If something really bad happened and you didn’t tell anyone and every time you thought about it your stomach hurt, its ok not to want to think about it right? Can you get sick from blocking out bad things from your head?

Well, Samantha, the best way to deal with it, is to tell some one you know and trust what happened. If you deal with it openly, and talk about what happened and how you feel, it helps to make the emotional rush of the situation a little less intense. Yes, it will still make you feel horrible and sick, but the more you talk about it, you will find with time, it is not quite as bad as the time before. If you just can not talk to some one you know, go see a counselor, some times it is easier to talk to a stranger. It really will help. I hope this helped at least a little and good luck to you.
