Mouse Computer of Japan presented another new Hybrid SLI laptop yesterday, the NextGear-Note M350W Series. Powered by an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (either P8600 or T9550), the notebook boasts an nVidia GeForce 9100M / 9600M GS Hybrid SLI with 512MB of video memory. Sounds like a powerful multimedia powerhouse, huh? Moreover, it is also equipped with a 18.4-inch Full HD LCD screen, a 4GB of main memory, up to 500GB of hard drive, and either a DVD SuperMulti or a Blu-Ray burner. Price is set between 119,700 Yen (€90, $1,236 USD) up to 149,000 Yen (€1,130, $1,539 USD).[via]

Samsung will release its latest generation of NETBOOK soon. Samsung NC310 appointed, this mini laptop with a 10.1 inch screen, a 1 GB memory, a 160GB hard drive and a webcam integrated 1.3 megapixel module. Wide range of connectivity options are packaged in 1.23 kg body, including Bluetooth, 802.11b / g WiFi, HSDPA and WiBro / WiMAX.

Regarding the battery, it lasts up to 5 hours (or 11 hours in extended mode) on the single charge. Unfortunately, the company did not release the spec sheet for full time, so you have to wait a while until you know how much money you have to prepare the NETBOOK …

Another new laptop today. That of a company based in Korea-named TG Sambo. The laptop itself, “Averatec 6700″ with an LCD screen of 15.4 inch display, a 120GB hard drive, memory and better performance to support multi-activities. However, its main weapon to survive in the market is the adoption of built-in antivirus solution. Pretty nice for 1,399,000 (KRW) machine.

Measures 358 x 258 x 28 ~ 36 mm and weighs 2.7 kg, Averatec 6700 notebook is also equipped with a 6-cell rechargeable battery.[via]

TG Sambo recently launched its new Santa Rosa-based laptop, “Averatec 8300“, featuring 15.4-inch LCD display, a 160gb of HDD, a DVD super multi burner, and a 1.3 megapixel webcam module. No words on pricing and availability yet.

If the exterior of the 7-inch secondary display is too small for you, rejoice. Samsung has just entered secondary school and monitor the market proudly announced the new Lapfit Syncmaster Series LCD Monitor. Currently available in two different models (19 inches LapFit LD190G and 20 inches LapFit LD220G), the LapFit monitor offers the possibility to extend your laptop or NETBOOK display by simply connecting to the screen of your computer USB port. However, since a monitor takes a lot of energy consumption, the LapFit will not power the USB key and you need to plug it into another electrical outlet.

Regarding the specifications, Samsung Syncmaster LapFit LD190G and LapFit LD220G LCD monitors with a contrast ratio of 20000:1, a display resolution of 1360 x 768 and a USB hub.[via]

Folks, here’s the brand new special limited edition Wind U100 laptop from MSI called Vogue. It comes with an artistic pink-colored lid cover and only available 500 units in Japan. However, everything on the inside are the same as the original. Which include, a 1.66Ghz Intel Atom processor, an Intel 945GMS chipset, WiFI, Ethernet LAN, an integrated 1.3MP camera, a 1GB of DDR2 RAM, and three USB ports. Not sure what OS this netbook carries.

Personally, I like it to have audio input ports on the left side (see
pictures below). I have three laptops and all have audio inputs on the
upper face, which will make it harder to use a microphone or external
speakers when I used a small table
