mesma&amp;nbsp;com ligeiras&amp;nbsp;modificações no creme pois fervi o leite com uma estrela de anis, o que lhe deu um aroma diferente e muito saboroso.&amp;nbsp; Aumentei a quantidade de gemas para 6 para ficar um creme mais amarelinho e por fim omiti o brandy, pois queria apenas o aroma do anis&amp;nbsp;e no restante fiz tudo igualzinho.&lt;/div&gt;

mistura mexendo sempre. Adicione o leite fervido aos pouco no creme de ovo,
mexendo sempre, e por fim leve ao lume para engrossar, mexendo sempre. Retire
do Lume, retire a estrela de anis. Coloque este creme na base assada e deixe arrefecer.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/em&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Lave e corte os pés ás courgettes. Abra as courgettes ao meio, com uma colher retire o centro, reserve o miolo, pincele com azeite, tempere com sal e pimenta.&lt;/div&gt;

Num tacho coloque um fio de azeite, 1 cebola picada, 1 dente de alho, 1 folha de louro, deixe a cebola estalar, e junte carne picada, mexa bem, junte polpa de tomate, sal e um pouco de vinho branco, deixe estufar. Entretanto pique o miolo da courgette, e junte á carne picada. Quando a carne estiver bem tenra, e quase sem molho, junte um raminho de salsa picada, mexa e retire do lume.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Recheie a courgette com este preparado, polvilhe com bastante queijo ralado e leve ao forno a gratinar por cerca de 10 - 15 &amp;nbsp;minutos.&lt;/div&gt;

Já há algum tempo que não vinha ao blog, esta receita tem estado aqui nos rascunhos desde essa altura,&amp;nbsp; é uma das minhas receitas favoritas de arroz, num prato único temos uma refeição completa, simples e muito saborosa&lt;/div&gt;

As costelinhas são temperadas com sal, pimenta, alho e vinho branco, e ficam a marinar durante algumas horas.&lt;/div&gt;

Num tacho coloca-se um fio de azeite, 1 cebola picada 1 dente de alho, quando a cebola ficar transparente junta-se as costelinhas cortadas em pedaços e o liquido da marinada, um pouco de&amp;nbsp;água, a cenouro cortada em cubinhos&amp;nbsp;e&amp;nbsp;deixam-se estufar até a carne&amp;nbsp;ficar tenra.&lt;/div&gt;

Entretanto arranja-se meio repolho, corta-se em padaços pequenos.&lt;/div&gt;

Junta-se caldo suficiente para cozer o arroz (3 chavenas de caldo para 1 de arroz), deixa-se ferver, junta-se o repolho, ferve novamente, prova-se e retifica-se os temperos&amp;nbsp;e junta-se o arroz, mexe-se de vez em quando para libertar a goma e tornar um arroz cremoso. Quando cozido retira-se do lume e deve ser servido de imediato.&lt;/div&gt;

Prepare papel de aluminio e dobre-o para se tornar mais forte, no centro coloque as beterrabas se forem grandes corte-as em pedaços identicos (embora na receita original as beterrabas são assadas com casca eu prefiro descasca-las e corta-las em quartos). Tempera-las com os alhos, oregãos frescos, sal e pimenta, azeite&amp;nbsp; e o vinagre, dobre o aluminio de forma a fazer um embrulho bem fechado.&lt;/div&gt;

