On Sunday I visited a botanical garden/ palm house in Ksiaz in Poland, which was built in 1911 by the prince Jan Henry Hochberg for his wife Daisy. She loved flowers, especially roses, and the palm house and the surrounding terrains for plants that covered an area of over 1,900 square metres became the house for over 210 species of plants, including banana trees, orange trees and lemon trees.

With coffee and sugar circulating through my body, I went to the orange trees area again. This time, the smell was perceptible!

It became so clear: a tired mind and body sense so much less than when we are well rested.