Massa:&lt;br /&gt;
6 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
1 e 1/2 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de cacau em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de água&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher sopa de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Na batedeira, bater as claras até ficarem em castelo,nessa altura junte as gemas, sempre a bater acrescente o açúcar em fio, o cacau, a água, por fim a farinha e o fermento.&lt;br /&gt;
Coloque em forma untada e com o fundo forrado com papel vegetal e untado. Leve a assar em forno a 180º. Depois de assado, retire da forma e deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Calda:&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de água&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 xícara de cacau em pó&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cálice de brandy&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num tachinho coloque a agua, o açúcar e o cacau, misture bem com a vara de arames, leve ao lume até formar uma calda. Retire do forno e junte o brandy. Deixe esfriar.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Recheio:&lt;br /&gt;
400 ml de leite de coco&lt;br /&gt;
200 ml de leite&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres sopa de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher maisena&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misture todos os ingredientes e leve ao lume até engrossar mexendo sempre.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cobertura:&lt;br /&gt;
1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;
a mesma lata com leite&lt;br /&gt;
1 xícara de cacau&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Misturar todos os ingredientes e levar ao lume a engrossar, mexendo sempre até formar um creme aveludado.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Montagem do Bolo:&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cortar a massa em três . Colocar a primeira base numa forma de fundo amovível, humedecer com a calda, colocar metade do recheio, outra base, humedecer com calda, o restante recheio, a ultima base.&lt;br /&gt;
Espalhar a cobertura e alisar. Gosto muito de peixe assado, e quando encontro carapaus grandes, penso logo em assado, desta vez foram assados em cama de cebola e tomate, ficam muito gostosos.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Depois de amanhados, os carapaus são temperados com sal, pimenta.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Num tabuleiro de forno, coloca-se um fio de azeite, cebolas em rodelas, tomate picado, salsa picada, os carapaus por cima, e rega-se com mais um fio de azeite. Vão a assar em forno médio, de vez em quando rega-se com o molho da cebolada para não secarem.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Acompanhei com batatas assadas e salada de vagens.&lt;br /&gt;

Tem chegado á minha cozinha muitas vagens, pelo que as tenho usado das mais variadas formas, desta vez saiu uma salada.&lt;br /&gt;

Vagens arranjadas sem fio, e cortadas ao meio, cozidas em água temperada com sal. Arrefecidas em água gelada.&lt;br /&gt;
Tomate cereja cortado em metades, azeitonas.&lt;br /&gt;
Molho:&lt;br /&gt;
Cebola picada, salsa picada, 1 dente de alho picado, sal, azeite e sumo de limão.&lt;br /&gt;

Esta é uma refeição que podemos fazer com&amp;nbsp;antecedência, para comer fria, ou para levar para o trabalho,&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;é muito pratica podemos juntar os legumes que quisermos, desta vez fiz assim.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
esparguete &lt;br /&gt;
cenouras em rodelas&lt;br /&gt;
vagens cortadas em tiras &lt;br /&gt;
raminhos de broculos&lt;br /&gt;
bife grelhado e cortado em tirinhas.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Molho:&lt;br /&gt;
azeite&lt;br /&gt;
alho picado&lt;br /&gt;
sumo de 1/2 limão&lt;br /&gt;
raspa de limão&lt;br /&gt;
sal&lt;br /&gt;
sementes de sésamo&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer a massa, e arrefece-la, passando por água fria.&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer os legumes tendo em atenção o tempo de cozedura de cada um deles de forma a ficarem cozidos mas crocantes, arrefecendo-os de seguida, passando-os por água fria.&lt;br /&gt;
Preparar o molho, misturando bem todos os ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;

Esta torta é deliciosa, muito cremosa e muito fácil de preparar.&amp;nbsp;Óptima&amp;nbsp;para acompanhar um cafézinho.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
2 xícaras de abóbora (gerimu) cozido e escorrido&lt;br /&gt;
1 e 1/2 xícara de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
raspa e sumo de 1/2 limão&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres sopa de &lt;a href="http://www.lusitana.pt/canais.asp?id_canal=140"&gt;farinha de trigo c/ fermento Branca de Neve&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
No liquidificador colocar a abóbora, o açúcar, raspa e sumo de limão e os ovos, bater até ficar um creme. Adicionar a farinha, envolver.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar em forma rectangular, untada e forrada com papel vegetal. Levar a assar.&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Cortar o coelho em pedaços, tempera-lo com sal, pimenta moida na hora, 2 dentes de alho, 1 alho francês cortado em rodelas, 1 cebola cortada em rodelas, 1 cenoura cortada em rodelas, 2 folhas de louro, 1 raminho de salsa picada, 1 calice de vinho do porto, vinho branco até cobrir o coelho. Deixar nesta marinada de um dia para o outro.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Num tacho colocar um fio de azeite, deixar aquecer bem, juntar o coelho escorrido, e deixar dourar levemente, juntar toda a marinada, tapar e deixar estufar o coelho, até ficar tenro e o liquido reduzir até começar a fritar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Se o coelho ainda não estiver bem tenro juntar um pouquinho de água e deixar reduzir novamente.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Retirar o coelho e triturar o molho.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Numa forma rectangular untada e enfarinhada colocar um terço da massa por cima forrar com uma camada de fiambre, por cima desta uma camada generosa de chourição, outra camada de fiambre, uma camada de massa, com uma espátula ajude a espalhar a massa para ficar uniforme, repita as camadas de carne e termine com a restante massa. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Montagem:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Depois de assar o bolo, deixe arrefecer e divida em 3 partes (eu dividi em duas, a minha&amp;nbsp;técnica&amp;nbsp;ainda não me permite cortar em 3) . Coloque uma das partes em forma de fundo falso, regue a massa com bastante calda. Espalhe o chantilly com ajuda da&amp;nbsp;espátula. Cubra o creme com as cerejas, e por cima destas raspas de chocolate. Cubra com outra parte da massa e repita as camadas.Cubra com a terceira parte de massa, use o restante chantilly para cobrir todo o bolo, decore com raspas de chocolate e cerejas.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Massa p/ 2 pizzas médias:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;250 g de farinha&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;150 ml de água&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;11 g de fermento padeiro &amp;nbsp;(fermipan)&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;1 colher chá de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;1/2 colher chá de sal&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;1 colher sopa de azeite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Preparo:Peneirar a farinha e o sal para uma tigela, abrir um buraco no centro juntar o fermento, o açúcar e o azeite, mexer e juntar a água. Mexer bem, amassar até formar uma bola que solta-se da tigela, colocar a massa em superfície lisa e amassar por cerca de 10 minutos até ficar uma massa elástica.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar a massa numa tigela, tapar com película aderente e deixar repousar, por 1h e 30 m até a massa ter duplicado.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Depois de levedada, sovar a massa e colocar novamente em superfície lisa, dividir a massa em dois com ajuda do rolo estender 2 círculos.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Colocar as bases num tabuleiro de forno levemente untado, picar a massa, colocar o molho, o recheio a gosto e cobrir com muito queijo ralado. Levar ao forno a assar por cerca de 20 minutos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Molho de tomate:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;1 cebola em cubinhos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;2 dentes alho&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;1 alho francês cortado&amp;nbsp;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;1 cenoura cortada em pedacinhos&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;500 g tomates sem pele&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;azeite&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;folhas de mangericão, sal e 1 colher chá de açúcar&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Refogar a cebola, o alho, a cenoura no azeite, juntar os tomates picados, temperar com sal, açúcar mangericão e deixar refogar até o tomate desfazer e a cenoura estar bem cozida, mexendo de vez em quando para não pegar no fundo. Quando bem apurado retirar do lume e triturar com a varinha magica.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;Recheio: A gosto, usamos fiambre em pedacinhos, azeitonas sem caroço fatiadas, linguiça, broculos, cogumelos, pimentos, queijo muzzarela e queijo da ilha.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: justify;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Depois de uns tempos fugida deste blog, voltei com uma sugestão deliciosa, torta de cenoura bem cremosa, uma delicia.&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
500 g de cenoura cozida com pau de canela&lt;br /&gt;
250 g de açúcar&lt;br /&gt;
4 ovos&lt;br /&gt;
4 colheres sopa de farinha&lt;br /&gt;
1 colher chá de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;
sumo e raspa de 1/2 limão&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
Cozer a cenoura com o pau de canela. Retirar a canela. No liquidificador colocar a cenoura, o açúcar, os ovos, o sumo e raspa de limão, bater até ficar um creme homogéneo. Juntar a farinha e o fermento envolver bem.&lt;br /&gt;
Colocar a massa em forma rectangular untada e forrada com papel vegetal e novamente untada. levar ao forno a &amp;nbsp;assar em forno a 180º por cerca de 20 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;
